I sat at this shop for hours for a simple tire ugh. I watched this shop try to sale the same tire to multiple customer who declined. Needless to say the tire was of poor quality and should have been scrapped. I'm never going back if they are willing to risk your safety for a few dollars it's not worth it.

I used to come to this place often and I went to get a set of tires for about $60 a pop plus tire disposal on the way leaving I noticed my tire pressure light was still on and the older gentleman told me don t worry about it it will reset fast-forward two weeks later and as I m driving, I feel the tire going flat. I was not in a place to pull over so needless to say by the time I was able to stop and get some air into it the tire had taken damage being within 30 days I came back up to the shop where the young man told me he noticed me and tried to get an exchange for the tire, the tire below is the one they offered me for $20 claiming that they were helping me out as you can see. It has no tread in anyone willing to give you this type of Tire and put your life at risk isn t worth doing business with the owner on the phone told me he would work with me but when I got there, of course his owner wasn t there and the Hinman stated that he told me he didn t care. I went ahead and paid the $40. This is a horrible place to do business, safety, wise and business wise as they do, things, sneaky and under the table.

The guy who answers the phone and who you pay his voice doesn't match the rest of him like for real it messes with you. It's like Miguel turned out to be Mark.... Mark was too vain and looked down on everyone who wasn't beautiful till one night. A witch came along and put a spell on Marc making him look Hispanic and can never go back to his original form until he learns the true value and lesson of a beauty in all of usComing soon to with your near you!EL gringo within

This place is a rip off they are selling trash tires that were previously damaged. I had this tire for three weeks and it begin to slowly leak air so I took it to a tire repair shop and they showed me that it was a damaged tire that had been patched up and sold and that s where the air has been leaking.I called to ask about warranties on the tires they sell and they told me they only give a 10 day guarantee warranty. That shows me right there that this company is a scam. I do not recommend anyone going to this place especially if you know nothing about tires.

The old guy Mexican guy with the one eye is a terrible businessman. He had no idea I spoke both English and Spanish. He has a short temper and is quick to say derogatory things about his customers in Spanish. As a member of the community where his business is located ,he should choose his words wisely before he speaks I'll of the people who uses his services. I will never return.

This business's customer service ethics are absolutely horrible! I just now called to ask for a price quote, but before I could finish asking the guy cut me off by telling me to come in...then he literally hung up on me! Their loss because I wanted to buy 4 tires and possibly get an alignment. They will never get my business now and I'm usually a patient and loyal repeat customer.

Fast and effective service these guys work hard and I appreciate the job they did I had a walk in used tire change and a nail removed and plugged from my other front tire and I got two beautiful like new tires. Would recommend 5/5 don t let the old look of the shop deter you they are professionals.

This place is great. I've been using them for several vehicles for several years. I've purchased both used and new from them, and I've never had an issue with any installation. Also, unlike some of the larger, branded companies in the area, they get the job done swiftly. My wait for new tire installation was 23 minutes as a walk-in, as opposed to 2.5 hours with an appointment at a larger retailer. They do not waste my time, and it is much appreciated. For the reasons above, I give them 5 stars!

Very affordable!Wait time for one tire change was 45 mins and we were the first car there so I was a little confused why it took so long.

In a pinch if you re desperate then by all means consider this place. However, if you re simply shopping for tires etc I d suggest going elsewhere. While not rude or necessarily unprofessional they are oblivious to customers and it ll take you a significant amount of time to simply grab their attention. The adventure doesn t stop there because once you ve actually been noticed as a paying customer and are being acknowledged you ll then have to navigate the exorbitant prices and decide whether or not you find yourself at a point to which the desperation out weighs the cost. It s also worth noting that traversing their driveway is a feat in and of itself. It s right at an extremely busy intersection and while not their fault of course the driveway is very poorly situated. Aside from these issues it s a relatively decent mom and pop tire place

I had the most wonderful experience here as a first time shopper. Manny was AWESOME.I bent my wheel in 3 places from a pothole and the dealership wanted to charge me a $150 to replace it. I called and Manny went into action and he kept me updated every step of the way and once arrived I was in and out in about 30 mins ... this was the 1st of many visit and I m going to refer all my family and friends here. Thank you Manny and The Tire Shack Family

I called to see if this shop had my tires in stock and get a price, the guy answered and asked me the size. I was in the middle of saying "235" the guy yelled, paused for a minute and hung up.

antonio is so cool and kind! he allowed me to use his shop as a photography location with some friends and he even got in some pictures himself, along with the other mechanics!! thank you for being open to us

I needed a patch for my rear tire. They completed the patch repair, but damaged my tire rim. I went back to the location to show the owner the damage on the rim and he stated he did not cause the damage. He made it seem like I did the damage, but based on the damage it clearly shows it was done when he removed the tire from the rim. I will never go back to this location and no longer recommend this location to others. He was very rude and unprofessional about the matter and made it seem like I was being dishonest.

I purchased a tire for my front passenger side yesterday around 3 then around 8 I noticed as I was I driving my passenger side smelled like smoke , I pulled over and the tire I purchased was shredded and my rim was falling out , it was never placed on properly , actually poorly, I was told it was a good tire and they lied. I'm never going back there . I spend over 50$ for that tire and on top of that they never gave me my receipt

The best used tire place good prices amazing service I only go here now. The other places use the impact drill and tighten your lug nuts too tight stripping the lug till one day it breaks. This is the only place I m trusting.

They were great from the moment I called, they helped me locate them, I didn't kno my tire size & one of the workers showed me where to locate it on my car(I had no idea) lol, the men were honest & wasn't just trying to take my money, I thought I needed a whole new tire because one was flat but they advised me to actually keep it because it was in good condition they just found 2 nails in it so it was repaired,good prices, & no long wait...on a Saturday, one of the guys even made sure my tire pressure sensor light was off after the repair, I recommend everyone to go to them, I will from now on for all my future tires.

The young lady that works there is super awesome she assisted me in getting a hubcap for my tires. She was so Patient and Courteous. Got a great deal on the hubcap too. Thanks guys.

Meh service, they check the tires they put on for leaks and the life on existing ones but later I find they sold me 10 year old tires and they all where dry rotted. Check manufacturer date on tires and don t accept wet tires from them.

I think the son's name was Manny,but the spot or his pricing was very high. $35 to change the stem on my tire . Plus $10 more for something else he made up. Never again

Typical tire shop, nothing special. My last visit was to get a single used tire due to a blowout. It was noticeably pricey. Good quality used tire though!
