It s hard finding a trustworthy mechanic This is my absolute favorite shop!! Mr. Willie and Eric are very honest, hardworking men! I met Mr.Jon today and he gave me the background of why I love this place so much they are dedicated to their calling!

Please do not go here. They will take your money for a diagnostic which is 140 whatver rong that price will not go into your price and charge u 510 for a tune up and 1500 for motor mounts they will scam u if u let them and you don t know care DONT GO HERE WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

My sister took her car here for tires, they gave her a bad tire and messed her rim.Don't know what's happening to professionalism and good customer service.Wouldn't recommend going to a tire shop that doesn't know a good tire from a bad bad one, or to properly but a tire on without messing up your rims.

This is the WORST place you can take your car to for repair absolutely the WORST the older gentleman at the desk is very much a sweetheart but has entirely too much on his plate. Mechanics are in/out no consistent ones besides a Hispanic male, my vehicle has been there for over a week for running hot needed a thermostat and sensor I have been getting an excuse every day, on why it s taking so long. I PRAY to God my car comes back without OTHER issues that I didn t have VERY inconvenient!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Will was great. Thought I needed a patch. He pulled the tire off and diagnosed the problem. Told me my tire would blow today if it wasn t replaced. Said a patch would last a week and I would be back. Didn t charge for the diagnosis. Advised me of a place to get the new tire.

Mr. William was so nice. He gave me a diagnosis of my tires without me asking and gave me a great recommendation of where I should get my tires because he had an extremely low stock on my size tire. He also informed me he didn't want to sell me the tire he found in my size because he wasn't sure of the quality of that particular tire. I LOVE that type of customer service! I will definitely be back!

I got my tires, brakes, and oil changed here and really enjoyed the quality service from these guys. Everyone was very polite and professional and also knowledgeable about other things I need done to my vehicle. Very honest company and straight forward. Since moving to Georgia I have been looking for a good mechanic and then I found mr. Williams shop Pro Wheel and Tire. I was satisfied with the work and the price was right on time. They are busy but they will always fit you in and get the job done well. This is definitely my new mechanic shop. I would recommend it to anyone

Pro Wheel and Tire provides fast, honest and dependable service.I tried other mechanics in this area that fixed my automotive problemswithout a thorough diagnosis to find the source, which many times resulted in the same problem arising again. In contrast at Pro wheel, Mr. Will, explains the source of the problem preventing repeat visits.Me and my wallet really value and appreciate that. I went here this morning looking for a new wheel. The man was so kind and friendly. He didn t have the wheel but referred me somewhere else that might be able to help. At the end of the day, I ended up back here for them to put it on my tire and mount it onto my car. The same kind man was about to leave but did it for me quickly and at a great price! I will definitely be back. Exceptional customer service!

I needed a quick tire pressure correction and both the owner and Eric were exceptionally helpful. They were quite busy but squeezed me in and were very friendly also

He put on a good game but Mr. Williams is a joke. Kept lying to me about everything. Saying he was working on my car even after hours. But every time I call the next day it s a excuse ,and the excuse is always something to do with Alabama for some reason. Waited almost five months just for him to say I don t know what the problem is. I had to sell my car and know I can t trust no mechanic. Please don t go.

After waiting for an alignment at another establishment for 3 hours, I decided to try Pro Wheel & Tire. I pulled into the parking lot and was immediately greeted and asked how I could be assisted. I asked the price of an alignment and was given a fair price. I asked if they had time to do the alignment and was given an answer of yes. I was then escorted to the waiting area where I filled out paperwork and a disclaimer (unlike some other repair shops). I immediately felt sure of the quality of service I was about to receive due to the organization, level of professionalism, and the documentation of certifications on the walls. The mechanics asked questions about my vehicle, inspected the vehicle for other problems, and suggested another new tire ( I just left a tire shop replacing 2 and was not advised of this tire being in need of changing). The mechanic hand delivered my keys and wished me a good day. I told my husband about the shop and suggested we continue to use them as our mechanics. I am happy to know we have a local mechanic who can be professional and caring.

I went to Pro Wheel & Tire, because I needed a used tire for my vehicle. This was my first time, so I didn't really know much about it or if the pricing was comparable to the quality of used tires. I discovered if you want a decent used tire for a reasonable price, don't go to Pro Wheel, especially if you have a truck. This business doesn't have much to offer that's worth the cost. Expect to be charged for tire disposal.Here's what's been working for me:1. ALWAYS, GOOGLE businesses near you2. READ REVIEWS and3. CALL the establishment if you have any questions.You'll be glad you did!

I pruchased a vehicle from us auto sales, and wouldn't recommend anyone too. Took it be to there shop where there mechanic told me I needed high speed balancing. So look up tire places near me and the was John. Asked me how could he help. I explained what was wrong and he automatically said there's no such thing unless you're driving a racecar. And fixed the issue. Told what else it could be and I was on my way! Great Guy, Great Service, Excellent Work.

Great place, Mr. William is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Mr. William will explain everything in full detail and never pressure you to get repairs unless you want any repairs done.

Spectacular. Will is awesome. I thought i needed brakes. After all 4 wheels were taken off, it was concluded that I did not. I promise, it's not in my head. Lol

Been going there for years, in the beginning the work was getting done and we had no problems, recently I've had to take my car there three times for the same thing though, hopefully they fixed my problem this time.
