These guys are the most down to earth mechanics I know. They would be a five star, but I can't just give 5 stars away on a service review. My expectations are pretty high. Anyway, I brought my green van in for them to fix the driver door glass and the passenger rear view mirror. When they told me it was ready, I paid the bill and went out front to the van. Low and behold, my door glass had been replaced and the mirror was changed. However, they made me wait and wait for a receipt. Good service, but a little slow on the follow-through.

The ladies in the office were very nice, however that's as far as my experience got other than the owner. I will NEVER try and do business with this guy again. All he was interested in was taking someone's money. I didn't even have any work done to my vehicle and it cost me almost a thousand dollars. SCAM!! I'm not sure what he did was even legal. I asked him for his help and he got rude and accused me of being offensive. Very bad business ethics. EXTREMELY BAD!!

Stay away from this place. The manager/service personnel there is irate and has a disgusting personality. I took my car here after I had an accident and after they got my money they treated me horribly. They held my car for a week without fixing it after I paid them in full from the beginning. They tried to scam me out of extra money after I had already paid them the initial price. I regret taking my car here, they didn t do their job. My car wasn t fixed.

Just from the telephone etiquette of the employee Brittany I won't be taking my vehicle there. She acted as if she's not interested in this auto body shop making money. She was non chalant from the beginning to the end. Remember first impressions are VERY important!

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT do business with this place the owner of this place is a scam artist and one day soon would be exposure. He sells cars with Rebuild title but place it on craigslist as clear and also sell car that have been in floor and never tell. he also change mileages(odometer) on cars too. He changed mines from 252 to 108. stay away from this place.

I bought a rear subframe for my 06 cls 500...they removed the used part from their car...it took a day to remove...they delivered the part to ultimate Benz...upon installation ultimate Benz found that the subframe was cracked...east side refused to refund the money...mind u I never seen the part they removed...they just delivered it to ultimate Benz to install..I will never go there again ...I suggest u not go there either...they sell broken parts that will not work..this is a bad business

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE...I BROUGHT MY CAR HERE TO HAVE BODY WORK DONE THAT WAS NEVER COMPLETED...AFTER TWO WEEKS I CALLED TO SEE WHEN MY CAR WOULD BE READY AND EVERYDAY I GOT THE RUN AROUND...I HAD ALREADY PAID HALF THE MONEY UP FRONT...LONG STORY SHORT ONE ENTIRE YEAR LATER I HAD TO SUE THESE PEOPLE FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THANK GOD THE JUDGE AGREED THAT THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST...WHEN I GOT KY CAR BACK THEY HAD COMPLETELY RUINED IT INSIDE AND OUT MY LEATHER SEATS LOOKED AS IF THEY CUT THEM DOWN THE MIDDLE WITH A KNIFE AND THEN BURNED THEM...THEY TRIED TO DENY RESPONSIBILITY BY CLAIMING THE GUY WORKING ON MY CAR WAS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR....THEREFORE THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE...FOR A WHOLE YEAR THEY KEPT PROMISING LIES AND DODGING ME ...ANY BUSINESS OWNER THAT WOULD ALLOW THIS ON THEIR PROPERTY IS NOT WORTHY OF OUR BUSINESS PLEASE GO ELSEWEAR...IM CUTRENTLY SUEING THEM AGAIN DUE TO WHAT MY CAR LOOKED LIKE THE DAY AFTER COURT WHEN I PICKED IT UP...I WISH I COULD UPLOAD PHOTOS TO SHOW THE WORLD JUST HOW HORRIBLE IT WAS BECAUSE WORDS DO IT NO JUSTICE!
