Hire Ralph. I am a homeowner and have been ripped off by literally dozens of persons that I paid very high wages lunches, etc. I was overwhelmed by Ralph's work ethic. My car had water intrusion fron several blocked drains and was covered in mold. I am in Atlanta and this happened very quickly while I wasn't driving due to surgery. He spent over eight hours on the car and it looks new. The owner canceled my appointment at the last minute and didn t call me. The guy told me it s a waste of his time to make more than one trip up a elevator because I live on the 30th floor.
