I received top notch treatment from start to finish! These guys are super fantastic, amazing, friendly, caring, educated in their trade and super awesome. Me and my family have found an awesome place to take our cars. They were super diligent in answering all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns! I am super grateful that I found this place. And, there is no diagnostic fee to deal with. That s a huge plus for me. I highly recommend this place! I shall return again and again!

I feel like Terry and his crew are trustworthy, honest, and efficient. They told me what needed to be fixed in order of importance and were able to fix them the next day. I still have one thing to fix and will be returning before summer!

Very honest! Def can see why this shop has the high star rating. They were able to diagnosis my issue which I was told by past shops previously that is was my tranny whole time it just needed tune up and mount.. Yeah lifesavers for sure. Give them a try.

I found this place on line and I am so glad I did! After years of taking my car to different mechanics, shops and auto dealers for the same issue every year since 2014 so far my car has been fixed for that issue and I thank Glovers for that. Awesome!!!

I came in about transmission and catalytic converter. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The work was quickly done so I could get my Texas vehicle inspected for ga. My Texas mechanic was great but my experience here has made them my go to peeps for all things cars. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a vrooming Veloster. You are my def go to peeps and very blessed to meet you.

My car broke down badly and they were able to get it in the next day, and the repairs were done quickly. The staff was incredibly kind and the prices were very fair. I had a great experience here. I'm someone who knows very little about cars but they explained things clearly, and took pictures in a way that I could understand through the process.

Had them diagnose the rear-end of my Jeep that the dealer said needs to be replaced at thousands of dollars. No issues. If you want people you can trust, that want to fix your vehicle and not pad their pockets, this is the place to go.

A bunch of excellent and knowledgeable dudes who went well out of their way to make sure my car was ready in time for my wife and I not to miss work. They IDed the problem extremely quickly and also offered some helpful tips to deal with minor issues they saw. That on top of just being really friendly and making me feel comfortable despite some problems with a parts distributor and I would recommend anyone in the area to go to them for your repairs.

Had an issue with my struts. Was expecting $ 1,000 repair. They found a way to repair it safely and my drive away with an oil change also was a few hundred bucks. Both men were very courteous. They listened to me and took time to explain the ussue and how they were going to repair it. My A/C stopped working was all I could tell them. Terry said bring it in and we can check it out the next day (Thursday). He called me Friday afternoon explained what issues they found and I had my car back by Friday evening. And to me that was great!What I found amazing was how honest and financially fair they are. If you appreciate Honesty, Quality Work, Value and dealing with a heck of a nice guy. Glover Automotive is The Best auto and truck repair shop in Lithia Springs and Austell! They All seem to be on a mission to exceed your expectations. Call them and find out for yourself - they did a free and complete vehicle inspection to let me know a future problems. They are a real class act!

This is the most ethical and honest automotive service I know. Godly people who will tell the truth. I went in thinking I needed new brakes because another mechanic said I did. I had a great experience using Glover s. They were extremely informative, courteous, and helpful. They just implemented a new system that send you a complete vehicle checklist so you know the current status of all your car s systems. It was really helpful and informative to see exactly what services I would need in the future and why. Easiest auto repair shop to deal with in Douglas County. Terry, who runs the front desk, is friendly and knowledgeable. The techs are skilled and their repairs are clean and accurate.
