Simply some of the nicest, kindest, customer focused folks you'll ever deal with. My truck looks brand new and the repairs are flawless. I'm hopeful I'll never need any more body work or repairs on my truck due to an accident, but if i do, I'll never go anywhere else. Matt, Austin, Lisa, and Jessica go above and beyond and are great to work with on any of your vehicle repair needs. Thanks for taking such good care of me HWY 78 Body Shop!

HWY 78 Body Shop, I wish I could give this Body Shop 10 Stars!!It all started from the initial consultation, the Customer Service is on another level. Very warm, inviting Family!!! Highway 78 body shop did an amazing job fixing my car! The work was done very quickly & it looks brand new! They even detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up! Would 100% recommend highway 78 body shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Attached is a picture of the before & after! Thank y all so much for fixing my baby!

The owners Matt and Lisa were great. They did an exceptional job and finished our car way sooner than we anticipated. We couldn t believe how friendly they were and gave us updates on the status of our vehicle repairs. Our car looks good as new and they even cleaned it outside and inside better than we could do. We try to support locally-owned businesses and appreciate that Hwy. 78 is still run by the same family that started it in the 1960s. The customer service is always top notch -- Jessica is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with and always makes sure we're taken care of. Hwy. 78 has fixed two cars for us in the past few years. They are very thorough and our vehicles look as good as new after the repairs. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident which not only caused a dent, but for the tire to squeak as well as the door to scrape paint when opening. They were very friendly and answered every request or concern. My car was ready in two weeks and looks better than it did before the accident. Excellent service

This owner operated body shop is awesome. Another driver hit my parked SUV so in the process of selecting a repair shop, I began reading online reviews. This repair was rated pretty highly and most of the reviews had very positive things to say about them. Based on the comments, I selected Hwy 78 Body Shop even though they are a bit far from my home.I am so happy that I chose them because they are they are warm, friendly and yet very professional, but most importantly, their work quality is superb! The finished the work promptly and they kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks better now than before the accident. My family has used this bodyshop for years and have always had great results. Glad to know we can always trust them to do an outstanding and honest job. New front bumper cover. Impeccable work & I delivered Mazda body parts to shops in Orlando. Seen a lot of varying quality paint jobs. Looks better than new!Great communication during the work. My insurance company dragged butt paying. No fault of the shop expecting to get paid. Wish I could go to Eleven. I love them but hope I never see them again haha. I didn t get to pick up my car because I was at work and didn t get off until after they closed. I had someone else to go get it for me. When I got home to finally see the car, I was so pleasantly surprised. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also cleaned my car. I was planning on getting a car wash when I got the car back, but I don t even need to. They did an awesome job. Everyone is so nice, excellent customer service. I cannot stress that enough. I wanted to pick up the phone and thank them because I was so happy, but I thought a review would be better. If I ever need work done again, I will be calling Hwy 78 bodyshop. And I will recommend to everyone. Thank you again guys!!!

I have been in a few Accidents in the past 10 years and each time I have taken our vehicles to HWY 78 and they have fixed our cars perfectly. I would recommend anyone. Lisa and Matt are great people. I have trusted this body shop with several of my vehicles over the years and I've never been disappoint with the whole process. The are the friendliest people, they really make you feel like family and they genuinely care about all their customers. I believe that they have some of the best and most talented people working there.

I have known these owners for many years. They give nothing but their best in Customer Care and Service. I would recommend Hwy 78 Body to anyone I know that needs damages repaired. They are a Family owned business and show Care of you and your veh. I wish them success for many more years..

This is the best body shop. 56 years in the same business speaks for itself. I have used this shop two times now, and both of the times I have received 5 star care. The owner worked with me on the pricing and I had my car back in three days as good as new. I had been backed into and a nice imprint of the Tow hatch was left in the rear bumper of my Camaro. 5 star service all the way! What a pleasure it has been to do business with such honest and caring people. Unfortunately most businesses lack 5 customer service...not here! Matt, Lisa and Jessica will go out of their way to accommodate you. Sweet Jessica drove my daughter and waited on her until her rental car processed. The final result of our vehicle was beyond our expectation. The bodywork was top notch and extremely high quality! I look forward to doing business with Hwy 78 Bodyshop again!

I m assuming that (for the most part) abody shop is a body shop. Yes, there are differences in skill and efficiency for individual technicians and some are better managed, but as long as your car comes back right that s all that matters in the long run.My decision to go with HWY 78 was based 100% on the people that work there. I had gotten a few estimates from some of the preferred shops in the area and stopped by HWY 78 as it was recommended by one of the preferred shops and on my way home. Their prices were comparable.When I got there the staff genuinely treated me like family. They were serving their staff a home-cooked meal and would not settle for me turning down a plate. It was good by the way. It s family-owned and operated and there were people in the waiting area who weren t even getting their cars repaired, but had developed relationships with the staff over the years and came by to say Hi .They treated me professionally and respectfully (which is to be expected), but they treated me kindly. It was a very positive atmosphere. After my estimate was done they made me a to-go plate. Made me want to call my mom. LOLEvery time I came in EVERYONE knew me by name which made me feel like my business mattered to them.When the rental car place was too busy to drop me back off after the repairs were complete the owners drove me personally. In fact they dropped me off to get the rental in the first place.Just genuinely good people who really care for their customers and the level of quality they put into their work. That was why I chose them and why I wouldn t hesitate to go back to them again.
