They are very helpful . Always kind and friendly . The grounds are clean an easy to drive to where needed. They do good work and should there be any questions about quality,they will stand by their word an correct what is needed so customer will be satisfied when they pull out of ,CS,Truck&Trailer .

CS body shop team is spectacular customer service and repairs! I have used them for company vehicles and a personal truck. They have always cone thru on time and been very courteous! Their pricing is also competitive and their people have great skills. I will always recommend their body shop

One of the workers kids had a motorcycle accident and had to take time off work then he come in the next day supervisor said he lied and sent him with no pay I think the supervisor needs a mental health check up

This Commercial Truck Repair Shop attempted to charge me $700.00 for an oil change for an ISUZU NPR HD GAS TRUCK. Isuzu Commercial Dealership charged $85.00 - Commercial Fleets are being fleeced by this company and should check all invoices for price gouging. Please be aware.

Mark is the guy to see if you need anything done for a semi truck. It's very nice to meet a honest shop that looks out for the customer 1st. I'm thousands of miles from home for into a accident. I'm in a wheel chair so nothing is easy. But Mark called around and found a Winnebago shop that could see me know. Just because they could get the parts faster then him because there aren't a authorized dealer. Mark helped put the safety plastic on the front windshield. So we could make it to the Winnebago dealer. And he did that for no charge. Tried to give him $20 to buy himself a child beverage. But he refused. Thanks again mark. I see why your company is so well talked about. Keep up the good work. God bless

The staff was courteous and friendly. The mechanical work done on my truck was done in the time they promised it and for a fair cost. I would definitely recommend to others for any mechanical, paint, body work, or trailer repairs. They also have a mobile service that could be very helpful if needed.

5 stars for Briana. She s freaking amazing but I gave the 2 stars because what I came for and explain to y all nothing was fix. So now we re still having to risk or life for a problem y all claim to fixed I hope not to be back. Something always is ghetto going on with the truck after we get service from them.

Mr Brian Lockett and the Team there at C & S Truck and trailer repair; I am Grateful. I wanted to thank you all for your hard work and diligence to see the issue through with my truck. The work was superb when I got it back and I have had no issues. Quality is the key but information and communication soothes a troubled mind.Your prompt response time and diligence to keeping me informed was the reason my mind was at ease with the work that was being done. Start to finish, 19 days! Wow!!! That is including weekends, Labor Day, Freightliner moving slower than normal with part delivery because of the holiday, the 2 estimates (not because you missed something, but because you understood that you may have missed something, and requested your work to be checked finding a hidden issue), not to mention the depth of work that was needed once the hood opened and revealed the extent of damage caused to my vehicle. It seemed like a simple job but it was technical, complicated and required intricate understanding and thought to fix and to correct issues that I may have later.Many people today don't understand how customer service should be done, but you have given light to a dark place in business man. Thank you for your expertise and your TRUTH to not settle for less than what most people would want for themselves and their vehicles. Again sir, thank you... and to all that worked, moved paperwork, or helped to fix my vehicle back to Better; Thank you also.Quincy

I have used CS to do repairs on fleet vehicles for over 7 years. I trust them to do the job correctly and at a fair price. This team does a great job with all types and levels of maintenance. Their motto is accurate.

CS Truck is a great company with very professional staff. They have state of the art equipment in all departments; Paint and Body, Trailer Shop, and Mechanic Shop, as well as Mobile Service. Entire staff is very helpful and want to make sure ALL customers are taken care of promptly and professionally. Owner, Joe Coleman is a great person and expects nothing but the best from his team.

Horrible customer service and work ethic!! Brought in my trailer for repair, less than a week later had to bring it back and they took longer than the time promised that I would have it back. I was told I had 30 days guarantee on the work they did. Again I had to bring in the trailer cause the work they did was horrible, that's twice in the first 2 weeks of the supposedly 30 days of guarantee. I had to call them a few times a day to find out when my trailer would be ready, and when it was finally ready, they said we had to pay them again for the job they didn't do right in the first place!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AT ALL!!! I should have read the reviews before going there. They have really bad reviews!

Aweful, unprofessional, disorganized..took 2 months to complete work! AND DID NOT FIX THE TRAILOR!!!! Paid $5000 for NOTHING! Missed out on work for 2 months! We were put off week after week..they never updated us on progress- adding on an extra $1,000 without contacting us first. We called weekly for updates and was told 3 different dates to pick up our trailer. Do not call this place if you relay on your vehichle or trailor for your income!! And then they go over the initial quote by a $1000! The only time they showed customer service is when they block you into thier driveway until you pay a very unfair bill! Which is threatening! Along with the fact they DIDNT FIX ANYTHING! Will NEVER use them agian and will NEVER recommend anyone else to use them!

A good mechanical service location. Very busy with many jobs scheduled but they were able to do my DOT inspections by giving my three trucks a priority. Will definitely call again.

I have used all 4 departments (Body and paint shop, trailer repairs, mechanic shop and mobile service) for my truck repairs and all do a great job! I would highly recommend CS Truck and Trailer to anyone needing medium and heavy truck and trailer repairs. Good folks and fast work.

I get all my trailers serviced and repaired with CS. Paul is always helpful and Dusty is the man, when it comes to repairs and diagnostics. Dusty always comes out within the ETA given, quickly finds the issues with the equipment, and performs repairs in a timely manner. Both Paul and Dusty are very professional, always trying to go above and beyond to help us out; you can tell when someone just love their job. I am always very impressed, other mobile mechanics are typically friendly and informative.

I took my truck in for body work; it took 3 weeks; because the shop ordered the wrong parts. I ordered a chrome bumper and the modified the bumper to fit and now it s rusting and cracking due to the modification. I have called and emailed, sent pictures and no one has called back. This place has terrible customer service and delivers disappointing results. Very disappointed in this establishment. I don t recommend this company to anyone.

Great service and customer care! Steve comes out same day to write estimates all the time. Trucks always come back looking brand new. Great quality of work and time efficient.

Harry, in the trailer repair facility, is a valuable asset and is knowledgeable of trailer maintenance and repair. Was told by the mechanic that I had melted wires and no communication with computer....One injector had melted rubber from the Dynat from the doghouse and my scanner had no problem linking to mytruck..

Overcharged, misdiagnosed, rude after forgetting about my truck. Never going back. Charged for new air dryer to solve air leak. Put new one on with old connectors so leaks air still. Charged 5hrs labor for fuse change in battery box. These guys will rob you using professional hourly rate, for unprofessional service and always charge too many hours. Beware!
