I just wanted to say that I REALLY enjoyed my experience in having my car serviced by Calavan CDJR. Tony Hooper is the MVP over there! Mr. Hooper took great care of my vehicle and addressed all of my needs. The service was excellent, efficient and performed in a timely manner. Definitely appreciate Mr. Hooper and the rest of the team over at Calavan CDJR.

Great experience buying a 2023 Plum Crazy Dodge Demon 170 from Calavan. Andrew the GM provided very fair pricing for such a rare car and was always available, Kyjuan managed the entire sale process and was very responsive to any questions or requests for info or pics or videos and Jonas was super efficient on the finance side. Never set foot in the dealership and when the car arrived in SC it was flawless. Highly recommend the Calavan team!

Michelle Cortes was a pleasure to work with. Louis made it easy to find a fair deal that worked for us both. And will in finance had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. I drove all the way from the Charlotte area of North Carolina to buy a diesel jeep from them, and i would do it 20x over. Thank you Michelle and team for all your hard work.Update: i notice some small things missed by the detailing team underneath the mats, Chanel stepped up immediately and got it cleaned here locally for me.Update: Alls well that ends well.

Jesus and Jonas were the perfect pair to accommodate my needs. They weren t pushy salespeople. They were extremely kind. I didn t have this same experience when I drove all the way across town to Landmark where the prices on their vehicles were ridiculously high. I am glad I chose to buy local and trade my vehicle in seamlessly. Thanks Jesus and Jonas again for everything. This was such an amazing buying experience. I will be back

Absolutely fantastic experience with Hooper at the car dealership! Hooper went above and beyond to ensure my car servicing was smooth and hassle-free. I love this location. They have complimentary coffee and snacks for their customers. They also have tables and chairs to sit down at. I like to do my reading and writing while I am waiting on my car. So I honestly travel here for the appearance and convenience. I also never have to wait long.Big Shout Out to Tony Hooper he assisted me and was a big help. My needs were met (oil change) and he even gave me new information that I wasn t aware of. I always appreciate kind hearted people. Keep it up Calavan!

Having to take your vehicle to the dealership and not really knowing what s going on with it can be very nerve wrecking and it definitely was for me. My check engine light came on Monday morning leaving for work, and I am not one to ride around with that particular amber light on my dashboard EVER. I called the service department and spoke with Ms Toni initially, and she told me to go ahead and bring my truck in. I did just that and within a few minutes they were already taken care of me and making me feel like a valued customer. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ms Brittney and she knew that I was stressed about having to get my vehicle serviced. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of and they wouldn t run up a tab on me unnecessarily. I would clearly understand and have to opportunity to approve or decline anything that was needed to get my vehicle taken care of. Miss Brittany kept me in the loop by calling me and texting me and even allowed me the opportunity to come and see what was wrong with my vehicle before performing any work. Mr. Genesis was my technician and he was very diligent about taking care of my truck. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the work he was performing. He also bought other things to my attention they may need servicing in the future. Miss Toni put me in a NICE rental that made having to be without my vehicle painless. I missed minimal time from my day to day business dealing with this team of professionals. I would highly recommend using this dealership and I will definitely come to this location for all my servicing needs. Again, THANK YOU Team for your hard work and professionalism. Love this dealerships service department they ALWAYS get me right! Jasen and Brittany are definitely my go to. Their customer service is top tier. Communication and professionalism is unmatched. Hooper is pretty cool too oh and can t forget about YaYa! I originally got my car from Union City but will NEVER take it back there after coming here. So if you re looking for great service, prompt service, professional service, fair and HONEST service . definitely head to Calavan CDJR, you will not be disappointed!!!!!!

I purchased a used SUV at this dealership, upon inspection of the vehicle prior to agreeing to purchase the vehicle, I noticed that the 3rd row seats would not fold down. I was told by the sales manager to take it to BMW and it would be repaired with no problem. I took the vehicle to BMW and they gave me an estimate of $3,000 and stated that the seats were not under warranty due to having something spilled in them. I then informed my salesperson and sales manager of this information and gave them a picture of the invoice. A month later, the issue still has not been repaired. I need to leave town for a funeral and can t even put luggage in the trunk. I was told yesterday to bring my car to Calavan so that they could repair it and put me into a loaner SUV but when I got there, they stated that the loaner would not start. I went back to the dealership today and now I m being told that they don t know what to do.because I need to leave town and a loaner vehicle can t leave town.Even before purchasing the car, I informed them that I was leaving town and needed to have all repairs completed before then and was assured that they would be. I am very disappointed and have previously bought multiple cars from there but I will be taking my next 2 purchases to another dealership.

I was in an accident caused by a reckless driver January of 2023. The experience was pretty jarring and frustrating because in addition to causing physical trauma, it necessitated the purchase of another vehicle amid one of the hardest auto markets the country has had in recent history. I anticipated that the whole process was going to be stressful, especially negotiating terms that were within my budget, and securing a vehicle that I liked. However, my sales consultant Carl Thompson made the process 1000x times easier than I expected. He took his time to listen to my requests and he fought through supply chain woes to find me the vehicle that I wanted at a reasonable price. The sales manager Josh Singleton helped me bridge the gap on budget for the vehicle I selected, and advised me what my best options were to secure the vehicle. Finally, Mustafa Floyd, their finance manager, helped me find alternate financing options when my own bank was slow to respond to my requests for financing on my new vehicle.They made a hard market fair, so that I could get back to my life and business. One of the administering partners of the dealership even made an appearance, to make sure I was 100% happy with my selection, as well as the final detailing. I was advised on the features of my new car, and new security functions, and was even able to have the tire locks I wanted installed done the same day before I left the lot. I visited four other dealerships, including another Dodge dealer prior to going to Calavan and I would have to say they were comprehensively the best dealership I dealt with from the sales team to the service department. I would recommend seeing them for you new or used car needs if you want expertise and a team that puts their customers needs first.

Will not speak on the Sales Dept but the Service Dept, specifically Tony Hooper was the worst experience. Very unprofessional, rude and nasty. Referred to the car lot as my lot as if he was the Owner. Attempted to charge for services not asked for and when declined became nothing short of disgustingly unprofessional. There is a pending investigation into the dealership because of Tony Hooper.

This dealership/service center is the absolute worst. They grossly overcharge for service and it is intentional. Associate Jason was horrible; zero customer service skills. He tried to charge me over 6k to change 4 OC sensors. Charged me $412 for diagnostic, and I provided him with the diagnostic code when I dropped my car off. After a very unprofessional exchange with Jason, I refused to let them work on my Jeep. So, they held my vehicle hostage until I paid the $412 for the diagnosis of which I provided them the code.I took the vehicle elsewhere and they charged me $479 to replace 4 sensors; nowhere near $6000! These people have no ethical standards. They are crooks. I brought the situation to the attention of the service Manager, Mr. Whitehead. He was useless as well. Do not take your car here!!!!!!

I worked with Cam Connally at this dealership, so I went in on a Wednesday evening to test drive the car. He took my info and took my drivers license to make a copy. I guess with everything else going on (i.e trying to make a sale) I didn t realize he never returned my drivers license. I didn t realize until Saturday I didn t have my drivers license. My boyfriend called the dealership letting them know the situation and they just put him on hold for 20 minutes without an answer; that was Enough time for us to drive back to the dealership. When I went inside, another sales person looked for my drivers license but couldn t find it. He stated that Cam wasn t there but he must have it on him since it wasn t at the location. No attempts by the staff to contact Cam or anything were made because he wasn t there. I call Cam myself and without skipping a beat he stated that he had my drivers license but not once did he attempt to reach out to me telling me he had it so I could make arrangements to get it from him before I called him on Saturday. Saturday he made every excuse about how he couldn t get it to me and had no urgency about it. I called him around 12ish to see how we keep make arrangements to meet. I had to reach out to him again around 6pm and Cam says that he wouldn t be able to get me my drivers license on Saturday and I would have to wait until Monday to get it. Completely unacceptable!! I told him I needed it sooner than that and we needed figure out how he was going to get it to me. We finally agreed to meet at the mall at 1pm the following day. At 1:15pm I called him and he still gave me excuses about how he couldn t get me my drivers license due to things he had going on and telling me I would have wait 30min+ for him to get there. This is whole experience has been super unprofessional because after knowing you have a customers personal property such as a drivers license, there was no urgency regarding how to get me my property back. I don t feel safe now because who knows what was done with my information my drivers license. I won t be returning to do any business with this dealership. I have called to speak to the manager multiple times but have yet to get a call back.

I m really disheartened at how my first service experience here turned out. After a subpar experience at another dealership, I made a few calls. After speaking with David, I was hopeful this would be my new go to place. He seemed genuine, honest, caring and upfront. I drove the 45 minutes to drop my car off for spark plug replacement and general tune up. Which he quoted on the phone, for a 6 cylinder with 133000 miles, as being $323.40. When I dropped the car off I was told I would not be changed a diagnostic fee and once again quoted the standard price. (This time it was $340 something and change) I should ve said something at this moment but $20 I assumed was a tax difference. When I had not heard anything the next morning, I texted them to inquire about my car. About an hour later I received a text that my car was done and the total price was $423.40. I called to make sure the almost $100 difference wasn t that diagnostic fee and was told the standard price for a 6 cylinder tune up is $389. I know for certain that was not the original quote because of my notes from our first phone call on 2/18. I even called my Mom to tell her how happy I was to find a genuine honest dealership after moving to GA. I told her I would be paying at most $350 after taxes. It s truly unfortunate to learn they were not completely upfront about quotes and fees. I will have to keep looking for a service provider who is.

We were referred here by another dealership on the same street. That alone is a testament to their superior service and vast inventory. We worked with JC, who was an absolute Godsend!! JC listened to everything we said we needed and within minutes, showed us options with all our wants and within our budget. He was transparent throughout the entire process, thoroughly answering all our questions and going through the paperwork. Even when a minor issue arose, JC remained calm, kept us calm and went above and beyond to make sure we found a solution. He made the car buying process relaxed and easy. He even followed up with us a few days later to see how everything was going and if we had any concerns or questions. The entire experience was just amazing from beginning to end. I ain t even going to sugar coat nothing, I went in to get a car after an invitation in the mail, every thing was going good at first, the car I was getting they had ordered some new tires for it and needed to change some parts before ready for sale, so they offer me a loaner, when I went to pick the car up, I realize it had a heavy wobble in the front end once I go to 50-60 mph, I took it back because they said the tires needed to be balance, about 5 days later they told me it s ready went back they told me the rotors are 30% so I might still feel a little vibration but everything else is superb, as soon as I drove off the lot, I started to feel the vibration again, I reached out back to the sales rep and pulled up to a tire plus to do an inspection where I learnt that both front axles are bent due to a previous accident the car had, and that is what s causing the vibration, not only was I sold a defective vehicle knowingly but I was lied to that it was something other than what the issue is, remember this vehicle was checked more than once by there own license technicians and the sales rep is letting me know there is absolutely nothing they can do about it, not only that, but I ve purchased this car since February and I m yet to have the car properly registered because they made a mistake on the lean paper, I had to drive 1hr back to the dealership wait 3hrs to sign one paper to send back to the dmv, this is 2 weeks ago and this morning i received an email from the dmv stating that they still haven t received the document, this is by far the worst vehicle buying experience I ve ever encountered, I had a couple people actively looking to buy a car that I had recommended to this dealership but after this encounter, absolutely not, I will also go ahead and call the bank to inform them of the issue

The service dept is awesome. After receiving subpar service from 2 other metro area Jeep dealerships, this one was really a 180 degree turn around. They saw my car within 4 hours of the appointment time and date and told me what the issue was. I had absolutely no problem getting a rental from them to still travel to and from work. They ordered the part and was done in 2.5 days. Affordable and quick. I really appreciate it.
