Who else could turn such an awful incident into a miracle of an accomplishment no one else could do for as much as 12 days? The Garcias here, no relation to me whatsoever, that's who!I woke up this morning at a hotel 30 minutes away to go to work, traveling for business, to my two windows smashed on my 2023 Ford F-150 Tremor, and many personal belongings either stolen or damaged. My insurance company sent me to the "big name" auto glass people who told me it would be 12 days until the had the glass I needed in stock! Nope, not acceptable. I wasted an hour on the phone with the other guys as their system crashed three times and had to redo the search before I gave up on their ability to help.I tried the local Ford dealership to help get glass for my truck with just 20K miles in 9 months of ownership after special ordering it. No luck there but they gave me an AMAZING recommendation to check out family owned Universal Auto Glass - Caven was immediately pinpoint focused on doing everything it took to get the glass for me that the dealership quoted nearly $200 more each window and couldn't even get!I was back on the road to Charlotte in exactly 53 minutes from the time I called and around the corner from them to when Caven called saying my truck was done. I was speechless. Beyond impressed with their hard work and my two young kids will be thankful the truck they love riding in has functional windows just as they saw it last before I left for this trip. If you ever find yourself dealing with an incident like mine, call the Garcias and they will handle it better than anyone else in record time!God bless Universal Auto Glass!

We were traveling on 85 when something flew off a flatbed and busted our windshield. We checked with Safelite because they advertise same day service. They were a joke. A local lady recommended Universal, we called and while they didn t have our windshield on site they sent someone to get it while we were on our way there and in a couple of hours we were back on our way home . They were fast and friendly. Would recommend to anyone in the area .

These guys were fast & professional except that their repair people never clipped my windshield down after it was repaired. So I was hearing wind through my windshield after I left. Their location is about a 1 hour drive from where I live so it was extremely inconvenient to have to drive 2 hours roundtrip just to have them finish the job correctly that should have been done the first time. Two gentlemen fixed my windshield and both missed the fact that they never clipped my windshield down correctly. I normally would have given a 1 star review for this inconvenience but I hope this was a one off and doesn't happen to other people. Other than that they were professional but I would have hoped for more attention to detail. Just make sure they clip your windshield down.

They were AMAZING we had two cars needing glass repairs. To start they were the best price I found. They were super friendly and gave advice on other issues with one of the vehicles. Other than it being the only clean windows at the moment you can t tell it was replaced. They left us VERY happy. I hope I never need them again but if I do I know who I ll call!

I picked up there card before my wind shield cracked, I didn t have a reference it was based off the Business Card Marketing! They have a wide range of services and a awesome customer service. From the ease of setting the appointment to having a mobile service...highly appreciated. Ryan & Michael showed up on time, replaced my entire windshield in under 30 min & we're an absolute pleasure to work with. Friendly, accommodating, informative....I wish all businesses were this efficient, hospitable & cost conscious. Highly recommend!

This was such a good experience other than the fact that I had a cracked windshield. I called to get a quote for my Toyota Avalon. The girl that answered the phone was knowledgable, and friendly and helped me figure out which of the four possible windshields it could be. She ended up calling Toyota to be sure. I was able to schedule them for the following day. The two man team was on time and very professional. They were also very friendly, and I could tell that they were very experienced. They came to my house, so it was very convenient. Great experience, and if I ever need auto glass replacement again, I will definitely call them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

My sunroof wouldn't close all the way and I dropped by to see if it was something they could help me with. One of the technicians came out and looked at it and he had it closed in less than 5 minutes . I was so happy and it made my day. I would definitely go to them again!!

Had my vehicle broken into over the weekend. They got me in within 24hrs. 3 days later, the same window rolled down but not back up. They said they'll look at it again. I'll update later

Received quotes from numerous others including Safelite, all of which required an appointment. Arrived at Universal Auto Glass 15min before close of business just for a quote and possibly return the following day for a windshield repair. Not only did they repair the windshield the same day but it was one hundred dollars cheaper than all the other quotes I was given. Do yourself a favor and don't waist your time on anyone else. Trust me you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience with the Universal crew. We walked in after a poor experience with Safelite and the office staff were so nice and worked quickly to order our windshield (OEM) and Quote the labor. Price was beyond reasonable and less than we had been quoted by safelite and the dealership. When we realized upon pickup a camera mounted at the top of the windshield was angled differently, we turned around and Universal immediately verified the problem and made the correction. Start to finish the staff and the work were the highest quality. We will definitely be back for any more auto glass needs!

Ridiculous! If you want to be disrespected, left in the dark as a customer, experience attitudes from receptionist and mechanics this is the Auto Glass company for you, they say you get what you pay for the experience i paid for was drama filled, stressful, definitely not expected when just going to get auto care!! Customer rights it s not a factor here my mother and I experienced this first hand today!! This company is unprofessional, employees talk to people like there less than when just asking for clarification due to the lack of control by owner also they lie about things such as lobby not being open for carpet cleaning never had a cleaning even had other customers that were able to sit in the lobby! I felt discriminated against never experienced such high level of disrespect just for asking to physical view my car before paying for the work done! Owner allows employees to react off impulse and emotion instead of professionalism even while he is present! One employee bald Caucasian man told my mother and I while the other employee held my keys and bank card to not take any other payment from me he s taking the sunroof liners off since we have an issue with not being able to see the work before paying! Escalating the situation even with the owner there seeing the wrong !

Brought my Mustang in at 4pm to drop off and have the window motors and regulators replaced on both sides. They had me done and ready to roll before 6pm! What an awesome shop. The staff and techs were very friendly and experts at their jobs. They even waited for me to get there after they closed to pickup my car. I have a 1979 C20 and they originally replaced the windshield for a cost that was absolutely below their competition. At the time, the person who came out, a Mr. Ryan, told me they'd order a fitting for the windshield since mine didn't have it, so I paid only for the windshield that time. It was cheap and they came out the second time, I only paying the thirty odd bucks for the fitting.Few days later (the day before this review), I noticed a crack forming at the corner of my windshield. I called up and talked to their manager (he's the one who picked up, nice guy!) and asked them about it and at no charge to me they came out the very next morning to check on it. It turns out the windshield was defective and they replaced it at absolutely no cost to me. Ryan and his teammate were professional and extremely polite, even showing me how to take off the windshield wiper bars for my year model safely and effectively (something I didn't even realize!). I fully expect to continue doing business with them as I continue my restoration on my vehicle and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!VERY professional, VERY polite, VERY prompt.

These guys are amazing. Went to another repair shop and they wanted to charge me over $400 to replace my front windshield. So I stopped by Universal Auto and not only did they get me in the next day they charged me $200 less that the other company. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Best Auto Glass company in Atlanta! Highly recommend! You will not find another company that will take care of you as quickly and efficiently as this company. On top of the quality, value and punctuality they treat you like family and make sure you are taken care of! I would never use anyone else and can honestly say they are the most caring and best auto glass company in the entire metro atlanta area!! Love this company and the group of people that work there!

Ralph and a younger co-worker of his who I did not catch the name of were great. Turns out, the leak was not from the window; Ralph found it in a few minutes and charged me nothing. The dealership wanted $1400 just to look into it further with no guarantees.

I ABSOLUTELY 100% recommend bringing your vehicle here, they re family owned, operated and oriented. The customer service, quality of work, and their quickness has caused me to bring all three of my vehicles here. They went above and beyond for my elderly mother. My work schedule and mom's lack of mobility made getting her vehicle to them impossible. No problem! They came to her!

Great people and great work. They have done every job on every truck we have. They have even done 2 windshields on personal vehicles and replaced the drains in my VW sunroof. What I appreciate most is they came to my job and took care of my windshield. Can't say enough good things about their work.

These guys are awesome. They came to my house before I left for work and hooked me up w/ a brand new windshield that was an OEM part (made by the same manufacturer that the car company uses) for over $200 LESS than the BMW dealer was offering! Ryan and Cody were both totally professional and pleasant. If you're in the Atlanta area and you need glass for your car, i would def recommend Universal Auto Glass ? They rock!
