Went to get a connector for my truck I got it went inside to pay and I accidentally said harness they charged me 40 bucks and the lady said that s no damn harness that s a connector and I said sorry then it s a connector the guy then put it as a connector coming out to be 3 dollars he laughed and showed the other lady and she said don t leave it like that change it back to the harness so at the end I had to pay the 40 bucks after talking to then they didn t want to change it this is disgusting behavior from both of them I hope pull apart sees this and talks to their employees taking a few more dollars just cause I missed said the connector I recommend who ever comes in here to know exactly what y all are getting and say the parts name correct because these no life s taking peoples money don t know how they go to bed at night laughing at there customer and charging them more this is outrageous I am completely upset and feel disrespected

Pull a part still has great deals! This place is very well organized which made everything easy to find. The staff was great very helpful and knowledgeable. I found the part for my car, literally pulled it off, paid for it, and was out the door. Wonderful experience. The part was much cheaper than an auto parts store. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Usually been pleasant going here until this point. Older gentleman (the one with tattoos and dips) tried to overcharge me by over double. I had 2 sway bar links which are ~$14 for 2 including core, and he charged them as pitman arms which are ~$40 for 2 including core charge. When I had tried to correct him and let him know they were sway bar end links, he said that they only have the whole sway bar in their system and don t have a sway bar link option and made some smart remark about how if somebody thinks they know better I ll charge them like they want me to. When I got back to my car I looked into it and sure enough, they re on Pull-A-Part s parts pricing list as ~$7 a piece. I went back inside to just get a refund for the difference (which of course I can only get store credit even though it was their mess up and not a regular return). I ask if Pull-A-Part s pricing on THEIR OWN WEBSITE is accurate and he said No. And then I said These are only supposed to be like $7 a piece and he proceeded to ask me Is $7 really a lot of money to you? Even though $14 vs $40 is a pretty big difference, certainly more than $7 that he s trying to talk down to me about. And then told me I m just gonna return you credit because I don t feel like dealing with this today. And somehow MAGICALLY sway bar links were an option for the advertised price on their website. I could ve written it off as a mistake or whatever if it wasn t for the smart remarks both when I was checking out initially, and when I had pointed out his mistake. The attached receipt doesn t show the $6 also returned to me for what he originally charged me for.

I tried to get a used battery here , & left my battery as a core, the battery I purchased was bad , & they took my battery which I knew was no good & put it on the floor for sale , shady practices. Real slimballs now I'm stuck with a store credit , robbery. This is a picture of the battery that I left there in a pallet when I came back they had it for sell.

I love this yard so much! The other place across the road always takes out engines and wheels. Pull-a-part is where I got dodge wheels to put on my Tacoma. And their search on the computers makes it "easy" to find the cars in the lot. Even the random other folks walking around are polite!

Their prices are the same than a full service junkyard with less warranty might as well order from lkq, weaver or Phoenix it's becoming ridiculous

I have visited many of your locations but I had a great experience at the Atlanta South location. Cari did an incredible job and was so nice to deal with. She explained things to me and really seemed to care about what she is doingEven had a smile the whole time!! I will be back! Thanks Cari

We checked in and brought a coil and gas cap in the store, we check in and the girl at the desk never looked in our bag. We are checking out and paying for our stuff and the girl checking us out decided to make us pay for our gas cap and coil and argued that the bag was checked(it never was) and I bought a vanos which is a oil sending unit for bmws that sends the oil onto the timing chain and she charged both of them as coils making us pay $24 for them instead of the $12 we should be paying. Never coming here again until they both get fired.We also rented a golf cart and the first one died within 30 seconds and the second one died within maybe 20 minutes and we only got half our money back and was put on a wheel barrow.

Love the staff , everyone was friendly and sooooo helpful to me. I came with absolutely no tools to pull any part lol but the nice gentleman saved me I loved my very first experience, as I waited to get my part pulled I was approached with a nice cold bottle of water from a gentleman he knew I was Hot Thank u so much

The manager j.p is the most amazing manager i have come across in my life. He took time to take me across the yard so that I could locate a car. He made sure that the car was properly placed on the yard and he instructed his employees to do their jobs properly. Get job pull a part east

Atlanta East has the best employee. They are very nice and helpful . The store is always organized and clean . This is my favorite Pull-A-Part to go too .

Tron was very friendly and very helpful. But you don't have the ability to actually talk with a live person on the phone to check inventory status. And after driving all the way there the car I needed had been crushed long before I arrived. Had it not been for Tron I'd give 1 star.

While they do have a 30 day return policy giving you a credit (no cash refund); credit must be used within that 30 day period as well. Useful for the mechanics who are servicing vehicles, but almost completely useless for a DIY guy.And forget ever calling. 100% automated responses. Great for directions and hours. Useless for anything else. No one to speak up for the business itself.

Assistant lead always trying to find a reason to argue. me and my friends went to the counter with our wheel barrow of stuff and she made my friend rebuy his gas cap we did not know we were supposed to have it marked at the time so it was understandable but then she goes on to say there were signs everywhere saying to mark parts before you bring them there was only one sign then she asks the bag checker if she checked the bag before we got in and she says yes even though she did not check the bag so then my friend gets mad but then eventually calms down then I get rung up and she overcharges me for everything she rings up one item as two and BMW vanos as coils I didn't want to say anything about it so I just paid and left everyone else was fine it was just the bag checker that lied and the assistant lead the was trying to argue with us

This location is the best. Pull a part is my go to place for car parts. Not gonna lie, I love coming here and looking at this stuff they find in the cars the most! JP is the best. He was super friendly and helpful. Great customer service.I d definitely recommend Pull A Part East ATL to anyone who is looking to buy car parts for very reasonable prices. Where else can you get new tires for $19.95?!?

This was my first & best experience here. The customer service was stellar to say the least. Roderick did an amazing job. He made me feel like VIP. The entire staff from start to finish were very accommodating. I was headed out the establishment hot (it was 92 degrees) & mad because I did not find what I was looking for when all of a sudden the service vehicle pulled up, the one that staff rides around in & had the exact parts I needed. The driver got out, we had a conversation about it & he said let me check with my manager. Once it was confirmed those parts weren't essential to their everyday needs they quickly released them to me. They saved my day & I walked out extremely satisfied with my purchase. Oh and pricing was perfect. This location is number 1 hands down. Thank you
