I ve been coming here for about 2 years now. The owner always is knowledgeable, fair and straightforward. The owner always takes care of me whenever I need a tire, oil change or rims.

IF I COULD LEAVE A 0 I WOULD!!!This GOOD OLE BOY establishment is POORLY OPERATED and with forceful methods to make a customer pay inUNWARRANTED SERVICES.I scheduled an oil change and requested that my car not be reviewed for other services to be rendered. I paid for my own oil and filter and that price was $15. Upon my arrival the owner stated to me that if he couldn t access my vehicle for more issues then my oil change would be $35. Also, this company s owner stated that I m hindering how he makes money and if I couldn t support his companies business practice then my business was no longer desired at their facility.I refuse to give my money to ANY BUSINESS unjustifiably. I thought I was supporting business by coming for the oil change??

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.... hardworking friendly black men ... willing to go above and beyond to make sure you as a customer is more than satisfied.... very busy place with the locals and the grouponers ... don t try to offer you or add on anything extra like most shop ... very professional... I would recommend this place to anyone ... $19 oil change and tire rotation....

Sent my Isuzu box truck in January up there for a tire replacement and stud repair (2) on same rim. Got a quote for $350.00 figured that was a respectable price. Later I was told the cost was for just replacing the studs which I went to the dealership and purchased myself. I just replaced the tire and will find a more reasonable priced shop for stud replacement. I know price gouging is a common thing now for groceries and produce but EVERYWHERE!! Quotes have been around $100 - $180 for replacing my studs. Can't recommend shop to my trucking network.

Extremely slow! They walk around doing everything except fixing your tire,very unorganized, but they charge premium prices! I'll never come back again two hours later still here even though they have the tire off already

My company has done business with them before so we sat in the park lot since 7am hoping to be first in line and when they showed up late, put 3 cars before us so its 8:40 now and just now getting service so i will be looking for another tire shop that may want our business. Sorry Mr Martin but good help is hard to find!

They found the source of my issue and immediately jumped on a solution. Wait time was a breeze literally they wasted no time. Happy to have my baby back on the road without worries. Big Shoutout Martin Tire Company

Customer service is very poor !Father handed down the business to his son who is a like a chicken with our a head. Gone hunting and careless about the business and its customers.Totally a waste of time!

I bought a Groupon because of the reviews that they were getting was Awesome.. I took my car in at my appointment time no one else was there and the wait time was very long!! I was told that I needed two tires and I needed to purchase extra oil for my oil change which I did..Two weeks later I take my car to BMW for a maintenance check and guess what is the first thing they say.. I need a oil change and one tire SMH.. The crazy part is I had been driving my other car so no oil should be dirty..The reviews are rigged by them so DO NOT GO!!

In shock that there remains an HONEST, FAIR, and PROFESSIONAL automotive business in Lithonia! My wife ran over long screws they quickly her in and out at a great price fully recommended for every WOMAN in Lithonia !!!

Yesterday I went to this shop to get air for my car... I asked one of the attendants for air he says okay and walks away. After waiting approximately 10mins another guy asked has anyone got to me. Finally the guy comes out fill up tires... I give him a tip he responded condescending to me... I'm like WTH! Won't make that mistake again. I was hesitant in the first place

Run over something in the street, tire had a huge cut, barely made it to Martin's Tire, as soon as I pulled up a nice young lady ran to my car, and before I could say anything she said I see your tire and immediately started the repairs. That's the kind of customer service that needed at a tire shop. I was panicking the whole time because it was close to closing time, but it didn't matter they took care of me. Last but not least I saw my favorite Derrick...Thanks Martin Tire.

Excellent as always. So hard to find an honest mechanic & garage shop. I go here for my oil changes/ tire rotations but have had to come here for other car issues.Always finds the problems and very honest. No issues ever. Glad I found them. I've turned many of my friends to them and hope you do to. You will be pleased!Edit: 7/06/22- Still great company

Excellent local shop. They only take appointments for oil changes, and the shop is ALWAYS busy. But still well worth it. I ve had several oil changes, an alignment and brakes done here and have always been happy with the service. They don t try and sell you anything you don t need and only recommend what needs to be done.Gavin at the front is a real gem of a guy and is easy to work with.

They were really friendly and affordable. One gentleman really put in alot of work to get my wheel stubs off. The dealership went a cheap route and the caps had swollen. But I will definitely go back. Love them!

They have all the business because they are efficient and have expertise. The owner, Mr. Martin, helped change my tires, even with all the employees he had on staff. The head mechanic (tall black man) runs the shop extremely well. Listen to whatever he says...i watched him problem solve on a dime. Great experience

A LONG-ESTABLISHED FAMILY BUSINESS in downtown Lithonia. And you don t last that long if you re not great. This place is great. I must admit I have only been there for repairs, but I would confer with them on big purchases or repairs, because they deserve it and have earned my respect. MOST RECENTLY, I simply needed a valve stem replaced. They were very busy, and I was standing in line. Derrick from the shop saw me waiting, came into the office, and asked what I needed. We ll get right to you. Yes, my need was small, but the attention to a customer was impressive. The work was completed faster than a receipt could be printed. On my previous repair visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Martin and learning how the business was established and came to be where it is. These are the places that far exceed the chain store experience. I really recommend Martin s.

The whole staff is amazing. I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I can not complain about anything. I drive a nice Lexus with profiled tires that are hard to find in stock. I normally have to order them used or new. But Martin Tires always has my sizes in stock. Derrick is always a pleasure to see and he does emaculate work. He gets me in and out no matter the work load. The staff is friendly , straight to the point, and the prices are great for their services. I go here for my Tires & brakes before I go to my Lexus dealership. I trust them

I came in with a problem and there was a lot of goofing around and I left with the same problem after paying money and being offered to pay for a new problem, I am not satisfied. I didn't even get my tire pressure checked unless asked ...that is not a place of environment that I feel comfortable with. I won't have a problem heard and resolved.

My oil change service went well. I just was taken back when I asked for a quote for 2 tires. I had just purchased two back tire to to a flat on 285!! I paid more than I REALLY wanted. 363.00 for 2 tires, with the balance included in the price. My tires cost $139. 49 a piece. MARTIN TIRES...quoted me $155. 15 a piece NO WAY!! I told him they were more expensive than Mavis. I had to keep it moving!! I am going to do my homework and see if I can find them any cheaper elsewhere. Any recommendations??

Everyone was very nice. The mechanic that did m to be oil change told me e it in needed new tires but would not rotate them. Said I should buy new ones by February.

They were awesome! We needed a tire literally 5 mins before they closed. They gave us one for 45..00 and changed it for us! We had driven for almost 2 hrs to go look at some land. They were a big help. I recommend this place!

Went in to get two tires on my dump truck paid and everything pulled into the spot where I was told and the guy working on my truck decides to just keep running his mouth to everyone around the shop instead if doing the job at hand . Needed just two tires and been on jacks for over half an hour while he s talking to everyone but me. Don t waste your time coming here it s not worth the price you pay. The shop supervisor is great and kept checking in but other than that don t bother .

On point!!! Great used tire they asked me if I was happy with it b4 they put it on. David I believe was his name very professional over the phone. And a Latino brother put it on. No cash 2 tip him at the time but going back 2 do so. this place.

Found a deal on Groupon so I went here. My wait was almost an hour long, the tech in charge of my oil change tried to upsell but after I told him no thanks for a $50 used tire and asked if he could put air in my tire he made a snide remark and left. My vehicle was then pulled out of the bay and was just sitting there. I asked the manager at the counter was my car finished and he advised that the tech was doing my air check. He went outside and talked to the tech who then came to the waiting area and said your car is ready .He said it in a tone like I was SUPPOSED to know he was already finished. Which was very rude given the fact he didn t say anything to me. He left my car dirty, my door handle and steering wheel was filthy. I cleaned it right there myself. My seat had also been adjusted, which I know sometimes they do that to drive it, but normally they will put it back where you had it. My car is also lightly shaking and I will have it looked at. overall experience was poor, I won t go back.. I only gave 2 stars because the amount for full synthetic oil was a good value.
