Used their mobile service today for the first time. It was a software update for my ford maverick hybrid. The technician Byrd was very professional. It was done quickly and I highly recommend using their mobile service. Good experience for a first timer like myself. Will go to them for any future service.

I actually like it here. This is my first time being here and Rick is the guy I spoke to was amazing. He has such a great attitude and has no problem informing you on everything that s going on with your vehicle. Hands down has made want to come here more often. Very clean as well.

Brought our 2014 Mustang in for service because the AC felt like a furnace, Rick took excellent care of us and kept us informed throughout the diagnostic and repair process.We will definitely be using Lithia Springs Ford for service in the future.Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Dropped off my vehicle this morning to have my ECM replaced and programmed, excellent experience! James was incredible and provided excellent customer service. Everyone on the service lane was friendly and the environment was comforting. They went the extra mile to make sure I made it home safely, and they delivered my vehicle right to my door! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your vehicle here for service!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I wish I could have left a good review but unfortunately my experience was not great at all.during the whole 3 weeks almost 4 weeks, service was working on my car they never had any communication. Everything I knew about what was being done on my car I had to call multiple times to get them to tell me anything. Each time I would call I would be told I was going to receive call backs that never happened. When I dropped my car off I let them know I really needed a rental and I was told my insurance would cover it but that they needed to set it up, that never happened. I was promised a lot of information that was never given to me. I was never consulted about what was being done. My car had its engine replaced and as of now I haven t noticed anything bad with the engine work they did but after I received my car my front drivers light was out, my break lights were broken, and many of the electrical parts of the car were never plugged in including my windshield fluid cap that was shoved within the crack of my hood. My husband ended up plugging everything back in and replacing the bulbs but quite frankly this is negligence and considering my car had been there almost a month it s disappointing and unacceptable. My service adviser was Benny and I really hope this doesn t happen to any other people having service done.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

This is the second, and FINAL, time my vehicle was taken to this location. The only credit I can give them is that, this time, they fixed the problem my vehicle was having.I dropped off my vehicle on 30 April 2022 for a problem I was having with it. I was told that they would probably not have anyone available to see it until the following Tuesday. I was called Tuesday morning and advised what the problem was and the cost of the repair. I authorized the work, which was completed the following day.I also asked to get an estimate on some body work and as separate part replacement during the initial visit. I was never advised the work had been completed and I never received a callback from any contact attempts. I was finally able to get someone on the phone on Thursday, 12 May 2022.The service agent, Bennie, advised me at this time that the vehicle had been repaired the previous week but neither of the estimates had been completed and he didn't know why. He stated that he would call me back within ten minutes with an update. He never did. He did text me with his direct contact info. I used this info the following day to advise him that I would be picking up my vehicle the next day.On Saturday, 14 may 2022 I picked up my vehicle and was advised that the estimates still had not been completed. I voiced my displeasure and left.This is the only Ford dealership close to me but I will definitely not be going back unless it's an extreme emergency.

Mr. Rick, In the Service Center Department.My sister got a oil change. I went with her. I met Mr Rick Very nice and friendly know how to treat his customers. Thats why she like going to him evertime she need to get her Car Service . A great attitude We got ready to leave he said by in Y'all have a nice day.. and he told me nice to meet you. Thats good Customer Service..

Rich was informative and honest. He Also submitted information so I can receive my rebate for brand new Michelin tires in the mail. Benny always takes good care of our cars here. they're not inexpensive but is Ford service. so I feel confident after my vehicles are worked on here that they were done right.
