Great customer service, took me right in and installed my tires with no issues. There were no lines, no confusion... Everything was smooth! Will definitely return.

I know Walmart's customer service isn t great, but this Walmart takes the cake. This guy that works here watched the customers stand at the register for 10 minutes and acted like he was off the clock so that he didn t have to help.I got an oil change, and then after driving down the street, I heard scraping. They didn t close my hood or screw the oil pan. When I went back, he tried to blame something else. NEVER AGAIN.Service: Oil change

Only two star's because the store manager was on my side and had the associate help me out instead of leaving with without a working car; which was his initial plan to do. Told me that if I "fixed the issue he would help me," as if I'm a mechanic. Will never let this Wal-Mart touch my car ever again. How I was treated was unacceptable.Service: Oil change

Firstly, I would assign this Walmart Auto Care Center minus 5 stars.Secondly, I called and asked about having my car's tires balanced and rotated. Person in the phone said they couldn't do it that day but if I came in first thing (they open at 7 am) I could get the tires rotated. So, the next morning I arrived there at 7:30 am...was 2nd in line. Service manager said it would be an hour wait-time. I said okay because I had some shopping to do at that Walmart. An hour later, I was told by the manager it would be thirty more minutes. While in the waiting area ...another mechanic saw me with my car keys in his hands and said that they could not rotate my tires because they were too worn (saying the exact info spewed on the phone while waiting for someone to answer the call). This was surprising because all of the Firestone tires were purchased 9 months ago, 60,000 mile wear guarantee before needing to be replaced and I had only driven 6,000 miles on them. He said ...as he handed the keys to me...we would get in trouble if you had an accident???While walking back to my car, another mechanic caught up with me and asked did the tires get rotated. When I responded with the garbage that the previous mechanic said, he replied " these guys are new and don't know what they're doing".Well, that's all I needed to know. NOT EVER TAKING MY CAR TO WALMART FOR CAR MAINTENANCE AGAIN. :(

Only place that had the exact tires I wanted in stock. Lady told me as long as I was there before 5 they could install same day took off early to get there at 4:30 to be told there was no way that I could get tires installed because the tire guy leaves at 2:30 what a joke. Find a real tire place and don t waste your time with the Walmart runaround.

The service was good. Just took a long time to complete the service. I purchased one tire and it took about 2 hours to get it done. Maybe I don't know the whole process. Just seemed extreme to me. Other than that everything was good.

Long wait to be greeted. I had to get out my car and approach the stall to ask a question.

They took care of our vehicle. I got an oil change and 2 hours in Walmart goes by real quick. Best experience I've had at an Auto Care in Walmart.

My tire kept going flat and had to put 40lbs of air in it daily with the check tire pressure light continuing to come on. Took it to the original Walmart where I purchased the set of tires from and was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. Went to this location and the tech showed me a nail WAS in the tire. Was able to get the tire replaced with my hazard warranty. This will definitely be my go to Walmart car care center. Thank you to the manager, the tech and the 2 guys I encountered for the check in and check out. Nothing but respectful professional work Service: Tires

You can t get anyone on the phone to make an appointment for your tires etc. I understand being short staffed, but at least make it so someone can either book online if they don t live in that area or answer the phones. One time they just closed up shop in the middle of the day because the service guy said he wasn t working anymore that day on his day off. So customers were turned away or had to reschedule after sitting there for some time. Unprofessional!!!!

Ordered tires online, they never arrived for my scheduled appointment. Attempted to purchase tires onsite, no match in stock. Took my vehicle elsewhere.

After calling and going online to order a car product, they claim it would be available for pickup hours later. To no avail. This was the third store attempt. And very hard to make contact by phone. To no avail with that as well.

Had a 10am appt to get tires. They had 1 mechanic who was arguing with a customer about an oil change then told me my appointment didn t matter because he had 4 hours of work to do before me. Took my tires and left. Very unprofessional and will never be back.

This place need more workers and experienced techs. I had a power steering leak and they would not change my oil because of the steering leak. Took it to a professional and they took care of it with no problems. This is not the first time I experienced this with several walmart locations, yall need to do better. Sam Walton would be ashamed

Went to get tires, got there at 8:30 am didn't leave until around 12 noon. Nothing was said about long wait until another customer went to inquire. Pearson that came to get my car stopped working on mine and worked on a pretty young ladies flat (low air). Didn't realize this until left an hour before I did. Weren't supposed to be that many people ahead me. Completely, missed an appointment at 11am.

For years I've gone to this location for oil changes on our three cars.Today I went to have a tire repaired. After an almost 2 hour wait I go and check on the status. The inside person started to ring me up but needed some additional paperwork goes outside and finds out that the tire machine broke. The technicians didn't bother to tell him that they couldn't do any more tires but not even the ones that they hadn't gotten to yet. Mine.I understand things happen But it was inexcusable for them not to let us know and have us continue to sit there for nothing.

I went to purchase some new tires and have them put on my car. I had a big issue that turn out bad that involved me being there for over 3 hours. The manger of the auto department handle the situation professional and made sure that I was very well satisfied from this bad situation. I want to give all due respect and thank the manger from the auto department for taking good care of me.

I have taken multiple vehicles to this location over the years, but effective immediately I will never patronize this location again! After 3 hours of waiting, and shopping throughout the store, I decided to walk back to the automotive area to check on my vehicle. It wasn't until I arrived at the counter that I saw I was receiving a telephone call from the automotive center. Upon answering the telephone call I was told that the location did not have the proper tools to change my oil?!?The same vehicle that has had its oil changed here over 16+ times; without issue or fail...oh but today... They cannot change the oil?!? I am told the reason they they cannot change the oil is because... Get this... "Someone misplaced the tool they need to remove the oil cap". How are you in business? How are you in the business of changing oil, if you have supplies that can be LOST in mid motion... to the point where PAYING customers cannot receive service? When I Say Never Again.. I mean never ever again at Walmart at all! As far as I'm concerned, every single one of the gentlemen in both the bay and behind the counter are Reckless and Irresponsible. Someone needs to be there managing that crew. Not only today, but always! "Missing tools" most of the times means THEFT by employees! #Horrible Experience

I am livid right now!!!! I am so upset!!!!!! After juts getting off a 8 hour shift now my husband is coming to get me and my tire is still not fixed !!! I have been up to Walmart 8 times about these tires I purchased from them not even two months ago I am outdone right now! I spent my hard earned money to buy me new tires for my car and every since no exaggerating I have been putting air in 1 of the 2 tires that is constantly going flat! I paid for there now I am having to spend more money putting air in them every single day I am heading anywhere I am pissed right now!!!! I feel.like Walmart is selling used tires as new ones and making consumers pay new prices! There's no excuse for this! After the first time it would've been nice if they would've have gotten it right but there is no excuse for me coming here 7 more times after now I am still having to go back for the same tire they have obviously been making me pay for absolutely NOTHING! This is he worse experience I have ever had with them and I will never purchase tires from them again and I am going to make sure I tell everyone so they don't either everyone who's been around me have seen for themselves that Walmart tires suck!! And they're telling everyone as well about it ! At this point they're endangering my kids and ILife by constantly acting as if they're fixing them and sending us back to the toss as if we're safe! I am so over Walmart thinking about switching back to Kroger!

To answer the question, NO I couldn't use the business because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for 35 minutes. Customer service answered and hung up. I called back 6 times, have yet to speak to customer service or auto care. Wish there was a "0" star when it comes to phone answering. Simply will not answer the phone!!

This Walmart service center has a very good staff. They are upfront and courteous. I can drop my vehicle for service while at work. When I return, what I asked to be done has been completed. Usually oil chang, tire rotation and balance. I have been to other walmarts that will say they did the work when they didn't. No worries at this location. They take pride in their work.

There was an hour and a half wait but with the prices we expected that. The behind the register staff have a great sense of humor and are consummate professionals. Is definitely recommend them BUT don't go on a Saturday! Your wait might be 3+ hours!

Once again another bad experience with Walmart. This is a store that refuses to get their operations in order. For instance I made several calls to find out what time the auto center opened in order to have my tires put on which I had already ordered the new tires in advanced on Walmart website to deliver to this store.Call # 1 - they transferred me to the auto center and no one answered. Call # 2 - they answered my call at the front desk, tried to transfer the auto canter, placed a notice on the intercom and no one still answered at the auto center. They later returned to say there auto center was closed until 12 pm that day because they did not have technicians. Call # 3- no one answered again at the auto center so I then drove there by 5pm only to find out that they had closed because they were short-staffed and the technicians had left for the day. While there I asked again about Auto Center hours and finally got a straight answer 7a - 7p but will accept last car between 5:30p -6p.Since the clock was ticking with my online tire order and after one more attempt to put my tires on my car I finally drove there on another day and the service was awful. The person who took my information try to multitask and was awful at it. She tried to help me as well as two other customers although I was the first in line. She was running around trying to do everything for everybody and was so ineffective. And as a customer I'm standing in line wondering why did she take my information and then started helping two other customers and then trying to help the technician on the POS system literally all at the same time. What the heck was she doing...scatterminded and multitasking gone wrong. So while she felt she was trying to be helpful it was so ineffective resulting in terrible service. And I had a spare tire on my car and instead of the technicians putting and securing it where belongs on the truck, they threw the spare tire in my trunk. How stupid are they? I literally had to take my truck to the dealership for them to put it back where it belongs.Once again I cannot understand how Walmart continues to thrive with the terrible, awful service they provide. And this store is constantly and always out of products. I am truly amazed how they stay in business but every business will have their day to anwswer and very similar to Kmart, Walmart will have to answer too

I went to Walmart today to purchase 4 tires and get an oil change. When I checked in at 8:00 am. I was told that I was #2 for the services. About 15 mins after handing over my keys they called me over the loud speaker. Went back to the auto service desk and was told, they didn t have the tools to complete my oil change. So I figured while there I ll pick up a few groceries. Around 10 am after not hearing my name being called, I proceeded back to the service desk. After inquiring about my car and how much longer. The cashier told me that there were 3 cars ahead of me and it would be another 2 hours So when I questioned him, he began to tell me since I requested a combo service it put me at the back of the line. So I then asked for the manger, well of course the assistant manager came. This woman was absolutely no help at all. Walmart has the worst customer service ever. I will never ever in life step back in there again. They have no direction and clearly management doesn t either.

They stripped my oil plug and over filled it with oil. They are so unprofessional, they open at 7am but they cant give you any change back due to they didn't have a cash drawer till, 8am. Also they greet people with "homie". The only person that is helpful is a man named, Dexter.

Walmart is hit or miss regarding customer service however this particular location was very professional, friendly, and beyond reasonably priced. Despite the volume the staff was still very attentive and personable. I plan to use this location going forward as I was extremely pleased. Great team work and great service manager!
