I love going here to get my oil changes and other car services. On my most recent trip Devin helped me out and he was super nice and knowledgeable. You can go for what you need done without feeling pressured to do more stuff and spend more money.

My experience at Express oil change and tire engineers was magnificent. There was a gentleman named Justin at the Thorton road location whose customer service was excellent. His attention to detail was amazing, In the past, I stop going to Express oil change because the customer service started to fall, But I will continue to go if The customer service remains the same.More employees like Justin......

Update: If I could give negative stars I would. 1 week after my oil change my oil light started coming on when I am stopped or parked and going off when I accelerate. I checked my oil level and it was full. I called the location that changed my oil and was told it may be my censor. I have never had any issues with my oil light coming on and going off. I have never had my oil light come on at all actually. I spent almost $90 on an oil change at this place and now I have to take my car to the dealership to have this issue diagnosed which will cost me money and then have to pay for it to be repaired! I m so upset! People are barely making ends meet and for a big business to cause additional repairs is unacceptable! I definitely would not refer this place to anyone at all!Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Today I went for an oil change! Evan was amazing! He was very Helpful, told me about other services that was offered, gave me some suggestions about the upkeep and maintenance of my vehicle. The overall experience was pleasant and the atmosphere was nice.

I had my 2017 Chevy Traverse serviced there once because I was recommended by.my neighbor. I was very pleased with the service and the manager Mike. So I decided to go back yesterday just to get a low beam headlight changed which would only take 15 minutes and they wanted me to wait for a hour and a half and charge me 75.00. Thank God I have a Christian neighbor who is going to do it for me who use to be a mechanic he told me about the horror stories how when he used to work for a major mechanic shop and how they try to get over on people especially women like myself. I'm a 62 year old senior on a fixed income they could have worked with me.

Came in for a tuneup and oil change although I knew of other issues pertaining to my vehicle. They ran a diagnostic and found all the faults I already knew existed but never disclosed. They were later repairs because I felt they could wait. But once I heard the diagnosis along with the cost, I made the decision to have to repairs made. I was in and out the same day. I appreciate their dedication to getting it right before I left. Evan the shop manager followed up with me and made sure if I had any issues to let him know. I definitely will be returning for all my mechanical issues in the future.

Gerry was amazing help! He was very insightful and made sure I had my service done promptly and professionally. Couldn t ask for better service anywhere else. Got my vehicle towed and back on the road SAME DAY! Also, thank you Dylan and Jared for working on my car and making sure it runs smoothly. You guys are all amazing.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a service shop and honestly one of the best customer service interactions I ve ever had. I pulled up at 5:20pm when they close at 6:00 and desperately needed an oil change. They were happy to do so, were up front about everything that was needed, but never pushed a sale. When it turned out that a filter that needed replacing was not in stock, they walked me through my options including showing me how I could replace it if I felt comfortable doing so. The whole interaction took perhaps 12 minutes and I was on my way. HUGE shoutout and thank you to Trey and DJ! I will absolutely be back to have my car serviced, even if it means driving out of my way to do so.

Every time we go, they are always professional and courteous. Gerry is always terrific and the technician Jared did an awesome job fixing my car this last visit. They are honest and not just out to make a buck. If they make a mistake they will fix it!

I'm soooooooo impressed with Mike (manager) and his Team of technicians that I had to write a review. I have a 2019 Hyundai Sonata, and Express Oil Change has taken care of my oil changes for the past 10 years. I'm always greeted with a smile and a Team of professionals! Today, I came in for new brakes and rotors. The technician thoroughly explained why my front brakes were scrubbing and that they needed to be changed. Not only was I quoted a price, I was given a 10% discount as well. I inquired about my back brakes, and he recommended they be changed soon. Not wanting to wait, I decided to get front and back brakes. The Team ensured I'd be taken care of!!!! As always, you never let me down!!!! Mike, I am so GRATEFUL for your Team Leadership and Professionalism. Thank You!!! Thank You!!! Thank You!!! Also, I was out in less than an hour and 20 minutes and drove to Dunkin Donuts to gift these young men a dozen of donuts. I've never seen a group of professionals so Thankful!! Until next time!! They are very nice, but that is all that I can say that's good about this place. Screwed up my oil change by not securing the oil filter and ended up with oil all over my engine. They cleaned it up but weren't careful and damaged the paint on my hood with the cleaner. They didn't honor a coupon for tires. When they put the tires on, they damaged a wire to my ABS system and likely my cruise control. And one of the new tires went flat right away (and still slowly leaks).... The Grease Monkey up the street is a good alternate for you--they were competent which is really all i was looking for.Trust me....there's not an "engineer" working here.

First time here and this was the Best oil change I ve had in a while and I m usually indifferent about oil change experiences. The customer service was 10/10 from the time they answered the phone for simple questions until I drove off the property. Would recommend anyone to come here. Seemed like the employees were passionate about their jobs. Also love that they offer military discounts.

These guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST! This is the first place for me whenever I need an oil change, issue with my tire, general checkup, whatever it is - I go here first because I always get the most amazing service. Service is always fast and everything is upfront. Everyone here is super kind and always honest about the needs of my car and gives multiple options on finding a solution.I ve moved all around the Atlanta area and have always come back here.Ask for Evan!!You will not be disappointed :)Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I highly recommend this location! As a woman I never feel taken advantage of, which is why I been coming to this one for a couple of years already. This week, Trey took care of me and made sure my car was running well and answers whatever questions I had!!! See you again in a few month

My sister and I came by early this morning for her to get an oil change and her windshield wipers replaced. The manager, Evan, and Darrin were fantastic! Excellent customer service, super quick, overall a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Hi everyone my name is Morgan me and my sister came through here and it is by far the most reasonable for prices and they did awesome on my oil change .
