INCREDIBLE experience. I'd give them 5 more stars if I could! We purchased a 2022 Keystone Montana from a dealer in Ringgold GA and purchased the extended warranty for the rig. After taking our unit to the dealer for an awning repair *that lasted 8 months*, we finally got it back, only to find out our 2 front living rooms slides were jacked up and off the schwinteck rails in a bad way. I decided to try a mobile technician that worked with warranty companies for reimbursement purposes. I probably could have made the repairs, but then I'd be wasting my (already paid for) extended warranty. I found Savage RV through keystones website that said they worked with extended warranties and coverage. Darrell and Savannah are the REAL DEAL. I was a little concerned about them working with RVCOMPLETE, my warranty company because of the shady service I had received from my dealer. Savannah took care of all the back office stuff, contacted and worked directly with manufacturers of schwintek to order my parts, and my warranty to company in order to get reimbursed for the repairs. She kept me informed the entire time. They were professional, courteous, and great to work with. I HOPE to never need them again, but if I do, I got them on speed dial. Don't look elsewhere!

Great experience. Quick response to call, quick come out. Savanna was extremely helpful even with follow up phone call. We replaced our water pump on a 22 Grand Design Imagine. Total was 478 which I think is a little too expensive for a 15 minute repair but we were pleased with the service we received. Thanks guys! We recommend and will use again.

We had Savage Mobile RV come out to look at a few issues with our 5th Wheel & we were able to get them all resolved! New compressor for the refrigerator & a new AC on the front. Very helpful, polite & communicated well. Took a video of how they get the AC to the top of the camper. Pretty cool. Thanks guys!!!!

Great experience getting my front air conditioner replaced. Savannah in the office is very organized and professional. She communicates very well. The installers did a great job. You'll pay a little higher labor cost since they come to your location but it's worth it. I recommend Savage for any mobile RV needs.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

They came out and provided an inspection of my RV. They were very thorough and answered all my many questions. Then about 1 1/2 hours later the second team came out to change the oil and filters on the engine and generator. They also continued to answer all my many questions. On items they did not handle, they recommended someone. All this is great service and support for a new RV owner. I highly recommend them.Service: Oil change

Savage Mobile RV helped me with repair of chain and cable driven slide out. It has a busted gearbox. Working with Savage was seamless as they have a very organized process for scheduling and communication of your repair. They also acted quickly to source the correct part for me and return to make the repair. Savage maintains a highly professional image as well with marked, organized vans and marked uniforms. I would recommend using Savage if you need a mobile repair and I plan to call on them in the future if the need arises.

These folks are amazing! Courteous, efficient, and well priced. We are relatively new to the RV scene and had a few issues that we couldn t solve in our RV while we were entertaining some out of town guests right before Thanksgiving. We were worried no one could come out to help, but Savage made it happen and solved all of our issues and had us up and running again quickly. Savannah was extremely helpful and communicative in the logistical and technical side of resolving our issue. My ac was acting up. So, I called Savage RV. I called late on a Friday evening. They showed up first thing on Monday morning. The tech ran diagnostics on my ac. As usual, it didnt act up while they were there. Savannah was very helpful and very informative on parts, cost, etc. I really didn't have an issue but,if I needed an RV repair again, I would use Savage RV.Service: Air conditioning

Could not have asked for a better experience. While traveling in our 5th wheel heading to warmer climate. Quickly realized something was going on with one of our AC's. Savage Mobile was able to precisely walk me through a few troubleshooting steps to figure out the root cause. Once the issue was determined they had a few options available to us. Even though we weren't exactly in their service area, they still traveled a good way just to take care of us. The work, professionalism and craftsmanship were every bit as good as their customer service.Service: Air conditioning

A/C went out in our camper & we called savage Rv, they drove all the way out to Stone Mountain to service our unit. Excellent customer service, & Honest company to work with. If I could give Savage Mobile RV service a 6 star rating I would! I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness and service. I bought a used popup camper and the lift system broke on it the first time I set it up. I looked high and low for anyone to come to my home to fix the issue but no one could either do it in a timely manner (2-3 months) or they no longer performed mobile service. I called Savannah at Savage and was greeted warmly and she understood the issue and promptly set up service that week. Unfortunately there was a bit of a snag after the work was completed and I found this out on a Sunday afternoon. I called the office to leave a message and low and behold Savannah answered the phone and said they would be out that afternoon. Darrell and Savannah both came out and assessed the issue and came back out two days later and completely fixed the issue. Now, that is customer service that you NEVER see any more. Also, I just texted Savanah here on Saturday, Memorial Day weekend, about checking on my air conditioner that's having an issue. She responded within 2 minutes and Darrell is coming out Monday, Memorial Day, to check it out. This type of customer service is phenomenal. Please be sure to check them out. You will not be disappointed. If only all companies followed their lead!My location is Lawrenceville, GA.

Called them about my TT having no heat or a/c. They quickly set up a time to come to my home to look at it. Savana contacted me for additional info and picture of our unit. They diagnosed it over the phone as probably the thermostat. On the day of repair, SavanaContacted me to inform me that they were on their way. They arrived on time with the proper tools and a replacement thermostat. They tested and confirmed this was the issue. They replaced it and unit work as expected. They did find a problem with the thermostat display. A new one was ordered and upon it being delivered, they returned to install. Again being punctual and on time. I would recommend and will use them again should the need arise.Service: Air conditioning

The Norcold N611 RV refrigerator in my 2008 Thor Chateau Sport Class C motorhome has died :(I found Savage Mobile RV repair service on the internet and was pleased with how quickly I was able to get an appointment. The service technician was on-time, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to determine the cooling unit is no longer working.Because a new cooling unit on an old N611 fridge "might" last a year, the plan is to replace the RV fridge with a residential refrigerator. This is most cost effective for my needs.I will order the new refrigerator. Savage will remove the old and insert the new. I realize the new model will not run on propane and I am okay with that.Taking your rig to a dealership could mean leaving it for months. Many service departments are backed up for months!! I would highly recommend Savage Mobile RV Repair service!

I had removed my coach batteries to charge them. Upon reinstalling them I got an E7 error message on my Dometic thermostat! The guys from Savage were very knowledgeable and showed me how to reset the Domestic thermostat the next time I had to disconnect the coach batteries!!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning
