Calavan CDJR West Atlanta IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! Simon is the best. He listens to what you want and definitely provides just that. I believe his name is Lewis, he works miracles for you no matter what, and Jonas oh man he is GREAT. I love the vibe and energy there. They definitely made me happy and took great care of me!!!!!

We had the best experience at Kia Calavan. We were late to our appointment, but the representatives were kind and did not make us feel bad for being late. Kia allowed us to still be seen.Chad was knowledgeable and helpful in regards to the best package for services.Patrick was helpful with my questions.Hannah went ABOVE and beyond with a simple request. I had left snacks/lunch for my kids in the car. I asked if she knew where my car was located so that I could get snacks from the car for my kids. She went to look for the location of the car and came back carrying my cooler and large water container. It was SO heavy! If I had known, I would have walked with her to carry it myself.Thank you, Hannah!

We had the honor and pleasure of working with Mrs. Mariam Davis. She was very open, honest, transparent, knowledgeable and quick to communicate on our behalf to negotiate exactly what we wanted. We are so grateful for all the work she put in to get us into our new car. She even stayed late and in the rain to make sure we were all set up with our Kia connect and Bluetooth. I went to Calavan for an oil change as a new state resident. I called to make an appointment and Tameka helped me from start to finish. I have always gotten my car serviced at the original dealership I purchased from and didn t want to go to any outside mechanics. From the time I pulled into my parking spot to receiving my car had been a great experience. The workers are so nice and were easy to talk to. I m not sure if the car wash was complementary because it was my first time there or if it just comes with an oil change service but it was really nice to be taken care of. I love the dealership I came from but I can see this will be an easy transition to Calavan. Thank you for your service. I will definitely be back!

Amazing experience. Andre was tentative to my needs and wants. The entire process was painless. Truly enjoyed my time with the finance manager - I feel as though he worked with me to achieve what I wanted/needed.Would buy another from Kia and Andre in a heartbeat. Already planning to trade my wife s car this summer and working only with Andre.

I drove into Calavan four days before Christmas to simply look at what new Kia vehicles Calavan had available. Suddenly, appearing on my side was Kia saleswoman, Miriam Davis. She greeted me warmly and asked what I was looking for in a vehicle. She let me sit in several vehicles and explained what each vehicle offered. She, let me test drive the one I really liked. It was love with the Kia at first sight!! I told Miriam, I would come back another day, nevertheless, she would stay as long as I needed to get a deal done so I could have an early Christmas! As we where working out a deal several employees came and welcomed me with open arms as I waited in the lobby. Miriam stayed with me until 10 pm when everything was finalized. Miriam, continues to call and text me to make sure I am scheduled for additional services and still happy with my brand new Kia. Miriam, is a throwback to the way service used to be everywhere!!! Thank you Miriam and Calavan Kia!!! My most trusted dealership in the ATL!

My experience was fantastic! I came in on Monday to inquire about getting the glass of my side view mirror replaced and Chad was very helpful. He came out to look at my mirror even though he was on his lunch break. They ordered the mirror for me and I got an appointment for Friday. I checked in and Chad told me that it would only be about an hour or so and he wasn't lying! My car was ready super quick and the mirror looks great! I would recommend Chad specifically if you're looking for someone with great customer service. He was nice, polite, and helpful. The girl at the parts counter also had great customer service. I would definitely recommend!

Patrick, and everyone else!Update:I have called Mariam a couple of times since purchasing my car, and she always picks up no matter what time or if it is a holiday. I really appreciate her time and dedication to me as a first-time car owner. I recommend her if you want someone with a 5 service for you. She is absolutely wonderful! Edit 12/05/23: Mariam Davis did it again! I had some issues with my registration and I stopped by and she made me whole and also got me something for my troubles. The team here is great!--This place is amazing. I went in not expecting to afford anything and walked out with a used vehicle that was practically brand new. They worked with me and my finances and put me into a car I didn't think I'd have. Do not count yourself out because of your financial situation, these folks will help you out! I purchase a 2022 Kia Sportage in 2021 from Kia dealer in Lithia Springs, Georgia. I had this vehicle for 2 years and 2 months. I HATE THIS VEHICLE!!! One I feel like I was taking an advantage of because I'm a woman. I let the sales person know l did not know much about cars. Two my payment are to high. I pay $695.81 for a vehicle that not a sport car of luxury car. My payment shold have been in mild $400. My car has been broken into twice. Every time I step foot in this vehicle it makes me SICK to my stomach. I do not feel SAFE in this vehicle. The person who sold me this car how do you sleep at night knowing you ripped me off. If you looking for a Kia, I recommend you go somewhere else. I WISH I had want to Toyota or Handa. I need to know how you going to make this right or my lawyer will be in contact.

(***UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM***)Service department overwhelmed and incompetent.Took my 2018 Kia in to take care of two recalls and a LOUD knocking noise in the front wheel area.Waited 3 weeks for a service appointment. Dropped it off. Did not even look at it until 13 days later! (Why bother with the appointment???)Called me on day 14 to tell me they found no issues and couldn't hear the noise...but that I needed a new gas gap, wiper blades and an oil change (even though the oil was changed 5 days before I dropped it off) (SEE PICTURE TAKEN WHEN I PICKED IT UP) (Technician Brant Robinson needs better training)I'm convinced they didn't want to hear the noise I was hearing because they didn't want to deal with my extended warranty, but they were fine trying to play on my ignorance and sell me services I didn't require. So now after 2 weeks without a vehicle, I've still got to go somewhere else to have repairs done. I will update this post confirming the noise culprit...***UPDATE***Alexandra, while I appreciate your efforts of damage control, it was too little too late. ("Mock me once, shame on you...mock me twice, shame on me") I already wasted 2 weeks with a team of mechanics who claimed they couldn't hear the noise and flat out lied about the need for an oil change. Maybe next time try instead to make it right, rather than trying to clear up any confusion.Service Street Auto Repair on Dallas Highway had my car for less than 48 hours. They replaced front shocks/struts and the noise is GONE.

After my local hometown Kia dealership tried to rip me off on my trade in, I decided to try this dealer. Not only did they pay off my trade in, they also gave me the price I asked for which was very generous. They re transparent and after purchasing a car they offer 5 free oil changes or 3 years, free window tint, and much more. My salesman Marque Hill did a phenomenal job and I recommend this place highly. Overall the energy was amazing.

Had a good buying experience a few months ago, got a 100k warranty with our Kia as well, we were told if we needed warranty work a loaner car would be provided for us no issue. Well, here we are a few months later and need warranty work. Just called and they can t guarantee us a loaner.. I explained we can t get home without that loaner that we were told we would get when buying the car, but now they just want us to rent a car. I said well can I set the appointment and call that morning and make sure a loaner is available? Was told no.. I d have to drive the hour and a half and find out when I got there if a loaner was possible. I wish dealerships wouldn t say things when buying a car if they aren t true

I recently had a fantastic experience at Caravan Kia working with Sakinah and wanted to share my positive feedback. After purchasing a used Kia with issues from another dealership, I brought it to Caravan Kia for a used car inspection. The nominal fee for the inspection proved to be absolutely worth it.The team at Caravan Kia identified four recalls that needed attention, along with other recommended fixes. The communication with my service advisor was exceptional. They utilized a convenient link to keep me updated on the work progress and allowed me to approve or decline additional services, ensuring transparency throughout the process.The option to pay for the service via the provided link made the pick-up process quick and easy. Despite the typical apprehension associated with dealership service costs, the peace of mind that comes with knowing the work was done professionally makes it well worth it. Kudos to Caravan Kia for their outstanding service!

Went to a lot of dealerships and this one made a great impression! Edie was the BEST. Great to work with, made us feel comfortable and taken care of. Picked up the car on Saturday which is food truck day so it even included lunch! We would not hesitate to return.

I recently got an oil change done. David was wonderful with the whole process. I do not recommend walking in because the wait time is long, and if you do walk in, but get there at 730 am. But other than that, I had a great experience. Thank you, guys!!!

We recently purchased a 2024 Sorento from Calavan Kia. Our experience with Andre as our salesperson was all positive. Sales manager Greg was also helpful in the negotiation. Then we met with Karl King in the finance department. He had a stack of papers for us to sign, and when we asked about getting a copy, he assured us we would receive a copy of every document we were signing.Assuming he was acting in good faith, we did not search the envelope of documents we were given to make sure he had fulfilled his promise. Only a couple of weeks later, we looked through the documents for a copy of the title application and registration. We had neither. Nor were we given a copy of the limited power of attorney document we signed.Since we discovered these documents missing, we have reached out to Karl on four occasions through email and voicemail over the course of 8 days. He has yet to respond, even though the receptionist has confirmed he was in the building.If you value a dealership that treats you with respect and follows through on promises, Calavan Kia may not be the right choice.

The service department was good. Went there with a question. They answered & handled everything quickly and friendly.The Salesman was a different matter. They gave the usual spill, which was no big deal. 1st mistake was when I asked for them to show me the numbers for multiple vehicles and was told no, I can only do 1 (since I can only purchase 1-assuming, that is a huge mistake). 2nd mistake was telling me numbers weren't important but then saying they can get the number where I need monthly. 3rd mistake was when I said I'm not going to purchase today, and they left the area before I stood up. 4th mistake was talking to me like I was cluesless/slow. 5th mistake was giving me that lowball offer for my Kia trade (below Blue Book Value)...when I've gotten 3 different offers more than double the amount that was mentioned (because nothing was officially brought to me-again a mistake).

I recently purchase a car with Calavan Kia. My sale representative name was Mario Moses. They was so eager to tell me to leave a good review and I should have waited. Mario was nice but before I drove off the lot the tire pressure light was on and my front driver side tire was low. I immediately told him the light was on. He gave me a story saying it s been cold so give it time. I gave it a couple days and the tire got lower and lower. When I finally throughly inspected the tire that was low, I see there was a nail in there. I immediately called to let him know and he told me they would replace my tire. I came back to get my tire replaced and I sat up there for 4hrs. I finally seen Mario come in and I told him they still haven t changed my tire. He goes to the back and comes back out and says give them a second. I was more than patient. Someone comes out 2 minutes later to say they are done. I figure he rushed them to do it but I went home and the very next day my back tire was flat with the same exact nail in it. They switch my front tire with the back tire and added a little air so I wouldn t notice. I called Mario back and he told me I m just driving around running over nails and that s not his problem. Once I asked for a manager and for corporate number, his response was, they are not going to do anything and that s your problem he also continues to say, I have a customer and hung up on my face . I never heard back from him ever since. I will be calling corporate because this is unprofessional and I will not ever shop with Calavan Kia ever again. Also everyone that I recommend to call him, I will let them know and my organization know to never show with this company.

My family has purchased 3 vehicles (myself purchasing 1) from this dealership and I have been a customer to their service center for the last 5 years and never had issues the way I have this past week. Car randomly broke down so I had it towed here and after not hearing back after my appointment notes stated my car was delivered I called and was told the key never made it to the drop box from the tow driver (I understand there's only so much they can do). No sense of urgency or care to even point me to a department who can help get me a replacement key (not covered under warranty) so my car can even be put in line to be serviced, instead the service manager told me that someone would call me back after I had to ask him how I can move forward from no key and sure enough no one called me back. You've sold us on the quality of the kia brand now sell the quality of service for loyalty.

I recently visited Calvan Kia, hoping to check out a used 2023 Kia K5, but the experience was far from what I expected. Despite having an appointment, the salesperson I was supposed to meet was tied up with another customer, so I got passed off to someone else. I'd been getting calls saying the car was available, but when I showed up and mentioned I'd like to see it and get a quote before making any decisions, I was told it had already sold.They tried to show me another car that was supposedly in my budget, but by the time we got back to talk details, it turns out that one had a down payment on it already. And after that, they didn't really bother showing me much else. Feeling a bit stuck, I asked for quotes on leasing or financing a new car, specifying I was interested in 36-month options for different models. That's when the waiting game started. I waited for over an hour, practically ignored, until the original guy I was supposed to meet finally came over. He didn't seem too interested and when he did get around to giving me a quote, it was for a 24-month lease on just the LXS model, not at all what I asked for.When I tried to correct the misunderstanding, it felt like he just brushed me off. I was pretty frustrated by that point and just left. The whole ordeal made me think: if this is the kind of service they offer before you even buy a car, what happens after? Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It just felt like they didn't care about treating their customers right.

Misrepresented milage on car (crime) Paper work said 12 miles and app said 364 when it was serviced the day I brought it. Had a had time getting added services cancelled and getting money back. Not one manager would talk to me or return my callsWhen I finally got my money refunded for extended servicesIt was not the full amount. I did decide to keep the gap insurance. Make sure to check your paper work is correct and know that you will have no help from anyone there if you have any issues.

This is the worst place I ve ever been.Walked in the door and asked to finance a car with 4k down and a payment under 350 a month. They offer me a 2015 Kia optima and a 2020 Hyundai sonata. I said okay let s look at them. They were nice then I get the numbers for them and they want 450$ a month for one and 700$ a month for the other. (I have a 660 credit score) so i asked them what my apt rate is and they didn t want to tell me. Then took me into another guys office with a white streak in his hair and he has the audacity to cuss at me and tell me this is as good as it s going to get. Then brings my 6 month old daughter into and said don t you want her to be safe how dare you.I then asked again for my apr percentage and he walked me to another office. Another guy (I m in a room with 3 other car dealers now) and he tells me I have to sign for that price because it will not get any better than this. Tried to lower the payment monthly from 450$ to 300$ and at that point I was thinking screw these scumbags I m not doing any business with them. They tried to intimidate me because I am 21 years old and thought I was young and dumb. Please do not come here. I hope a tornado hits this place and takes the white streak guy with it. Terrible place. Terrible people. -5 stars. I ve only written 2 reviews and this takes the worst one.

I have recently downgraded my rating. Although my vehicle is great and the sales experience was not bad, there were some concerns of selective offers that surfaced afterwards. Their website offers "First responder" discounts among others. During my purchase I was told the discount was no longer available. A co-worker of mine was recently told the discount is available. It's not a huge issue but it does give me pause to question their integrity in hindsight.

There are some very good and friendly people working there... Bo, Patrick, a tech named Collin and a manager who takes care of the plants, I forget his name, sorry and the receptionist. Then there are some people who work there that think they are more important than the customer, but they aren't and they need to learn that that attitude doesn't fly because they can ruin it for everyone. Thank goodness for the good guys there!
