Amazing customer service!!! They got me all the way together when my wheel blew. The damage was on the inside and I wasn t able to see it until the damage was done. I was in a panic and they reassured me that they would take care of me in a timely manner and they did just that!!! I will definitely use this shop again!! Great job Gentlemen!!-SoldierGirl

The guys at this place are great from the district manager to the tech who put my tires on my Hellcat and their prices are the best ive found anywhere taking our M3 there next for tires and i will recommend them evryone who asks me about wheels or tires!!

I have nothing but good to say about the service I received. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have been dealing with an issue with my car for almost a year, they identified it and recommended where to go for services they don t provide. If your car hasn t been in and out of the shop for almost a year, you might not understand how important this was. I m passed pleased, I m blessed to have had them assist me.

Rodney the Manager gave amazing customer service! I drove a hour and a half just to do business with him at his location.The Wheel Tech has 20 years of experience and takes super care of your car.No matter if you re driving a high end luxury car or a daily driver they will definitely baby your car! They will continue to get my business!

I called Rim time and was quoted a price for a tire, but when I got to the store, I was told a completely different price higher than what I was told over the phone. The manager honored the price I was initially told. They really have integrity and forever have my business.

Update to my previous 3 star review: After expressing my concerns with ownership I am VERY happy with the results. All I can say is the team at Rimtyme worked hard to make sure my wheel buying experience was better than ever. My wheels fit great and look even better. Definitely check them out.

I first went to RentAwheel in mableton before coming here and waited an hour and a half before being addressed . Only to be told that I can t have 22s on my car only 20s??! Then I had to wait 2 weeks before I could get them .. so my sister in law texted me about Rimtyme . I called him and he told me to come right over and they were 7 min away. I went over there and picked out what I wanted and they took my keys in a matter of minutes and slapped them on my car. I was so happy with my service there! They are great and I was extremely impressed with the way they just took care of everything while I sat there and watched tv. They even stayed past their business hours to make sure I was taken care of. I loved my experience there!

I would recommend staying away from doing business with this location. If I could I would have selected no stars for this review. This was abosluty the worst example of customer service that I have ever expirenced. I went in to purchase new wheels and tires for my car. I thought this was supposed to be a reputable tire and wheel shop since thier shirts say 'ask the expert' which is a joke! The tires they put on my car were used, however no where on their website or in thier shop does it mention used tires for sale. They sold me used but chardged me for new tires. To make things worse the left front tire had a hold in it a leaked air about 10lbs of pressure every day. The hole was close too the side wall and should have never been plugged but that was all they would do for me. I asked that new tires be ordered and put on my new rims. For the next 3 weeks , the manager and one of the emloyees lied and told me the tires were on the truck to be delivered and they would call when they arrived. I never got that call. In fact when I called them to follow up, they stopped answering the phone when they would see my number come up. This forced me to go there and speak to them face to face but got the same run around. This went on for a month and each day I had to replace lost air on a unsafe tires. Finally I had enough and disputed the change with my credit card company and went to a reputable place and was treated as a customer should be treated spending over $2,000 on a product. Take this as a warning.......this place is pooly run by crooks who care nothing about the customer. I will never do business with them and question doing business with any of thier other businesses associated with Purple Square MAnagement company unless my concerns are addressed.

I had a nail in my tire and they were SO helpful. It was so quick and the service was Amazing! I told them to look for anything that could be wrong with not only the messed up tire but all of them and I was kinda expecting the whole they find a problem and try to charge for it thing. But that was not the case at all. The dude in charge, Rodney, was very patient and knowledgeable. Hell yeah I ll be back! And I recommend all of y all come check them out! #notsponsored just #happywithservice

My experience at this location was very pleasing. Rhaffeal and Rodney help me pick the best rims for my car and I was left satisfied. Everyone in the office was nice, cool and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better experienced. Don't waste no time, go shop and spice up your ride! Thank you Rhaffeal and Rodney.

This place is awesome, Me and my tires were in horrible bind today. My tire went out on I20. I was so stressed. I called the shop and spoke with Rafael, he told me he d help me out and he d look out for me. When I got there he was outside waiting. Theses men gave my tire the royal treatment and treated me like I was family. These men here are respectful and very friendly. I really appreciate the service that I received today. I recommend them all the way!! A+ God bless y all.

Customer service was great at the Lithia Springs location. Rodney helped me find the best rims for my truck and made sure I was please. I will definitely be back unlike the1one Jonesboro rd with the worst service I ever had rude and not helpful at all. I suggest you go to Lithia Springs instead if you want the best and prompt service and ask for Rodney you ll thank me later.

Definitely THE BEST place you want to go for Rim and Tire packages. Easy payments They work with you on EVERYTHING. IDK about the other locations but This shop treats you like family. They turned my Malibu into a Maybach looking too clean!

Very Well Stocked with Alot of Choices,,I mean ALOT!I couldn't turn down the package that was presented to me!The Guys installed My Rims and tires in about 30 mins.Professional and Quick!You gotta come get Yours!

I purchased 4 tires and 4 rims. The guys seem to be very nice. After purchasing I went about 4 miles to a car wash and lost air in the back tire however they discovered that they needed to replace the metal valve stems and install the rubber stems. Reprogram the sensors. They gave me credit for the problem all is running good. They called me several times to make sure everything is okay. Thanks for making it right. I would definitely use them again

Love them. They need to work on time management cause I was there for hours. That being said please prepare to have someone either come with you; so you can drop your car off or schedule a day off. Other than that they are very professional and they were very helpful when it came time to pick my rims. I will go back again for my next car.
