Just bought my 2nd vehicle from JR affordable. I called JR told him I was in need of a car, he asked me what kind of car was I looking for, I told him I needed a family car. A few days he got me a Honda Pilot 08, 150,000 miles on it in great condition for a really good price. I highly recommend you come see JR if you need a car and he ll take care of you. Appreciate the help JR. Definitely coming back here to buy again!

I was referred to JR in desperation of finding a vehicle. JR insisted I not worry and he would ensure I found something in my budget that I would like, that he did! Better yet found something that gave me more of a bang for my buck! I am so pleased with my purchase today! He went above and beyond with his service and I will definitely be referring him to anyone I come in contact with looking for a vehicle. Thank you for an epic experience!

Worst customer service EVER. I never write reviews, but my experience was so terrible that I feel obligated to write this. We purchased a car from them and it took 3 months for them to submit their paperwork to the DMV. We could not drive the car we bought from them because the temporary plate expired and we were unable to get a license plate due to their negligence. We had called the place almost everyday and they have rarely answered the phone. They have promised multiple times that they will submit the paperwork, and they have broken our trust.

JR is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles and tires. He always has the best prices along with great customer service. I don t recommend going anywhere else for tires or a car.

It was a pleasure meeting and doing business with gentlemen that own and operate Jr s New & Used Tires. I was at the end of my rope (trying to understand what was wrong with my extremely new vehicle) about to tie a noose in it and slip it over my head when I decided to give this place a shot. That turned out to be the best decision I ve ever made in regards to this type of problem. In one visit they told me exactly what was wrong, why it was happening, how to fix it, and then quoted a price that was not only reasonable but quite fair and affordable. Anyway at the end of my ordeal the guys at Jr s are my knights in shining armor so to speak and I will most assuredly do business with them again. Hopefully they stick around for a while because it s nice to know you ve got an honest, professional, experienced, and friendly company to take care of all those mechanical issues that inevitably arise.

I purchased a car from Jr's 4 months ago and je never had the proper paperwork to sell the car but sold it to me anyway and then I told that his business was responsible for the taxes and I would not h@ve to pay it now that my tag is due to expire again its so next to impossible to get anyone on the phone this has turned out to be the worst business transaction i have ever had made in my life i will be contacting all the channels to to have his business rights pulled and never have an opportunity to make someone else's life as miserable as this has made mine.... and I still don't have all the proper paperwork for my car including my tag and the temp tag I was given expires tomorrow so I can't even use the car bc you never paid the taxes like I was told by your secretary that your company was responsible for doing along with the title which you are required to do but haven't so how do you plan on making this right?

We had the same bad experience with them when it comes to getting tag. No only problems with getting tag sold us a car with lots of problems. Please keep this in mind before making a purchase.

There's no way that I could leave this establishment without writing a review! Being that I am an owner of multiple vehicles, which can be very expensive, I'm always searching for great quality/prices and Jr's has provided me with nothing but that!!!! Not to mention their excellent customer service. Highly recommended so drop in!!! You won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Jr's by a friend and I most say it was a great experience. They are friendly They did my brakes in a timely manner and even checked out my windows that I been having trouble with. This may be my new place for my mechanical needs.

Went by here today and got my car serviced, they were fast friendly and sufficient. I m new to the area so it s hard to get good recommendations but I definitely found my go to place for my mechanic and tire needs. Will recommend to anyone looking for a car or to get great service

These guys saved me last night.... I truly felt like they communicated with me about what my vehicle needed without being pushy and going after the up sale. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional they're new to the area so stop by and show them some support!!

Been doing business with them for over a year now and have multiple chances on multiple different occasions for a handful of situations and overall the service is terrible. Hit or miss on the cars let alone service on tires. I wouldn t recommend this shop to anyone who expects good customer service or any service at all this shop claims they provide.

I came here and was eagered to purchase a new tire, however the owner or whoever was in charge of the tires was not there, I was told by one of his people, I'm assuming he was the receptionist, that the owner was suppose to be there at 9am, why was it 11am, and he was still not there? This place lost a new customer for sure.Update:For some odd reason I can't reply back, but I wasn't told ANY mechnic was ill. I was told he was on his way. A straight fib smh

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE OR GET SERVICE TERRANCE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SOLD ME A CAR THAT SUPPOSEDLY ONLY NEEDED BACK SPARK PLUGS COME TO FIND OUT MY COILS NEEDED CHANGING I HAD A OIL LEAK HE SWEAR HE FIXED IT CAR CUT OFF ON ME AND CAN U GUESS RHE REASON Y ...... My energize is gone and I only had the car A MONTH been calling him and calling him he don t even have the audacity to call me back

They need to remove the hours of operation and this business off the internet. They are not open. They do not answer the phone. This is just a scam and a shack posted up on the corner and not a operating business.

This place claims to be open 9-8 Monday thru Friday. After several attempted phone calls and a trip too the store around 12 in the afternoon. No one answered and upon arrival no one was to be found.
