I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at the Nissan of Lithia Springs Dealership. I brought my Nissan Murano to this dealership , due to an electrical problem which they did not fix. Instead they resurfaced my rotors. I waited in the customer waiting room for a whopping 8 hours for the service to be completed on my car. Not only was this an inconvenience, but it also wasted an entire day of my time. However, what truly shook my confidence in this dealership was the horrifying incident that occurred after the service. While driving my car home form work, one of the tires suddenly detached from my vehicle, posing a grave threat to my safety and the safety of others on the road. Upon investigation, it was revealed that the cause of this dangerous occurrence was the improper installation of the tires during the service appointment at Nissan Lithia Springs Dealership. The lug nuts were over tightened using an impact tool, causing four out of five studs to shear off. This negligence not only endangered my life but also resulted in significant damage to my vehicle. This incident has severely tarnished my trust in the Nissan brand and I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with the Nissan of Lithia Springs Dealership. It is appalling that Nissan of Lithia Springs has failed to take any responsibility for this egregious error. Their lack of accountability is deeply concerning and indicative of their disregard for customer safety. I urge anyone considering using this dealership to think twice and explore alternative options.

We couldn t be more satisfied with the purchase of our new vehicle today. Slim was the perfect salesman for us. He wasn t pushing us to purchase a vehicle today unlike most salesman. We told him exactly what we wanted after test driving three vehicles and BAM the rest was a piece of cake due to him working his magic. We can t thank you enough Slim!

Edit: unfortunately as always seems to be the case with dealerships, my experience here has become overwhelmingly negative once the transaction was completed. I have been going back-and-forth with the staff of this dealership for over two weeks because they mailed my license plate and registration to the incorrect address. We took great pains to tell them what address to send the registration to during the vehicle sale, but they still mailed the registration to the incorrect address anyway. I was told my best bet would be to drive several states away and knock on the door of my old address to see if the current tenants would give me my license plate and registration. Completely unacceptable. When I asked for another temp tag in order to continue legally driving my newly purchased vehicle, I was told that issuing me a new temp tag would undo the sale of the vehicle and was impossible. I was forced to go to the dealership in person to ask for this again, and I was immediately given one without much hesitation. I m just not sure why people feel the need to lie about things for no reason. Clearly issuing another temp tag wouldn t undo the sale.Solomon was a wonderful salesperson, a pleasure to deal with and made sure we got the best deal possible. Can t recommend him and this dealership highly enough!

I had a phenomenal experience! Alexis made sure that I left with the exact vehicle I wanted to buy, just like she promised. The team was incredibly helpful and worked together seamlessly to get the job done. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had, hands down. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

Not impressed. Not happy. They owe us a car.My wife's anti theft system was triggered due to a low battery which we replaced two weeks ago, and her key fob wasn't being recognized by the car. We were informed by many local mechanics that they couldn't do anything about it and called Nissan. Over the phone they told us to just bring it in for the key fob reprogramming, which would only cost us $165. She asked several times if she needed to pay for a diagnostic, and the lady rep on the phone said NO several times, so we paid for a tow truck to bring the car to the lot. That tow cost us $110.Once on the lot, the Nissan rep told us we HAD TO pay for a diagnostic, an additional $99 we didn't really have, and even though my wife told them we didn't want the diagnostic and that since the anti theft lock was keeping the battery dead, there wouldn't be a way for her car to be tested for a full diagnostic, they still insisted. They also added that if they found anything else they would let us know and if we declined, they would charge us the additional $99. My wife had no engine lights and recently had a full tune-up done on her car so apart from the anti theft lock, NOTHING was wrong with her car at all. She even advised them about the tire pressure indicator on the dash being something that's always on even after her tire replacement, and no we don't need or want any additional work done and frankly have just enough to get her car fixed because she's missed two weeks of work thanks to her car being bricked and stuck in a parking lot since Tuesday October 3rd.Our appointment was set for Friday the 13th of October at 7:45 a.m., and we had a paid business trip to Indiana take that same day so we dropped our car off at around noon on Wednesday October 11th, and the rep said our car was moved to the top of the list for repairs so they could "get us out faster" since we had a gig out of town.On Friday we were told nothing had been done to my wife's car because they were trying to run a diagnostic on a car we told them wasn't responding; being the anti theft lock was active, EVERY POSSIBLE CODE ON THE CAR WAS SHOWING because that's what an anti theft lock does--it locks your engine, locks out OBDI readers, and prevents a turnover for the engine. On top of that, they had no rentals available, so in addition to missing two weeks of pay, we MISSED A PAID GIG OUT OF TOWN, and all we got was a "Sorry, there's nothing we can do," even though we were being haggled with sales calls claiming my wife's car was in "perfect condition for its age," and wanting us to "sit down and discuss trading in for a newer model," which we neither want to nor have the money for.Long story short, every day her car sits there, she's losing work. They have no rentals available anywhere else in the area. Nissan claimed we could just bring the car over and they would reprogram the key (max of an hour for work, they said) but hit us with a surprise additional charge after the fact, AND they can't even do the diagnostic we didn't want because we told them the problem with the car is the anti theft keeps the power disconnected from the engine until the fob is reprogrammed. They said they "might" know something by Monday--if we lose any more days of work, this will NOT be good. This is an ongoing issue.PS: If sales calls are on record calling my wife and saying her car is in "perfect condition", which we know because we paid for a tuneup elsewhere weeks beforehand, we don't want to hear them tell us anything is wrong with the car outside of the anti theft lock issue we initially brought the car in for.

My tire went flat I was informed there s a key to unlock the tire for replacement. I had my car towed to Nissan in Lithia Springs to remove the tire and provide me with a key. It s a newer car and I ve never had tire issues. My car was dropped off at 3 pm Tuesday. It s now Thursday and I still don t have my car. No one is available to assist me. They send me to voicemail or promise they will email a manager and call me back. They can t find the car. This is unacceptable. I ve emailed and called all day yesterday. Service department sucks! Update: I spoke with a manager on Thursday morning. He has fixed the issue with my car. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently encountered significant challenges with the customer service department concerning my vehicle. Despite numerous attempts to contact the service department via phone, my efforts were met with no response, leading to a considerable amount of frustration on my part. This lack of communication was particularly concerning given that my vehicle was in their possession for five days, during which I was seeking a simple diagnostic service.Additionally, I reached out to Nissan USA for assistance, only to learn that the dealership operates as a franchise, leaving Nissan USA unable to intervene directly. Despite their apology, my situation remained unresolved.Efforts to communicate with specific staff members, namely Carissa, Warren, Leah, and an individual I believe to be named Quencella, also did not yield any response, further compounding the issue.Ultimately, the necessity to visit the dealership in person to obtain information highlights a critical need for improvement in staff responsiveness and customer communication. Ensuring timely updates and feedback, especially when holding a customer s vehicle for an extended period, is essential for maintaining trust and satisfaction.FYI This complaint mimics the exact same issue I had when I brought my car in, in January with the same young lady Karissa which I told she had just joined the team. However, there is no excuse for poor performance 2 months later.Update I did receive a call from Voncella and she was very apologetic and wanted me to give them another chance since I had been a customer since 2007. I told her I would think about it. I did appreciate talking with someone from the Dealership that expressed concern and care about my horrible experience.

And an excellent experience the level of customer service was above and beyond. Alexis Palmer is hands down the best sales person I have ever worked with. Between her and the finance team they worked extremely hard to get me and my wife in a 2022 rogue sport. A hands down dealer and sales person I will definitely be working with in the future and highly recommend.

From being quoted $3600 MORE on a car than my husband that was *already* over MSRP to a horrible Carvana customer service experience, the process of purchasing a car has been *terrible*.And then there was Slim. He and the team ended our nightmare.Slim and the Nissan of Lithia Springs team worked tirelessly to make the purchase of my pristine CPO Armada a pleasant experience. We walked away feeling like it was a great deal for us--well worth the traffic-filled, rush hour drive. A positive encounter with the sales and finance team, I was happy with our car buying experience...and my car is beautiful <3

I randomly stopped by (no appt ) to see how a particular car looked on the inside (Nissan Rouge). It was confusing because I initially went to the accounting department but they contacted a sales to come assist me. They called sales man Slim and he was immediately extremely rude where another salesperson had to get involved Alexis . Alexis provided amazing customer service and I have not a single negative thing to say about my experience with her. I did locate a vehicle looked at and inquired about the drive out price. I was told a particular amount by the manager and i questioned because there was different things on the drive out print out ( mile and year was different). The out the door price was confirmed multiple times with the manager . They told me it was accurate so I took the info and set a time for another day to come back to test drive and finalize. I came back they gave me a completely different higher price. I explained the situation and the GM was involved. I gave them the sheet that I was given to me with the pricing. The GM told me they can not honor the pricing that they initially gave me but admitted it was a mistake on their end. I advised that there is a Nissan at another dealership with the same year ,lower mileage , and no accidents (There vehicle had an accident) but with a lower price. The GM and manager declined to adjust the price (even though I was told they could price match)so I declined to purchase and most likely will not be back.

I sat in the service drive for 20 mins. Cars that came after me were being taken before me. My husband had to go inside to see what was going on.Whoever my advisor was did not take my car back, another guy did. L Williams did and my car ended up being ready faster than it normally does. That was the only good partService used to be alot better but has gotten bad. Long wait times even with an apointment.I am thinking of getting my car serviced somewhere else.

I didn't have a great experience because a simple human element was removed from my experience and it was communication. Instead of walking 10 steps to update me about the status of my vehicle while I waited in the guest lounge for 5 hours the person assigned to my vehicle chose to send me an email instead of coming to speak with me. I received the email 30 minutes after I complained about not receiving any updates. This is unacceptable. I'm from the Flintstones era not the Jetsons era. Come and speak to the customer and update them, I don't bite. As a retired military veteran people often tell me "thank you for your sacrifice and your service". I'm tired of sacrificing for what I considered to be a poor lapse in judgment. I specifically came to Lithia Springs Nissan because I was expecting better results as compared to the service that I had previously received in Union City Nissan. I'm not so sure now.

Absolute unprofessional s! Was trying to purchase a vehicle I had seen online. I had called in, told them I was very interested, ready to buy but just needed a few questions answered. Nothing too complicated like what would be my out the door costs, condition of tires, etc. They couldn t answer my questions over the phone and said they call me right back. An hour later I still had not heard from them, so I called in and got another associate Alexis, whom I asked the same questions and said I am ready to buy a car this week. She said she would find out and call me back, another hour goes by and I get a phone call. It s Alexis, and she tells me that the car just sold, so I ask her was someone looking at the car when I originally talk to you. No was her answer. This is absolutely unacceptable, I would have purchased that car had she done her job. The staff acts like you are an inconvenience for trying to buy a vehicle through them. Extraordinarily unprofessional! I was early on this vehicle, and I lost it because a team of sales people do t want to do their jobs! I have to go look for car now, this is the 3rd one sold before I could purchase, but the first where I had been early actually been a serious buyer who lost out not for being late but because the sales team didn t feel like doing their jobs. THIS DEALERSHIP HAS PERMANENTLY LOST MY BUSINESS

John was a great help with helping me pick out my new vehicle. He sat with me until we found a vehicle and numbers that worked for me. He was patient and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend him to assist with your next car buying purchase. This is my second purchase from this location and the only place I allow to service my vehicle. Great customer service every time. Thank you John and Nissan of Lithia Springs.

It s been a week now since I ve had my brand new car with little to no miles on it! I decided to trade in my (fully owned) vehicle for an upgraded, used vehicle, but with the help from Alexis Palmer, she assured me that a brand new vehicle would be better suited for my trade. She was most definitely right! I didn t want a high car payment or outstanding balance; luckily Alexis and her manager were able to accommodate me for the prices I negotiated for.Alexis is very sweet and personable. She s a professional saleswoman! I loved her energy from start to end! I was able to find a confrre in her! She welcomed me to call or text her at anytime I need her, and she is always available when needed. I love that she keeps the same attitude at all time! She is always smiling, and my girl can dress! She most definitely made my car shopping experience worthwhile! I love my brand new car!!! Again, thank you Alexis!

Lemuel Davidson at Nissan Lithia Springs offered exceptional customer services during a stressful mechanical failure and towing experience. Mr Davidson went well beyond to ensure I received a rental car and got home safely. Mr Davidson worked diligently , patiently and was pleasant during the entire situation and worked until after closing time to ensure satisfaction. Kudos for Mr. Davidson and Nissan! Thank you!

Regarding the purchase of my vehicle Jessica was impeccable...However when it comes to the performance of my vehicle and the courtesy of not having my vehicle is unacceptable. The rental office person is never available nor do this person return calls. I have been requesting a courtesy vehicle since Sunday because my brand new Nissan Kicks vehicle turned off in the middle of traffic which was very traumatic for me in the middle of traffic. Yet the urgency to accommodate my inconvenience has not been rendered.

Had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from here. They were awesome from first contacting them online, to getting everything done and settled before even arriving to pick up the vehicle I wanted due to the 3.5 hour drive I had to pick it up! Thanks to Justin and everyone there for everything you did and your hospitality!!

I cannot say enough about my experience here. EVERYONE is so welcoming, knowledgeable, and hard working. The process of making such a big purchase is ALWAYS overwhelming. Especially since I was a first time buyer, I was very nervous. Even with having previous work history IN a dealership. Destiny Phillips was with me every step of the way. Words can t describe how thankful I am to have received her help! She went above and beyond for me, including after hours help!! If you re considering purchasing a vehicle come here and ask for Destiny Phillips !!! You won t regret it. 10 stars for you guys. I will be sending everyone your way and you have a lifetime customer with me!! Thank you Nissan of Lithia Springs!!
