I had a fantastic experience with Auto Glass by Reggie! They were incredibly efficient, professional, and their prices were very reasonable. From the moment I contacted them for a quote to replace my windshield, the completion of the installation, everything went smoothly. The team was punctual, courteous, and worked quickly to replace a broken window in my home. I'm impressed with the quality of their work and would definitely use them again in the future.

I've had a quarter glass busted out of my car and a dealership said that this quarter glass is on backorder. Reggie had my glass replaced by 12:00 the next day. Fast service, quality glass and friendly customer service. Better than any other auto glass company.

Based on my personal experience with this company I would NOT recommend their services. An employer named Keith, installed a front windshield on one of our vehicles. Firstly, I had a phone mount affixed to the original windshield and for some reason or another it was not returned to me. They took the phone mount with the old windshield. Secondly, after a couple of months I noticed the trim/moulding started to come loose. Picture's below shows this company's quality work. My husband called the company to inform them of the work. Reggie instructed us to come in on Saturday at 12pm to remedy the issue. He stated it was only going to take 10 minutes. We arrived exactly at the time indicated and much to our disappointment, the shop was closed and Reggie was no where in sight. These are the type of individuals you will be dealing if you choose to do business with Auto Glass by Reggie. You will deal with people who provide substandard work and don't keep their word.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Inquired about getting a windshield installed on my Tahoe. Reggie was not only late, but extremely unprofessional, not answering or returning phone calls. After about 4 hours of waiting, he finally showed up reeking of marijuana and claiming that he had a dentist appointment. A rock or something shattered my daughter s side window. Of course the dealership was ridiculously expensive. Luckily a high school classmate referred us to Auto Glass by Reggie.He came right out. Service was professional & the price was a fraction of what we d been quoted. I highly recommend him!

He had availability for the following day, came to me, and installed the window in less than an hour all for a reasonable price. I had my first experience with Auto Glass by Reggie when he installed my passenger side window that had been damaged. Reggie was professional, prompt, detailed, and the quality of his work was superb. So, when I needed to get my windshield replaced, I did not hesitate to contact him. He worked with my insurance company to ensure that I received the appropriate coverage for the services needed. He was flexible and very accommodating to my schedule (he even offered to come to my lication to complete the install). I waited a week to write a review just to make sure everything was fine. I am satisfied with the windshield repair. For $200 they came out to my house and took my cracked windshield and installed a new one, they even installed new windshield wiper blades I bought. Contacted Reggie about my windshield and how the crack was spreading fast . We had a Miscommunication and he informed me that he didn t have the windshield but would come the next morning early around 7:30am to fix my windshield before I went to work at nine . He didn t show and didn t respond either. Hours later he texted me saying he left his phone at a friend house and had no way of contacting me. I responded asking was he still able to do it ..no response and I called him twice ..goes straight to vc. I m not about to force MY MONEY in nobody hand. My experience from him was UNPROFESSIONAL.

My rearview window fell off of my windshield and Reggie's sent someone to my house within the day to fix it! When there was a minor issue with the repair, they came back as soon as possible and fixed it for free. It was totally reasonably priced, super easy and everything is great now! Needed a replacement windshield done ASAP. I got his info from a friend who had hers done some time ago. I called, he was very professional and told me I could claim through my insurance ... I did Just that. He was able to replace my windshield the next day. I was very pleased with my service. He was on time and was done with my windshield in a timely manner. I will definitely refer auto glass by reggie again and again

Him and his wife made it easy and came to the place where the camper was! They even agreed to begin while I was enroute which made life easy again! They were very friendly and educational. Overall great experience. Reasonably priced. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS!!
