U call they want get stupid instead of assisting, The lady want to hung up. So I went in person (it wasn t a short trip). start of cool the right people got the right people. Then two white person when to want to talk over the blk sale manger. One the white lady want pull out her purple gun on the counter while ask for my vin like someone supposed to fear her. Then same part number the guy give me over the phone in person the raise it $200. In person. Base on that I don t want know business with them.

Would like the Owner to reach out. I did contact the number that I'd listed for the owner of this establishment. The people do not do their job. Called for over a week about a part that they still never checked. Lied and told me they have it and I can come get it. After 4-5 times calling on the same part over a course of a week and I had someone driving up there only for them to not look for the part. I voiced my frustration and asked where's the customer service. the manager Wendy is going to tell me that its because they don't want to sell it or get it down to look for the part If you don't want to do the job quit and let someone else have it that do! Don't do business with them! They need a whole new crew gut out the old lazy rude crew.

The only reason I rated one star is because they don't give the option for 0 stars. I went to purchase the inner and outer taillight on a car. They had me waiting 3 hours and still, didn't have the lights off the car. I am a bodyman and a hell of a painter. It takes 10 minutes to take the taillights off the car. Well that's how long it takes me. So I left a deposit of $150 and told the snake that I will be there tomorrow to get my lights. The next day that devil has one light and expected a hundred dollars for the one light. I said no way, we talked about inner and outer for $250. To add, they wouldn't give me my money back, I called the police and they said it's a civil matter. Then the witch says I'll give him store credit, but he'll have to use it within 30 days or it will expire. I ended up buying a light for $250, and they added tax of $24.50 and didn't put it on the receipt as tax. Against the lax. The junkyard should be boycotted until they learn to treat people right... there's a lot of things I wanted to do to those A h, but it's against the law but they deserve it and more

I found them using a national site.They had the part I needed which I could not find in MN or neighboring states.Mj was very helpful. She sent photos of the part before shipping and sent me the tracking number. The part arrived halfway across the country in 4 days.The part was set up exactly as needed to install on the steering column.I will be using them again in the future.

Excellent service and so helpful when I need parts. Parts picked for me in 30 minutes or less. Rebuilt my sons brake system including calipers and rotors in a day with their help and expedited service!!!! They helped my wife get a spare when I was out of town working. So helpful and awesome energy at this business!!!

The ladies here at the front desk are great. And the guys to get the parts go above and beyond to help you. I highly would recommend this place please also be sure you know what the return policy is for the part you are buying.

Charged me for a motor core, cashed my check and won't refund me my core money after numerous calls. Send driver to pick up core with no money, no check and then proceeds to give me a bill for 500.00. Was told by Wendy that we could bring it to her to get our money back.. Stay away from these people they are crooks!!!

they have my part, they close at 5pm not 5:30 like it says on google. I love driving 2 hours to find that out when arriving at 5:15.

I would most definitely recommend this place. I call and got a quote from Nubia, she was very pleasant and understanding. I had been searching for a transmission for my 2000 CRV and could not find anywhere for 57days but I call they had it , I showed up with my mechanic and was able to leave happy and satisfied. Also received a warranty

I bought a transmission for my 96 Maxima and I had zero issue with it. Customer service was on par, and the price I would say was quite reasonable. This spot is definitely a place to get quality used parts for less.

Called in for a 06 Chevy transmission and clerk told me it was under 100k miles for $850 (top dollar) and I asked for exact milage . He tried to muffle the phone and asked For mileage from a coworker and coworker also expressed it was well over 100k mileage . They are liars I winded up bringing my business to s&w auto parts Lithonia and got the same transmission with 88k miles VERIFIED and warranted for $700 !!!!

Called the day before to see if they had parts I was looking for, the girl that answered said they did and they would be off the car and ready by 10am the next day and the the 2 parts I was getting would be 50.00 each. When I had my driver arrive at the location at 10 am the parts were not ready, he sat from 10 am until 2pm when they finally had them off the car and then called me and told me they were 25.00 more each then what was quoted. I run a business so I lost 50.00 in parts, an employee sitting at their location being paid over half the day and we drove over 30 miles to go there location. I will never recommend this place or use them again. Very bad customer service the manager there was also yelling at me over the phone.

Bought a 01 civic motor . And it wouldn t start .. my mechanic tryed different things to get it started , he got it to start but it kept shutting off .. on the next try , the motor blew a hole on the 1st cylinder.... would not recommend.. when I bought the motor he said it had 100xxx miles on it , and when I said that sounds not true because it s not likely to find a motor EXACTLY 100xxx miles , all he said was well that s what it say on the computer .... will be goin back tomorrow and I have to argue with them to get my money back because I don t trust another engine from them .. I jus want my money ... let y all know how it goes

Very incompetent group of people. Wasted 3 hours of my time for a part I asked them to confirm they have the day before I came out. I was told someone confirmed they had it... but they did not have. After an hours wait, I had to walk the yard to find they guy who was pulling the part and he was just standing around talking to a group of guys. He said he was just about to come tell me they dont have it. And when I called them on it, I got all kinds of excuses instead of an apology. I will never give them my business.

I wish I can give them not even 1 STAR!, Order a transmission for a 2005 Dodge Dakota on 12-9-19, they say that will deliver next day, wait couple days and never receive it, call back on thursday 12-11-19 and they say that they are going to deliver friday, on friday 12-13-19 I called back again and says that they don't have it. I Don't like Liars, that's bad business.

Bought an audi engine from this so called business, had it installed and crank no start anyways diag it found out both banks timing chain tensioner had failed bent valves of course call no and Bought engine from another yard works perfect.called to get money back she said no I was supposed to call them so they can come and inspect the failed part .that's bull because you DONT DELIVER OVER 30 miles away and we live in helen Georgia.they say GOD DONT LIKE UGLY.lucky I couldn't give a negative star
