The Service department can be very scammy here. As soon as my Service contract was up, they told me I need to pay for a $200 diagnostic for an oil leak my car doesn't have. Like at 60K miles my car has a sudden leak that happened to start when the Service contract period ended. Be very careful paying for Service that is not needed with dealing with them.

Must be moving cars pretty frequently on Thornton Road , I see the facility is expanding. Came through to get an oil change but was turned away due to no appointment. I still appreciate them as my local Hyundai dealer. However, like Janet said, "What have you done for me lately?" When prices come back to decency, I may return. Good people too busy to service a long time customer.

I want to give a personal thank you to Jameel, Reagan & Ms.Williams, so helpful and warm spirited! The made my experience a 10/10! Me and my baby Zoey will definitely be coming back if i ever have car problems again!! On top of the amazing customer service, my car was fixed in no time! I was in and out and i left feeling so good. Thank you so much for the amazing Hyundai experience!!!!

This place is trying to make changes but they appear to be mostly aesthetics because they still have major issues when it comes to their service and parts departments.

The associate was not helpful in assisting with finding parts. He could not tell me which vehicle the part was ordered for.
