Went here on the recommendation of a coworker of mine and I m glad I did. I was very impressed with the service I received from Tire Kingz. Very friendly service and the techs are knowledgeable and break it down for you bit by bit. Would definitely go back again for any future needs.

Beware CROOKS !! The most disrespectful people I ve ever met in a business setting !! Gave the alleged Owner MIKE ! $5000 CASH DEPOSITS 7/23 for PURCHASE. Had to Legally demanded my money back now have to go to court !! this dude rather hang out in California dodging customers who he has scammed than be an upstanding businessman and refund people their money. But I refuse to let you and your side chic ball out on mine or I m coming for my money the legal way to MIKE Thompson the real owner not Miqueal. Who would be scamming people putting their father name on front STREET A low down GREEDY PERSON WITH NO MORALS OR BUSINESS ETHICS!! See you in COURT !! Stay away from this place !!

My experience with Tire Kingz has been nothing short of breathtakingly amazing. Upon stumbling on this place at first, assumed it was a tire and rim repair shop but to my surprise it was more than expected. The challenges and difficulty I had shopping for 18 wheels were insane next to impossible! I ve searched with tire rack, discount tires, Butler, RideTyme and a few others who presented no options however, within a couple days, Alex at Tire Kingz found a fresh set of wheels and tires; huge sigh of relief! The customer service was phenomenal. Had everything mounted and installed within the hour. Painted my calipers as well and gave my wheels the style and drip I ve been looking for. After my experience, I can proudly say they the best in the Game!

I was a lil passed about the time, but over all they hooked me up 6" lift kit. Looks awesome. Will be back for my 22x10 chrome and black feet soon.

This place sucks!!! This was not a choice I'd make but my cousin talked me into letting them do my life kit and rims because they are black owed. I paid full price over 6k to get the work done up front. I was given a two day timeframe for them to complete the work. On the 2nd day I was told the lift kit 3.5 country lift won't fit my 2019 Lam. Then I had to purchase a 5in lift kit that I didn't want wouldn't just give me my money back because everything was purchased as a set. So I had to let them continue work. I hated the service all together. What was supposed to take 2days is still going on for a week and two days. Haven't been given a date they will finish. Then this Mike dude had the nerve to say he don't want me to bring my business back there. Didn't even have to say it.

We got tires from here, already had my own rims. They put the tires on the rims chipped my paint on 2 of my rims. Tried to cover it up with black paint. So I was pissed, the owner order another rim it took everrrrrr.... Then were I went to pick up my new rim was was damaged or took over 2 hours just to change out my rim& tire. Be service.... I try to support black owned business

The negative reviews that alot of the people are saying about this business is true. I came across the same issue with the individual that is mentioned. Unprofessional arrogant not friendly at all I thought this would have been a great shop to bring my vehicle's to and have bought all 3 to get something done. The service that I received was done to the owners liking not mine I purchased rims and tires and was giving 305/35/24 not the All-Terrain tires that I wanted. And was told that my truck would not look good lifted would look better just leveled out. I would no t recommend this company to anyone try to support black they say. And regardless of when the work was preformed tried to do business with them 1 more time and received the same arrogant response if you did not want to do the work just say so.

Yesterday while driving on the highway a Valve Stem went bad on my car causing my tire to go flat. Meaning I had to go to the nearest gas station and get air. Thats how i knew what it was that. So I looked online tire kingz was still open it wasn't even 5 P.m. Site say closes at 6. Once i got there and walked in a Young lady did greet me and ask did i need help. I told her yes Ma'am I need a Valve Stem replace can y'all fix it. Another Gentleman took over and said we are bout too close. Remember its not even 5 Pm , closes at 6. I walked out and Went to Rolling Wheels & Tire 4 ,2 minutes away . Got Done in Under Ten mintes . Guess i caught tire kingz at a bad time

I appreciate the level of service that Mike and his team gives, this is my second set of wheels purchased from TireKingz, always given good customer service and Mike tells you upfront what s what and tries to keep you in a good price range, we always talk about how bad service is from a black owned business but, I promise you TireKingz will go the extra mile to get you right . Thank you TireKingz for the level of service all of you display each time I m there .

Bad business. Spent $9800 on suspension work and most of the work wasn t done and the work that was done was not right. Had my own set of brand new rims and tires, one tire got destroyed and was told it would be replaced and wasn t. Mike/ owner was rude and always avoiding me from the beginning. I could hardly never get in touch with him and now I can t get in touch with him at all. After almost a year of the run around and delayed promised delivery date time after time he finally reached out and said it was done. When it was delivered and I got a chance to really check over the car so much was wrong. Parts not what I paid for, he basically brought what he wanted not what we discussed. Work I paid for wasn t done. I had to get everything completely done over. Nobody expect to spend that kind of money on suspension work and can t even drive the car. There s always an excuse. I wouldn t recommend getting any work done here that requires fabrication, seriously I wouldn t recommend getting anything done here. Most likely you ll have to file a complaint to get anything resolved with this company

I had my 24 rims and tires mounted, these guys are great.They handled my wheels with care not like other places. That was a big plus for me, also they install tpms sensors in all four tires. Unlike another company I went to in the past the sensor actually work and is readable. I definitely recommend this company you want be disappointed.

I ve been going to Tire Kingz for years and never once have I had a bad experience. Their prices are fair and they have always communicated well with me. I would and have recommended their services to everyone who has asked me where I got my tires and rims from. I appreciate all the staff and the positive environment when you re there. This is definitely my go to tire shop no matter what.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody, owner is very arrogant, unprofessional, no organization skills, I spoke with someone on Friday morning for brake services , replacement of pads, he told me to come on Monday at 9am . So I came with brakes for replacement job, the guy I spoke with said he didn't say come Monday ,he said call at 10am. This place is very unorganized, I tried to support black own business it's always something lack of skills unorganized. Unprofessional conduct.

They really are THE TIRE KINGZ. I love everything about this establishment. Mike and Nafeesa are amazing, supportive and professional. They have the biggest hearts and treat their employees like family. The staff is top notch. They love what they do and are experts in their chosen fields. Shareka and Alex hold it down in the office. They are the glue to this operation. Austin and Todd did an outstanding job on my car. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I felt so special and welcomed by all of the staff. Thank you Bump, Rob, Billy, Dooley, Kelly, T.J, Kion, Big Mike, Chester, Big Earl, Screw and Tay you guys are the best everrrrrr. I am recommending everyone I know to go here. A1 Service.

I have driven past this place for years and never would seek service for fear of small town unprofessional service. I finally decided to give them a shot, and boy!..not only did they make me sorry, they confirmed my gut fear of bad service and unprofessional behaviorWent in to have a flat tire repaired, and then I hired them to rotate the tires. Long story short, the technician stripped the special Nissan factory designed lock nut socket that is used to unlock one of the nuts holding tire rim. They waived the fee for rotating the tires and repairing the flat tire. They also informed me they would call me within four days because they had to purchase the new socket. They never called, I waited one additional week, no call. I went in to the establishment and asked about our missing socket for the car. I (a paying customer) had to wait to speak with the girl behind the desk, because she was busy ordering food for herself and presumably other employees. Wow.It was only at that time they informed me they were unable to retrieve the socket and that I needed to bring my car to Nissan to allow the technician to find the correct socket. So our family members had to take time out of OUR schedule, drive to Nissan service department on Thorton road to identify the socket that fits my wheel, and then pay $26!!!! Really???!! I returned to the business and presented the receipt for reimbursement, they told me they did not have the $26 on hand and the manager was coming back from the bank (huge coincidence right?) at that time. All I needed to do was wait 5 to 10 minutes. At this point I was quite frustrated with all of the loss of time and inconvenience from these non-professionals. I just chose to eat the $26 and let everybody know about the service I received.After I previewed previous negative reviews about this companies dealings with customers...something does not pass the smell test when I saw a full column in the 5 star review section. I too have a small business and I would never speak / write textual rebuttals to past customer complaints similar to what I have seen here. Enter at your own risk, because I will never patronize this business again!!

I road down with my MISTER! He needed work done on his tires and we hit the road once again to this trusted place of business! Just enjoyed seeing how hard everyone works there! They get the job done and it doesn't take all day..

I had a fantastic experience here. I went in for a tire quote and didn't have the time to get in before heading out of town for about 2 months. They still honored my quote!! They were very pleasant and kind and even offered to unbolt this small piece under my car for free. Then gave the the option to come back later to have it done, as time did not permit taking advantage of the offer in that moment. I've referred a few friends and they too were pleased. I think this just might become my go to spot, but I need them to give me free tire rotations on a full set like Disc Tire. That's the only element that puts them in 2nd place. Thanks Tire Kingz!!!

The owner is very rude and disrespectful. I had purchased tires and by the time I got home the tire weights had fell off the same day. Mike was very confrontational and said I drove to hard and that's why they fell off.... Keep in mind they fell off in my garage and not in the road... When I stated they fell off in the garage, his response was that my wheel was probably dirty......This all happened within an hour of them placing the tires on the car. Believe the negative reviews on this site. They are the truth. Not to mention that tires I brought came in later than what was promised. Another excuse the owner used was it was the vendor's fault. It's always some other person's fault when dealing with this company.

Customer service is great. Met the owner. He's down to earth and real hands on. Is one of the cleanest tire shops I've been inn. Prices are reasonable. Bought full set of new 22 inches rims and brand new tires.
