Stopped by Next Level Auto Sales this morning to have my air conditioning checked. The service technicians were very thorough and explained everything. They are reasonably priced and very friendly as well. Great experience!

Wooow!!!! Honestly the best auto shop I ve ever been to, not only do they do a great job but they have amazing customer service and very true to their word. I brought my kids and they made sure they felt comfortable. They also are very competitive with their pricing times are hard but they make it easier. YALL NEED TO COME HERE PERIOD!!

Not worth one star. Engine froze up one week after purchasing. No answer when trying to call. Their cars are junk. Bunch of crooks

I wish they had no stars! I bought a car from these people about a month ago now. Bought the car with bad breaks and rotors. They told me to come back once I got the parts, they would do the labor for free. Ive went back 3 times now and I get paid excuses each time. After a week my power steering became very loud along with a pull when I drive. They won t even take the time to see what s wrong. Mind you , this is the vehicle that transports me and my 4 year old son.

I took a 2009 jaguar xf there. Simply the coolant wouldn't stay in the car. My car was up there literally half a calendar year for a water pump. I went up there 10 plus times my car was just sitting. Paid 1240 dollars for a water pump and labor. Really horrible business. And have the nerve to charge me 640 dollars for a tune up. I had new tires and a tune up done before I dropped it off. Of course a car is going to need a tune up sitting half a year. I advise no one take there car up there for any major repair. Communication is horrible along with everything else.

Thanks to all those who posted honest reviews and the ones we can tell are fake. All those who were ripped off can file complaints with the state of Georgia dealers commission and sue in small claims court for violation of implied warrantee of merchantability . Also for him to sell a private vehicle from his lot and not collect sales tax is a violation of the Tax code. This place should be avoided at all costs because they seem like liars and crooks and glad we did waste our time and money to buy from them. Yes it costs more to get work done at a reputable place but costs less in the long run!

These are not trustworthy people. I came in asking them to check if I needed a wheel alignment or if I had frame damage. The next day they claimed I needed over $900 worth of work done to my car and then they could do the wheel alignment. The day they finished the work they told me my car was not going to be the same and I should get rid of it because I had frame damage.... I've never known a business so desperate for money that they would scam in this way, but I'm certain I will not be back nor referring anyone here....on top of that tge work they did didn't last on my car more than a week. I would not suggest this business to my worst enemy.

Listen to all the bad reviews, I bought a vehicle here and my check engine light came on the very next day! I asked them if there's anything wrong with the vehicle before purchasing and they lied to me, told me everything was good. Stop scamming people!!!!!

I'm am beyond upset, I shouldn't have come here to buy a car. I a bought 2007 Audi A6 3.2 from this dealer, I paid 4300 for the car. To start off the car needed a window regulator and valve gasket cover. About a month after I bought the car, the starter went out and I had it towed to the same shop, I paid 285 for that job. A few months later I needed coolant hoses and other stuff, that job was 800 dollars at a different shop. Most recently I went to get more repairs done, costing me 2000 with parts and labor. This car has been broke down and in the shop more than I drove it. I pray that someday they fail and their shop closes. I mean real live scam artist these guys are. You would be wise to go some place else. Somebody need to stop these crooks. I wish that I could leave no stars, they need to be exposed.

I m so sorry I don t remember the salesman name but he and rest of the staff are amazing I didn t have all the money on hand so he allowed me to put a deposit on the vehicle til I could run out and get the rest of it we did all the paperwork in house called my insurance company and we re good to go yes I will recommend others to come here

Don t go here these people are not professional they will make sure to tell you that your buying the car as is knowing there are major problems. They ll do emissions and everything in your face and something still be wrong. They offer to go to the mechanic shop if you have any issues but how you gone get there if your car doesn t work. Didn t even have my car for a full week

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!I brought my 2007 Lexus to Next Level Sunday 8/04/19 to replace a wheel bearing assembly. I bought the part, and they were open. The owner, Jerome assured me he had 4 mechanics. I said, I did not want an oil and tire man working on my car. During the activity, I did not know who was who and came to see, my worst fear was realized and he was the ONLY person working on vehicles. The owner continued to assure me, I was in good hands. I paid $210.00 for labor only. The hub bearing was installed improperly and was grinding. All the ABS lights for the sensors were now illuminated. The caliper bolt was broken and grease on my car. The owner told me to bring the car Monday morning at 9:00 am., when his "technicians" would be there. I went to the shop before 9:00 am., and the owner arrived at 9:05 am. I waited until 10:30 am., and no mechanics, no employees. I finally went to a professional, and kick myself for falling into this trap, and trusting. The improperly installed bearing, damaged the drive shaft, new bearing, brake caliper and wheel sensor. My mistake cost me $1,700.00, in addition to the $210.00 paid, for a total of $1,910.00.Therefore, I am obligated to HEREBY WARN THE PUBLIC.Finally, looking around his used car lot, he sells junk. Buyer Beware !!!I plan to file a civil case in this matter, and suggest, this business be avoided. This business does not deserve a "Star", and if possible would have not given one at all.

On Friday, May 17, 2019 I took my husband GMC Yukon XL 2002 to this place to get the AC done, because other place gave us the run around about it. The the young lady who my husband talk to on my cell phone told him they will let him know what going on after they check everything. They call my husband later on said everything were running good, but we didn't pick up the truck until Saturday. So, we went Saturday at 9:30, they told my husband it were going to be $329.00. My husband went to look at the truck & ask to lift up the hood. So, he ask where is my new parts at that you suppose to have put on. Then, that's when it went left. He started lying about everything. The AC is working, but we is going to see how long. We gave them $200.00, BAD BUSINESS.

My son brought his car from this place. Everything was fine until we tried to get the emission and tags for the vehicle. The guy at the dealership who sold the car to my son never stated that he was selling the car for an individual owner. He made it seem like the car was being sold from his lot. The saleman refused to get emissions done, after it failed. He didn't want to pay the taxes on the vehicle because he was said it was sold by an individual from his lot. But he never stated that from the beginning. This place is NOT trustworthy. They are only seeking to take people's money in return for bad cars!!!!!!!!!

My fiancee and I purchased a 2009 Nissan Murano and with in 24hrs the vehicle started stalling and hesitating whenever you would try to accelerate. Took the vehicle back to see about issues...and that's when the BS begun. Jonas the salesman/ manager doesn't want to return my $6,120.50 nor does he or technician know what the problem is. We just want our money back at this point. Brought the truck in at 10am it sat til after 1pm before anyone acknowledged the issues.

Don't buy a car from here, they are not honest. They sell messed up cars and will take your money and lie to your face and tell you nothings wrong with the vehicle. They also won't fix it because its "sold as is" CROOKS!

My husband and I bought a car from them on Monday, it s Wednesday and the check engine light just came on, I been trying to call them all day because that isn t right and they won t pick up so I will be returning for my money back or they going to have to fix it!

I am currently in dispute with this merchant about a misdiagnosis, they fixed something that did not need to be fixed. I went somewhere else and got the right thing fixed. I wish I could give them 0 stars because that's exactly what they deserve.

Bad business was charged 700 for work only to be told the mass flow sensor was cleaned not changed, my AC still doesn't work brought it back and I'm told I have to pay again to fix the problem very annoyed!!!! I'm tired of these shady mechanics and shops
