Had a great experience with my repair. My car looks like new. All staff were nice and I was updated at every step throughout the repair by Kelsea. She made sure I got my car back in a timely manner on a Friday vs waiting until the next Monday-- I greatly appreciated it! Would 100% recommend

A professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable company. Courtney was great throughout...keeping me informed almost everyday on the status of the repairs. I didn't have to call in once to get an update. The paint job was amazing. You would never have known that my car was in an accident.

These folks did a great job. From the secretary Crystal to the Service Manager Steve. Very polite and professional. Steve told me from the beginning about how long repairs could take depending on getting parts in and kept me notified throughout the process. And my vehicle looks great!Would highly recommend this Caliber location to anyone.

They repaired my Mercedes after a fender bender and did a fantastic job. Great communication and service. Staff was friendly and they did the job quickly. I would recommend them to all family and friends and though I hope to not have any future accidents, I would 100% use them again for any auto body needs.

Caliber Collision was very professional and Zachary S. kept me updated with the progress of my repair, my repair was done in time and they assured me should I have any issues with the repair to come back to them, this made me feel valued and that my business is important to them. My daughter took her car to this location. She drove the car two weeks after the accident. My husband who has been a mechanic for over 30 years made sure there weren't any fluids leaking and made sure that all the wheels were ok. So, when I say he did a check on the whole car he did. When my daughter took the car to them, they dismantled the car and came back with the car was a total loss. I have dealt with them and the same price tag she received I received as well. There is a real issue with the service the etiquette and the management. I am a woman of many skills but to dismantle a working car and when she sees it again it's in ruins and it's not even 2 months old mind you this is a 2024 Nissan Sentra. I did try to communicate with them, and the service was nasty. I wanted to know where their cameras on site so I could request an attorney to see the footage and I was given a nasty reply. I will never in life recommend a homeless person to deal with the likes of this company. I will be taking this to the top I plan to start with the local news stations and anyone who had the same issues. The car was new off lot 9400.00 gone because they had a hidden agenda with the repairs no warning lights were on in the car. I moved the vehicle each day from behind mine, so I knew the car was still running like new whereas they claimed the motor and wheels, and suspension was damaged. Please be careful taking your car here and make sure you record them each time you talk or are in the presence.

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my car, it looks like I wasn't even involved in a car accident. Courtney made sure to keep me updated throughout the entire process. The air pressure in my tires was low before I dropped my car off and when I got my car back they had put air in my tires I really appreciated that although they didn't have to!

Sometimes, I can be a difficult customer but everyone there was so patient and attentive. They kept me very informed which I appreciated and actually took extra time to explain what they were going to do beforehand and what was actually done when the work was complete. Very professional staff and very clean bathroom as well. Thank you!

The repairs were perfect. The Caliber Collision team did a great job on keeping me informed on how my vehicle was coming along with repairs. The ENTIRE team provided excellent customer service, especially Steve who oversaw my repairs.My car was ready a week before the estimated completion date. Not only did my car look brand new, but my car came back washed too! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a trusted collusion repair body shop. They did an excellent

Had a side swipe on my Cadillac. Quarter panel and bumper were definitely worn for wear. They took my baby in and got us back in business in no time! Can t even tell paint was blended. Wife had a great experience with drop off and pickup. Love the communication provided during the repairs. Vehicle was finished earlier than the estimated time. So happy my truck is back home and looking better than when I purchased it. Thanks Caliber Collision!

My car was given to me about a month after the date that I was given. I called maybe 3 times, and she said I dread seeing your number . This was after they had my car for a month. I never complained, and was respectful with every phone call. Most of the wait was waiting for a technician to come out; I would not recommended the lithia springs location to anybody.

They don't work on electric cars.Made insurance claim appointment online. Gave all the information about car. Appointment was next day. Came in on time. Signed paperwork printed from receptionist for repair and claim. Name and all car information is checked and correct. Tech walks with me outside to look at car and assess damage. Looks at car and tells me they don't work on electric vehicles.2 days wasted because they didn't even take the time to look at what they are working on.Tech and receptionist were very nice.

My vehicle was ready when promised. When I received my car it was clean and washed which I was very shocked and wasn't expecting. They did a great job with sending me emails and updating me with what was going on with my car.

Caliber restored bumper on my 2004 BMW Z4 to perfect condition after I had encounter with pot hole. A bit expensive, but work was excellent, as shown in pics. Naomi kept me informed throughout process and they were a pleasure to work with

Great customer service. They have a real good partnership with Enterprise. Just wish that Enterprise down the road was better. I received my car 4 days earlier than scheduled. Clearcoat is still curing so not sure about how it really looks yet. May end up taking it back as it appears that there is debris in the paint. I will give it the 30 days just in case. They gave me a lifetime warranty on the paint job though so I feel relieved that I will never have to worry about the paint trying to fade.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The whole experience was thorough & professional. They thoroughly identified all the hail damage I had & made all repairs with perfection. I also had damages from a hit & run. They handled both claims the same time. They give timely updatesvtwice a week on the status of repairs.
