My service representative was AMAZING. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. He seemed genuinely honest about my car's issues and explained what he felt l needed right away and what could wait. Although my most recent visit at Tires Plus was exceptional, l have always had positive experiences at this location.

Tires Plus on Thorton Road is great! All of the guys were great! William did my oil change and he was so professional and patient answering all my questions! Thomas was at the front and has top notch customer service! I had a million concerns and he addressed them all so patiently! All of the other staff was so nice as well. Great job guys!

There is no point of setting an appointment at this place, this is the second time this place gave me very slow and poor service at an appointment. It has been two hours since I ve handed them my keys and they haven t even pulled the car in to look at it yet. I only came for one tire! They have no sense of urgency and will have you waiting over 3-4 hours before they even take a look at your car. The first time I came here they called me back after me waiting 4 hours just to try to up-sale me to buy like 6 others things after I was very specific on what I wanted done that day, and today as I m on my 3rd hour of waiting I go up to ask when it ll be ready and the lady up front comes out and says They re about to do it real quick I ve been here for 3 hours why did they not BEEN did the service real quick . Do not spend any money here.

I visited this location Thursday, 1/19 for air in my tires due to the expected drop in tire pressure due to the weather. However, I was told that I needed to come inside and register in their system in order to do so. As someone who has worked in management in this industry for many years, this is not standard practice of needing to generate a ticket for simple AIR in your tires. I respectfully declined and walked away as they were just one of many shops along my route.Additionally, maybe a year or so ago I visited this location with the same request, was told to pull alongside a bay, and was given air no problem.When I called the corporate number today, they confirmed that this is in fact their practice due to deeming it a liability after people filing complaints of vehicle damage after receiving air?? While that s somewhat understandable, the solution in place isn t.I was able to go 10 minutes up the road to another franchised company that s known for having an accessible air machine outside of their establishment even after business hours. They even saw me and told me to pull up to the 1st bay and offered to do it instead.This is my first time hearing of this practice due to a seeming liability . If you re not privy, they may tell you they need to remove your engine just to check your oil level. I ve never trusted this location with anything major on my vehicle so have never had to pull into their bay, even though it s one of the closest shops. After hearing this new practice , that certainly won t change. Can t recommend.

I LOVE THIS TIRE STORE!!! I could go anywhere but I'd choose to come back to this location because of the outstanding customer service I receive. The 2 gentlemen in particular that I'm impressed with this William and James !!!! Phenomenal customer service

Heard a noise on the expressway and stopped once I got off the exit. Nile came right out and took care of the issue quickly. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the quick service. Kudos to Nile and the staff . Love this location.

The men were extremely nice and helpful. Very professional unlike years ago with the old crew. They went over and beyond to explain my brakes. I will get my tires here instead of BMW which are too high. The manager was so polite very rare with an all male crew. They should be commented.

Yesterday was my last straw. I won't ever be going back to that location. Waited for 3 hours for 2 new tires and an alignment. Only for me to get in my vehicle and realize my steering wheel was not aligned properly with my tires. Only to go back to tell him and he acts as if I'm making something up. I have a pic of what it looked like after I parked. How can I upload it here?

The men in the shop are very welcoming and have great customer service. Went above and beyond and made sure I was a happy customer! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend and a huge shoutout to Tyler for going above and beyond to make sure I understand everything that my car needed before I left.. great customer service goes a long way keep up the great work!! I had a appointment but I had to sit there for 6 hours and I still didn't get the service I was there for nor did I find out if they checked what I was there for. Every mechanic was gone before we could find out if they did the work. So they told me to call back 2 days later to find out. Not only was I there for hours but other people who had appointments had to wait just as long or longer. If you have too many people for a appointment then they should let us know before we get there.

From the time we entered the door, until we left the service was great! We were traveling, and had a problem with a rental car. We were serviced almost immediately. The entire experience was great!

Service here was phenomenal. The manager Nile helped me with all my concerns and was very efficient. As a female I would recommend any female who doesn t like being taken advantage of to come here.

Made an appointment for tire rotation and alignment. Showed up 30 minutes early and they got me in quick. Waited 2 hours only to be told that my tread was too low AFTER they lifted the vehicle and kept it up there. It doesn't take 2 hours to determine if vehicle tread is too low for services. It just doesn't. That should be the FIRST thing checked.The only reason I didn't leave 1 star is because the front desk staff were kind.Do better.

This is the best Tires Plus I have been to. They have great customer service and the work that was needed (and not needed) was explained to me very clearly. Kept me updated and overall treated me like they valued me as a customer.I felt I could trust them which is not something I can say about other locations.Thank you!

As I was leaving Atlanta after an overnight stay during holiday travels, I noticed one of my tires was low. I stopped at a couple gas stations with air along Thornton Rd only to have the machines deflate my tire even more, probably due to a broken stem in the gauge - Thanks QT and RaceTrac (eyeroll).But luckily Tires Plus was right next to the RaceTrac, so I stopped in there to ask if they could add air. James was working at the front desk. He greeted me pleasantly, came out and inspected the tire and told me to pull up next to one of the bays. He filled my tire in a matter of seconds and I was on my way with the peace of mind I needed to make the rest of my journey home to FL. Thank you James and Tires Plus for providing this service without any hassle!!!!

We purchased a full set of tires & had a problem w/ one of the tires. There was some question as to whether or not the tire was going to be repaired free of charge. However, upon looking up record on our vehicle, they fixed the issue minus additional charges.

As you can tell by the other females that have left reviews this is a trusted place. As a single female, a lot of places, while unfortunate, don t treat women the nicest and price gouge like crazy. I don t think these guys do. William is always there and great when I come in. He remembers me and my car which give me confidence and very honest and up front even when he gives me bad news.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I needed air in my tires today. Not only did they put some in they told me which tires they recommend needing to get replaced and also they set my tire pressure for me. They were very friendly and welcoming.

Great customer service from Tyler! Something punctured my tire causing a flat while on the road. I was losing air rapidly and pulled up to Tires Plus near closing time with a flat needing immediate assistance. Tyler informed me that no technician was available but he was happy to assist and put my spare tire on my car which was extremely helpful during that moment. Thanks Tyler

I haven't had a bad experience ever. They are respectful and patient and have so far been honest. I took my car for an oil change, I use to go to the oil change please down from Kroger but they never set my whatchamajig which left my engine light on but when I took it to Tire Plus the engine light went off and hasn't been back on since June(23) when I got my oil change.

Came in with a flat at 7am and was gone by 9am. Really appreciated how quickly they got me back on the road as I was traveling back to Alabama. William took great care of me!!

This plas was not open when it said they were to be open, so I can't review their service. So the rating of 1 is based on their time. But I did just want to say that, my husband had to be at work early Sat morning and went outside to leave and realized we had a flat. It would've taken too long for a mobile mechanic and our roadside just wouldn't make it in a good time. So since it said on Google that this place was opening (soon) at 830 I believe .... So he drove there to wait but no one came. My husband had to drive to another location on the flat. He wasted time and also risked car damage based on misinformation and the mechanic not being there on time to open shop! Aaaand they never answered the phone. So don't rush going before calling and making sure someone is there to help with your mechanical needs. Good luck
