I was able to make appointment and drop off vehicle for repair. Was kept informed on progress and when vehicle was ready for pick up. I was offered shuttle services if needed. All work was done. There is a charge for each diagnostic they do, but at other places I have gone to; if they do the work the diagnostic charge is put towards repairs. This is not the case. I also took exception to the fact that they charge 3% if you pay with a card; even though it wasn't mentioned when I set up the service. I was ready to go get cash and come back, but my service representative took care of it for me. All in all it was a good experience

Great customer experience. Service Advisor Hooper was the best. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and provided a rental car free of charge. I ll continue to use Calavan to service my Wrangler.

Initially, I was apprehensive about visiting this location because of a past experience.Let me tell ya, I m so glad I decided to take my vehicle in. I was greeted with smiling faces when I arrived; the service and professionalism I received from YaYa and Richid made a great experience even more memorable.

Staff was polite and very detailed assisting me,solving my repairs issues. Kept me informed and providing me with prompt transportation..BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT DAY I HAD EXPERIENCE DOING BUSINESS THERE..THANKSThe week of the 7th of April..some time near itI had made an appointment. Brittany was my service representative..she greeted me with a friendly attitude and got my 30,000 miles check up checked in and I was checked out before the day ended...I was driven home and picked up by the transportation driver who was very professional..I really feel like the service that their staff gives is top notch.. The service was good but the prices are ridiculous. To get a diagnosis cost $190 per and was quoted $2200 for engine mount replacement which they said was on backorder, couldn't give me a date for service and had to put a $725 deposit to place and order. When shopped around I found a great suggestion from pay repair, was quoted $900 for parts and service with warranty, immediately scheduled for service and with the parts available. I understand dealerships are often more but that's just robbery. I wish I would have found Christian Brother automotive prior to going to the dealership and would have saved on the diagnosis test and tune up I paid over $700 for.

The service manager was amazing Tony not only took care of me but was extremely knowledgeable and supportive towards my concerns and about my car at first I was nervous about dealing with them but after our first initial conversation I felt right at home. I came in on a Saturday when they mostly do oil changes. My check engine light was on and they still took me and fixed my car. The customer service was excellent and they kept updating me on progress. I ve got my oil changed at many different places over the years and I will say this I have never been treated so nicely at any facility before the service advisor was very informative. He kept me informed during the whole time I waited also went over any issues that they found with my car gave me the bill let me know when it was finished parked my car conveniently for me to get into it and everybody there was very friendly. I will definitely come back.

Car had to be towed back to me. Took my car in for a transmission diagnostic, and told them I needed brakes. They diagnosed the brakes, and said they couldn t do the transmission. I feel cheated. On top of that they sent my car to me with a flat tire. If I paid for service, why send the car back with a flat tire. In the text message, when asked if they check the tire pressure before releasing the vehicle, the agent said, we do, but i guess this one didnt get checked . I came in for an oil change free on a completion of a survey on my service tech, mind you I never received an email for this so called survey, and they had to honor it anyway. I really wish they would get it together concerning this email survey situation, but other than that they are to high for any other service besides an oil change. Service: Oil change

I took my car here after a horrible experience at another dealership. My mind was put at ease from the time I walked in. Brittney was my service advisor and she did an outstanding job keeping me informed on everything. They informed me upfront before they started fixing on my vehicle about my insurance covered and it off pocket expense. Thanks to my service advisor, my technician Moose, Cassandra, and (can't think of the woman who just came off maternity leave but she was awesome too!). This was a very bad experience, and I hope to never take my car there again. The manager finally provided loaner after my car has been there for 2 months so I appreciate that.1) They had my car an additional two weeks while I was paying for a rental car.2) They stop providing loaner cars, but will rent you a car for 50-60 buck a day, WHILE they are charging you $195 an hour for labor and over charge also for psrts.3) 125 miles are put on my car while in the shop.4) A part was taken off and not put back on.5) My new door mat that I purchased was taken out of my trunk.Lastly, I STILL HAVE THE PROBLEM THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR.

I stopped in for the no appointment oil change service. The representative was very professional and friendly . An estimated timeline was provided , updates regarding timeline were provided. Terrible service. Do not go here. Service rep was very arrogant and spoke to me like I was stupid when I asked him to explain the things I was being charged with. Paper work had someone else s name on it. They also did a diagnosis on my engine, toke the cover of the engine off and put in it my back seat covering my interior with mud and left it there.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

What an awesome business this is!! As I walk in the door, I m greeted with Hello Mrs. Gray. How can we help you? And then the environment is so welcoming. Clean facility. Snacks and tv, magazines. Reason for visit: I was going because my car is under warranty still and the ABS , check engine and traction control lights came on my dashboard . Needless to say I will never go back and it s bittersweet considering I purchased my 2022 Dodge Charger from them. James is the reason. His communication is poor and he didn t give me the option to pay for my repairs though my insurance claim that is open already after finding out that the warranty wouldn t cover my repairs. Also I asked to speak with the manager and James said the manager wasn t available and had been in a meeting for 45mins prior to me asking for him. My second bad experience, I received a recall on my 2023 Jeep Compass and was intentionallyhung up on by the service rep who did not give her name. When I did reach someone instead of addressing the situation they ignored my concerns I would never come to this facility as for any service, I don't trust that they will take care of my needs I also would not recommend this facility as they are very unprofessional!

I brought in my 2020 Gladiator, that I purchased elsewhere, that was still under factory warranty, for some warranty related work. They gave me a nice loaner vehicle & had my repair completed and ready for me to pick up in about 48 hours. R. Mardeni was a GREAT service advisor. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive to me. He was not overly aggressive with suggestions but took my no and offered a listening ear when I am ready for the services.
