This location is conveniently located on Covington hwy and s Lithonia industrial so that intersection is busy but convenient. They carry lots of parts and car products. The item I purchase was in house and the staff was friendly. The parking lot was large enough to park in. I gave a four rating because the prices online are not reflected in the stores. So make sure the price is honored in-store as well as online. Overall it's a good stop to pickup wiper fluid, coolant or whatever you need.

I visited a competitor and could not get the parts and supplies for either of my vehicles.I decided to try NAPA and they had the parts needed for both of my vehicles.The prices were also excellent.The staff also took the time to give me some guidance on the installation so I would not cause any damage during the swap.For someone that is not mechanically inclined and normally goes to a mechanic for everything it made my job a breeze.

During yesterday s storm one of my windshield wiper blades broke. I pulled into a Napa auto parts (7227 Covington Hwy) to buy new ones. The parts lady (Ceci) asked how was I going to fix the wipers in the downpour. She volunteered to hold an umbrella, but couldn t find one so she made me a poncho from garbage bag and gave me a Napa hat. Also the computers were down due to the storm but the counter team was still working not making excuses

Always a pleasure to shop here. If there is a tiny bit of what looks to be some sort of problem with an order. This Napa will catch it and fix it on the spot. They always offer good customer service and a remedy for anything that may occur out of the normal. Which isn't a usual occurance because this store takes care of it's customers. You are a priority at this Napa!!! Shop here and be treated better than you can expect.

Very professional, fast and friendly. I am usually intimidated going into a part store not knowing exactly the names and gadgets, hickymadoees & stuff. But the gentleman that helped me today was a breathe of fresh air!! My new auto parts store from now on!!

Came to his location while the "District Manager" Andrew Galley was in store! And all he did was type his life away while the store line grew and only 2 co workers on the counter. What a waste of a Manager! thought managers were suppose to be there to help not see customer pile up and not do a thing! Napa did horrible with this one.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experience from a parts store! This was my first visit to a Napa Store, & rest assured i will never go back! I was yelled at by a female employee as I was trying to get assistance from another guy. She caused a scene, I couldn't believe the anger in her tone as she yelled, "We are all busy around here," in the most condescending way possible while holding the phone to her ear! I told her I was asking him (guy in Napa shirt) a question. Again, in her nasty tone, "he's a driver!" Well that driver was the only one trying to help me. The same energy she took to yell at me while on the phone, she could have used to acknowledge me when I walked in the store and said that someone will be right with you. But God is good, there were like 5 other part stores nearby, & I received outstanding service from one down the street. As a business owner, I treat all people with respect whether or not they spend $0 or $1k. I would never talk to any customer the one she spoke to me. I was hurt & embarrassed to say the least.

Went this store on Memorial Day to find a simple plug for my H1 lights on car. They had 2 female employees that did not know anything and was very lazy and not helpful at all. They just wanted to eat and eat!!!!!Went to Auto Zone down the street. They had helpful and knowledgeable employees. That my part from them.Will never go to another NAPA STORE again..... They are a dying breed anyway.

Their machine shop is fantastic! Ive been using Steve for years for his engine work. He has never let me down and his prices are very reasonable. I wont use another machine shop unless he leaves.

They usually have parts in stock that other stores have to order. A machine shop on site gets your engine block and heads finished quickly. There is hardly ever a wait and parking is easy.

Thanks to the Rep. at NAPA. I needed an item that was advertised but was out of stock, she ordered it and I was able to get it the next day. Great customer service!

If I could give a lower review I would. Dropped off engine block at the machine shop and was told it would be about a week before he could get to it. Little did I know it would take a whole 3 months for him to even start and even when I got it back one of the threads on the bottom of the block was stripped out and even when I took it back and he said he fixed it I m still having the same problem. Will not be getting anymore business from me anytime soon.

Went looking for vent breather for a 2005 Jeep Liberty as none of the other popular auto stores had it in stock. I was hopeful I would find it here as NAPA is known for carrying a vast array of parts including parts their competitors don't carry. Unfortunately they did not have it but sales rep improvised and got me something to replace the old one til I can find a better substitute as it appears it's a discontibued part. Actually saw something in Wal-Mart yesterday that might work. I'll try that next time. )i( #napa #ventbreather #auto #jeep

Napa was the only Place that had the one missing bushing I need to rebuild my Front end on my 178 Monts Carlo thanks napa you're a Stress reliever .
