Dislocation is run by people who don t understand business. They said they would be open until 10 o clock today and Thanksgiving day. They will be open until 5 PM. They close at 9:24 today p.m. eastern time I drove 42 minutes from here how rude I truly hope the corporate office put someone in position who knows how to pay attention to detail Services the customers in and around the community

If you enter the store with a great attitude, your experience tends to follow your lead. I went in to try to find history on a product I bought back in 2016 which had a lifetime warranty. The auto shop I had the work done went out of business and the sales rep was unable to find the product purchase in their history. However it did not stop him from doing a diligent search. I was very impressed with the young man who had a Jamaican accent. I wish I had gotten his name. He was very polite and friendly. Made me not feel too bad about not finding the history. So much so that I went ahead and repurchased the item. No sense turning over rocks looking for something I can't find. I'm just saying. )i(#igotissues

Today I m giving Myah five stars for her exceptional customer service. She was extremely audacious, friendly, knowledgeable and intelligent. The company is so blessed to have her. I would definitely recommend this location.

The reason I shop here is literally because they close later than other auto part stores. You can call and they tell you they close at 10p, you can read it on the website. I pull up at 9p and the guy rushes to lock the door. They let one customer in but told me they are closed. If the business hours have changed they should be updated or have a sign on the door.

I hate having to go to the auto parts store as often as I do but I never mind going to O'Reilly's. I always get what I need from a staff that is very knowledgeable in what they do.

Everytime I come in here the customer service is awesome. Its a total different vibe from AutoZone down the street. I recently visited the store to purchase an upper radiator hose and clamps. During my initial visit for the hose I learned O'Reilly price matches!

Employee was very rude. Normally their customer service is great but he was just horrible I forgot to get his name. Horrible guy I was asking him questions and he didn t really want to help at all. Go get another job if you don t like the one you have. Smh

Came here in need of a battery. Hours listed on google show the closing time as 10pm on Saturday, however store was closed at 8. Please update the time so people don t waste their time coming to your store. I called the store at 730 pm as well an nobody answered.

This is a great location they have fast service and are through. They have a engine check machine and will use it for your car free of charge. They are knowledgeable because the customer service rep. Was knowledge about the code that came up on my car. Also they are knowledgeable about the products they sell they were able to determine what coolant I need for car mix with water or no mix. I recommend this location for the orderly aisles and knowledge staff.

I Went into the store 5/3/20 at around 7:30 to charge a battery. I was told by the manager that the test/charge would take around an hour and the store closes at 9pm. I returned to the store the same evening at 8:47pm and the store was already closed. I pulled up around 8 the next evening give the same manager my ticket for my battery and he says the battery is not there anymore. The manager says that he wrote bad on the battery and one of the guys must ve took it to recycle it. I asked so you guys just take the batteries to recycle without the owner s consent? The manager then shrugs and says best I can do is give you the core charge towards a new battery.

A lot of people only leave review when they are upset but I continuously have good service by this one employee at this O Reilly. Tymir is his name and this guy ALWAYS take care of me each and everything I walk in. Greets me w/ humor and offers me a mask if I don t have mine . Went in the store about 6 on a Sunday he was the only one in there and managed to get 3 customers cashed out at once and remembered everyone who came in and what they came in for . Never seen something so impressive . Big shout out to him . Give that man a raise ! ! ! ps. No he didn t ask me to do this

Went into this location they dont have enuff people working so the wait was terribly long. When I finally got waited on the guy had a no care attitude. When I asked for the manager he said your talking to him. I have been in this location before and and Carlos always helped me but evidently hes not there any more. You can rest assured I wont be back

The people working at the counter completely ignored me and another customer when we were the next in line and allowed two other people to cut in front and cash them out. Since this is the pandemic I can understand if being distant from the counter is understandable but to completely ignore ppl is uncalled for.

Got a big sign that Read's Free check engine light, but they don't do it , remove the sign. I wasted my time going there for the Free check engine light thing, Other than that great place and ok prices. Bring back the check engine thing. Should have been 5 stars but I hate false advertising.

I was provided GREAT customer service. The young man HARVEY was super helpful and he followed his help by checking up with another staff member for 2nd opinion. They provided me with info I needed to fix my car. I was super greatful considering i'm new to the area. My 1st thought as I left was I must tell management how good the customer service was for me... so I made sure I got their number !!!

Went into the store looking for a stereo antenna adapter and asked the cashier/sales rep for his input on rather the adapter we were looking at would fit. His response " I'm not getting in tha, that's not my job".
