I pulled up due to a check engine light I'm like man what is it this time! Turns out it was a P0-128 code Brandon took care of me Brandon knew right off the top of his head what it was (Thermostat ) and here I am thinking the worst it's about a $100 job plus the parts total 150ishThank you Advance for having people like Brandon who knows the business 1 happy customers

This store has terrible service. Every-time I visit this location the employees are all over the place and it takes hours to find a product or check out. I am not sure if they're short-staffed or just don't care about the customer experience. Three Second Rule - always acknowledge the customer upon entering the establishment and let them know you will be right with them.This particular day, was just not pleasant. I give Kudos to Valentine for assisting me on getting the product I needed even though I had to visit another location to pick up my item.

Ms. Shamekia (assistant mgr. store #9698 {7522 Covington Hwy. Lithonia, Ga. 30058}) was a life saver. I had received the wrong parts. I did not figure this out until I was in the middle of an oil change 2 months later (procrastinator). The store was very busy, but Ms. Shamekia was professional and understanding. She put me on hold to help other customers, got back to me in a timely manner, did the research and ultimately brought me the correct part directly to my driveway. That was on Dec19th 2023, and I am just now posting this review (procrastinator for real). Thank you I appreciate it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE MS. SHAMEKIA!!!!!

I came in last night to get what I thought my momma wanted. They printed out a regular paper size receipt and gave it to me. I come in the next morning to return the item the computer froze and I m being looked at crazy because the receipt that was given at this location. Just very unprofessional and I have to wait to come later when the manager is working because coke the find out the manager did it.

The associate was EXTREMELY nice, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Truly an amazing asset to the company!!!P.S. I just remembered the awesome young man that assisted me, shout out to Israel.

They sell the best parts in my opinion.As far as how I feel about them as a former employee, I can't fault the ppl that I worked with for my bad time there. I know when it was a good job I couldn't get it. And I only got it because it was a bad job. I did learn some stuff to help me be a better car owner so that matters and skills self taught that I would use at later jobs.

Ordered online. They were quick to fill my oder and called when they were done. When I picked it up I was in and out of the store quickly and the gentleman that checked me out helped me carry it to the car.

On December 24, 2022 i went into Advance to test my battery. The young lady indicated my battery needed a charge but after driving it would recharge. I asked her could they charge the battery. She said they couldn't take the battery out and I would have to take it to the dealer. I responded by asking her are they now making vehicles where you need to take your car to dealer to replace the battery. She said yes. I took my car to O'Reilly auto parts they tested my battery and said it was dead. I had my battery replaced without going to the dealer.I feel the service at Advance was poor salesmanship and will go to another auto parts store in the future.

every time I go to this auto parts store everyone is always welcoming like if you're day was going bad slide by and you will see .. THAT.. When you come out .. It's a different day.. Naw FR .. Just Slide IN and get some oil for your car.. 5-STAR Naw FR

I want to take the time and thank the employees at this location. I was assisted in getting the best priced battery for my vehicle. When I brought my old battery back 2 mins before closing they made sure I was taken care of. Customer service goes a long way and builds loyalty!

Young ladie name Tay. Is very rude and unprofessional I bought a part I took it back to another location so I won't have to deal with the rule customer service and received my money back and went to O'Reilly's to buy the same exact part horrible customer service

It was great after a long wait. As the manager said, " there policy is to handle customers inside before they go out to help customer's outside ". I waited in line (inside) like the next customers and then waited again as customers entered the store were handled before coming outside to test my battery. The battery I bought from them 5 months ago. I ask for the balance in servicing new and returning customers.

Went in store to get my battery check on 4/28/20 @ 12pm I was told weren't checking batteries right now. With several people were working in part store. You having problems with your vehicle efficient service should be made available..

Had a great experience at Advance Auto today! Rod at Advance was really helpful. He came out and checked the alternator. It read 17.8 amps. He told me that the alternator was overcharging the battery. Says battery could have blown up! For this I was grateful. He was very kind and helpful. Suggested I replace the battery and alternator at the same time due to the alternator may fry the battery again.Thanks Rod for helping to keep me safe!! This guy deserves a Raise!!

Usually it s an in and out type of transaction, however today was horrible. I placed an online order for 2 packs of rubber O-Rings(assorted pack) to be picked up at 7522 COVINGTON HWY, Lithonia Ga location for pick up. A few hours after ordering online I head to this store and I am told it s not in stock. Just to be clear I called earlier to notify them that someone else will pick up the items for me and the Manager -Shanika S. said no problem. I ended up going myself to pick them up and as mentioned earlier I am told it s not in stock. So what they did was order another set from another store perhaps and I was told the items will be in the store by 4:30pm. It s now 5pm and I m at the store and yet again I am told it s not here. I was reassured that the items will be in the store by 4:30pm. The only solution that the manager gave me was to give me my money back . There were apologies whatsoever! This is the worst customer service EVER! I asked her what was the policy for online orders, she would not say a word. This is really the first time I was treated poorly in this store.

Went in for a check engine light. I was told to hang on for a couple of minutes. I waited for 15 minutes and was literally ignored. The guys working there, especially Keith acted as if he did not want to help. I would think with there enough people working that they could find the time to do a check engine light. I will never come back to this store nor will I recommend this store to any of my friends.

Israel an employee there was extremely helpful! He even came outside and directed me out of the parking spot as it was difficult to back out of the parking space in a 15 passenger van.

Don't trust the words or competence of the people working here. Ordered 4 ignition coils. Was told they would be ready to pick up the next day. Came the next day and could only pick up 2 and was told to come on monday to get the other 2. Came back monday and could only pick up 1, and told to come back tuesday. Had to come back saturday to get the final coil.

I ordered a battery for my car offline and called ahead to make sure it was in stock and the time that they closed. I was told that battery was in stock and and they closed at 8pm. I came to the store at 7:15pm only to find out that the door was locked. I knocked on the door and the employee acted as if I wasn't there. I called the the store, no answer. I called corporate and explained my situation and they called the store and still they couldn't get in touch with them. I was told to try to pick it up the next day. I came back the next day at 5:30pm only to find the door locked again with a sign that read system down. So after having to get a jump last night, a uber to work this morning and home, and another jump just to get back here I'm pissed! I get corporate on the phone again and after 40 minutes they get the employees to bring me out my battery. I asked if they could install the battery (which is something that comes with the purchase of the battery), I was told no I'm going home and the other two employees inside can't do it either. I'm still sitting outside in the cold car with my 9 year old, waiting on another jump because the employees of this Advance Auto don't want to do there job. This is just unbelievable. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!

Worst customer service. I walked in and was not greeted at all. To make things worst, I m at the register with 4 workers and you would ve thought I was invisible. Very unprofessional.

The products carried are good and instock. Customer services was okay they have knowledge regarding the products, but they will not help you with installation e.g. windshield wipers. You can get you check engine light checked for free here. The parking lot is free and it's somewhat small but most customers are in and out quick so that frees up parking spaces. The location is next to a CVS store so you can't miss it.

I only go for minor stuff, nothing major....but it's this one lady (EDWINA) ......I just want to know who is the Manger that okayed her to get hired .... This lady stay on her cell phone....like literally.....she took a personal call in the middle of me asking a question ....who does that... Y'all hire ANYBODY....No cap

I am so upset with the customer service experience I witness tonight. I went to your location at Covington hwy at 8:50pm and one of your representatives put his hand over his neck making a cut it gesture telling me the store was close. I explained the store close at 9pm and he just walk away from me. What makes it worst, there was 3 other cars park allowing your company to lose business. I can't believe the customer service I experienced and actually have it recorded. I will post it just so people can see the disrespectful employees advanced auto have that represents them. 2 workers at the store and both just ignoring everyone knocking. Service was really I mean really slow and it was plenty of staff!!!! Not ro mention I was carrying my daughter in her car seat and the male staff member stood there and watched me manoeuvre out the door! Never once asked if I need help or even reached for the door SMH
