I had a great experience at this dealership. Its small but the customer service was top notch for me. Daniel was my salesrep. I test drove 2cars that I came to see and he answered all my questions confidently. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. I left to go to another dealership that day and had a bad visit , so I came back to purchase the car I had test drove and also the customer service here, brought me back ,it was great for me! They offered me several financing options, but I had preapproval. I came back a few days later to finalize the deal and drove off with my daughter and my clean Kia Sorento! Eric washed and detailed it , and Rebekah in finance helped me finish paperwork, thanks.Overall I would greatly recommend this place to someone looking for a nice used car, ask for Daniel or Eric!

As of right now, I'm driving a very smooth and reliable, dependable 2015 Buick Encore, all because of Jim Baker. He was a patient and friendly salesman to work with. I haven't purchased a vehicle in 8 years, but it was pain free and very quick. I'm enjoying my vehicle so far, and I'm grateful to be back mobile. Thank you JimUpdate: June 5Now that I've gotten adjusted to the vehicle, I'm getting recommendations about multiple oil leaks, leak in air compressor that prevents cold air... just a slew of issues. I'm disappointed that i bought a lemon from M&M. Don't recommend buying from here. I wish i could take this vehicle back!!Update:November 6After a couple of more months, I'm dealt with another issue. Turbo charge needs to be replaced. Had to replace a rear tire after being told they're all new. (Ugh) why???

Had looked at a few other Honda's, same price range, newer models, none as nice as the one I bought from Roy. The entire process was easy, and pleasant. No hassle, no haggle, no badgering.Great people, very clean, mechanically sound inventory. They are a step above all other used car dealership.I totally recommend the team at M&M, my dollars went further and I love my Honda Accord!

I bought my first car here yesterday from Daniel and didn't expect such a good experience. He was patient, cheerful, and sincere the entire time.I texted in advance about the vehicle I wanted to see and he was responsive then came with me for my test drive and hung out for the presale inspection. The mechanic gave a glowing review of the car and Daniel was forthcoming with a list of work the dealership had done to get the car ready for sale. The process was smooth and I left feeling good about it.

I m writing a review about how I got ripped off at M and M superstore. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from them. They told me it was 12,500 and that was 1, 640 below market value. After every said done they had me spend 1913.05 for this car. I went two other car dealers places they told me my car was only worth 6,000.00. Also, when I went to have the car serviced it cost me thousands of dollars to get the car serviced almost every time went for its service. Also I want to add when I bought the car the sales man from Alabama I think his name was Ed was so nice sweetest man ever once I bought the car and I came back the next day to pick up the car the man had resign all the documents all over again that signed the previous day when I bought the car but this time this guy was rude, mean, saying mean and rude comments, was very unprofessional, it was worse experience ever. I would never recommend anyone buy cars from them they are bunch of scam artist and rip people off they are not a legit business. They are just out scamming people out for there s hard earned money.

So sorry for not adding a review sooner! We went there in September in search of a car. Daniel was the best of help to me, my wife, my father in law & friend that were there. We got to to test drive different cars and then we came back two days later and got the car we wanted. Everyone in the building said hello to us and carried on a conversation it was really a good Energy of genuine care and people that wanted to help. I forgot the title clerks name but she was also very nice! She came and checked in with us during the process of getting our car and gave us useful information about getting our tag! Thanks to everyone we were able to get a good functioning car and we are able to continue to travel to work and to see our family!-CHL :-)

We had a great experience in this dealership especially how the team treated us. They're very accommodating even Mr. Erick checked on us to make sure we arrived safe back to KY. Our family enjoyed and loved the car we got and we highly recommend M&M Auto Superstore in Lithia Springs GA.P.sTo those people who has a reservation buying a used car from out of state. It's best to hire a 3rd party which is a licensed car inspector of the car your buying so no one to blame. CARFAX might help you but a human that will inspect it personally would be best. It's worth every penny!

I purchased a 2014 Honda Civic from M&M auto superstore. I put a down payment of $3200 and they sold me 2 auto warranty's. 100 days after owning the car the water temp hot light came on. I took it immediately to pep boys where I was told I had a blown head gasket and it had recently been messed with so M&M auto had to of known and sold me the car with the warranty and sent me on my way. The warranty company is a joke it's has cost me $2200 for a used engine and I've only had the car 100 days!!! Buyer beware!!!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! they are not customer oriented and they do not even attempt to satisfy a potential buyer. We had looked at a 2014 Caddilac SUV three (3) separate times and had cash money in our pocket and they would not even attempt to negotiate with pricing. They advertised for 15,990 and when we went to start the deal, the price was over 17K. I realize taxes were not included in the original pricing, however, the math still didn't add up. We ended up buying the exact same make and model with less mileage for $15,500 , out the door, at another car lot and the sales rep was very kind and a pleasure to do business with. Daniel, sales rep , could take a lesson in how to handle customers! !!! Beware!

This dealership has an amazing group of people working there. They will be fully transparent with you about every single detail, not try to milk extra pennies out of your pocket, offer you snacks and drinks while you re waiting, etc. I was in and out of the dealership within 45 minutes and I m extremely satisfied with how everything went. If you want a car for a good price and from good people that are willing to help you then go here, they deserve as much business as possible.

This people are very racist, I wanted a 2016 honda pilot 03/07/2024 which my daughter first went there before me was sitting there waiting for me with the money, they ignored and treated her like trash because she's black, whilst waiting for my arrival 2 white couples came wanted the same vehicle, they sold the pilot in front of her face just like that, she was shocked and could not even speak no more. And they did not even say anything to her, they were just looking at her still that YOU ARE TRASH"

So we bought a vehicle from here, took it on a test drive and everything went well....half way home the vehicle over heated. They tell us their mechanic looked it over very well, but if he drove it and looked it over he would have caught it....they told us thats what happens when you buy a used car and its as is...smfh the nerve dont buy from here.

Sad there is no option for 0 stars. At first the customer service was great and they seemed like very genuine people... so I bought a 2008 F250. Test drive went great, a little vibration sound, but nothing big. After they ensured that I signed the "as is agreement"... and after I had drove 2 hours home.. there was this knocking noise coming from the bed of the truck. Every time I went over a bump, it kept getting louder and more obnoxious and now is constantly loud. I took the truck into ford turns out 8 body mount bushings are shot and quoted me $1700... they were shocked that a dealership had sold us a truck in this condition, and told us its unsafe to drive as the whole cab could come off. I called the dealership back and told them the issue and they said that they can't and won't help... bottom line don't buy anything from these guys... worst dealership I've ever worked with.

Roll Tide Roy was the best from the moment my daughter and I walked in the door. Super helpful and had jokes too lol. Nothing but love in his office from the sweet pictures, especially Sweet Bridges amazing drawing of the American flag to Little man s Taki stash. Thank you. We met with Daniel at the dealership and he helped us pick out a wonderful car. We were able to test drive as many cars as we wanted and he was very patient with us. He also took the time to explain everything with us. I would definitely buy another car from here!

Do not buy a car here at all!!! I just bought a 2013 Nissan Altima and it broke down a week later apparently it needs a whole new transmission. Test drove it everything was fine and even put the device to see if the car was throwing any codes and everything was fine. So do not buy a car here there liars. This was my first car I bought to.

I bought me a GMC Terrain from them 2 weeks ago. And I was supposed to work with Daniel but instead I had a salesman acting like he was Daniel and had me calling him Daniel too because Daniel was off so he ceased the opportunity . I found out because Daniel called me the next day when he came back to work about the request I put in online for the vehicle. So they did a great job getting me Financed, even tho it took 4 days in total tho. And once I was Financed nobody wanted to stay pass closing time so I can get the SUV even tho I was going to get there right at closing time and my salesman Jim was off the next day . And my car runs great motor wise but I had to ask for new tires even tho all the tires was bold n you can clearly see that too. And I ask them to fix the noise with either the brakes or the Rotors because every time I stop I heard something. They took it to somebody for what they said n the person said ain't nothing wrong with neither it's just the tires need to be changed. That was a lie n I got to get the car check out now for either Rotors or Brakes after spending over 14k for a vehicle and I said that was the problem before I left . The tires just made it quiet enough for them to get it out the door, than the next day the noise started right back. They don't purchase the tag for you. And they gave me only 1 push button key n it looked like a dog had chewed it up!!! So that's y I gave them 3 stars!!!

Cars are pretty good - I worked with Karen, who I would highly recommend. Company seemed pretty great (more of a homey feel). Cars, you get what you pay for with no crazy added fees like many of the companies I visited included on top of the window price. Carfax on all vehicles I saw which was great.

LIARS. Wouldn't sell us a car unless we financed through them. Karen said they could with a down payment of 2000-3000 dollars, I said I planned on putting 5000 down, then the sales manager said no. We asked them repeatedly if they wanted to speak to our bank and they kept saying "no no no it's fine, it's no big deal" then after the bank closed, they reneged on everything and wanted us to finance through them.At the end of the day, they wanted us to finance through them or not sell the car at all. Total waste of 10 hours (8hrs driving, 2hrs at the dealership).

We enjoyed our experience with our salesman, William. We drove over 50 miles to test drive 3 different cars, one being at a competitive dealership. We test drove a Subaru Forester and really liked the vibe of the suv. We were looking for a vehicle to fit our new baby on the way. William was very friendly and continued to engage conversation on our new family addition and the excitement. He really made the experience more of a joy mentally instead of a pushy sales pitch. William really caught my attention when he asked what price would keep me from test driving the other vehicle. We were able to come to an agreement on a more than fair price and I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. The car drives amazing and I have no complaints so far. William even showed up on their off day, Sunday, to finish the deal. Thank you William for your excellent help and thanks for introducing us to your puppy as well.

I had no intention of purchasing a car. I went to M and M with my family. The experience of watching Roll Tide Roy go through the paperwork with my Son In Law was amazing. He was proficient, pleasant, patient and a joy to speak with. Upon completion of their purchase my Daughter was waking about the lot. She indicated there was a car she liked for me.I looked and love it on site. I test drove it. There was absolutely no pressure. We went to get a bite to eat came back.
