Every time I ve visited this store Otis has been extremely helpful. When he saw I was with my baby he brought my diagnostic sheet out for me. And my previous visit, helped me choose which battery to buy and got the nice woman (didn t catch her name) to help install my battery. This staff is amazing and they never make me feel like I m hassling them. I really appreciate the help because many stores treat you poorly when you just want a diagnostic done

Bought parts from one store. Went to return them to this store. Manager name is Felicia said I couldn't return them be cause I didn't buy them there to take them back to the store I bought them from and that was on the other side of town. She said it was because she didn't want it to affect her return policy. And make her look bad. But she cost me 20 dollars to return it to another store. And I buy a lot of product from them. Not no more I'm going to O'Reilly's

If you hate your job just quit and find something else. Was in this store 3 days ago and the service was terrible. I came in the store that morning and no other customers were present, so I went to the back searching for some hose clamps and there was an associate in the back as well so as I continued to search for hose clamps I found one and kindly tried to ask the associate if there was any other kind in the store. Now, this guy was only 5 feet away from me and you could hear a pin drop in the front of the store so when I asked him he totally ignored me and walked to the other side of the store and I know he heard me because when he got to the other side of the store he looked at me out the corner of his eye.There is more to this situation that s why I can say this is discrimination. I spend hundreds of dollars at Auto Zone but that will change now. Description of the associate short, middle age, slim black guy with long dirty nails. Don t take your job for granite because someone else would appreciate it. The associate name is Arnesto and this seems to be normal for this guy because other associates from a different location know about this guy s attitude. Amazon, Ebay and other online stores have the same parts at lower prices without the attitude.

Went in tonight while it was raining for some new windshield wipers and the person working there wasn t helpful at all. I asked him to come outside to look at the windshield wipers & he told me he wouldn t go out because it was raining ..I didn t catch his name but he tried to charge me $65 for the wipers which I know wasn t right. He was extremely sarcastic. I called to get a second opinion from the autozone on veterans memorial and my windshield wipers only cost $7 each. I called back to ask if he was the person I dealt with and he says I don t know am I? Don t know if he was having a bad day or what but his service was rude from the moment I walked in.

I was calling around trying to find a replacement fob. When I called in the morning, the first lady I spoke to was very nice and helpful. After finding the battery and just needing a replacement fob, I decided to come here since the lady was so helpful. When I got there, I didn't get to work with the lady and no one was helpful. As a matter of fact, the guy 'Liwuan" or something to that effect was rude. I made a point to apologize for bothering him... Won't be back.

They re rude. The guy working this location on January 1st 2024 @ 7pm was so rude I want to discontinue business with autozone permanently. I m also going to let all the guys I work with about how I was treated. I was very polite and was disrespected by an employee that doesn t know I spend thousands of dollars though my maintenance shop

9/26/23 I went in to purchase brake fluid i asked if they put it in the car, A tall black lady with braids said we don t do that boo so what do you do exactly as an auto shop. It was so nonchalant and mean spirited i had my 2 year old daughter with me. Customer service goes a loooong way & if she didn t want to do her male co worker could of. Also she made me use the self check out instead of simply checking me out seems as if she doesn t want to work. 0/10

The check engine light was on for my vehicle so I decided to stop by Autozone on Thorton Rd in Lithia Springs to have them check it out. Their representative, Jeff, quickly performed a diagnostic and provided a recommendation of the possible problem. Based on his recommendation, I was able to correct the problem and the check engine light is no longer on. I appreciate the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Jeff.

The young carribean woman need to change her attitude. All in her phone and when I ask for help she act like she doesn't want to help. Meanwhile I was the only one in the store.

This location was very clean and well organized. I absolutely LOVE that they have a self check out right next to the door. Perfect when you have one item or two and you're in a need to rush out!

Robert L. is great. We came in with 'a light on'. Not only did he test the battery (with a thorough explanation), he also found an affordable battery and installed it for us in a jiffy.Glad to see customer service still exists. Thanks!

It's an 50/50- base on the service, I've received. The gentleman (Caucasian with beard) assist me with my vehicle battery. While the black female acknowledge my presence but said under her breath "Oh Lord". Which I still heard, notice she advert her attention to other activities besides customers . I've witness several disadvantages of customer service but if you are there, just for a check and/or habla Espa�ol in my face . You will reap what you sow. Treat people the way you want to be treated. I could be from Coporate Office evaluating each location(s) or that could cause you, your employment opportunities to advance or termination!!!

Miss Abigail was very helpful she came out and removed the headlight bulb and put them on for me. She was very professional and very helpful couldn't have been a better experience

My car would start needed a jump start, but once we hook up the cable to my car, still wouldn't start. We took the battery to AutoZone the gentleman put it on the battery charger. Told us to come back in 2hours, came was told, the battery wouldn't hold a charge. So we ended up purchasing a new battery and plus AutoZone gave us $22.00 credit for the old battery. Everything went smooth and the customer service was excellent and I was happy to be riding again. Thank AutoZone...... Have a blessed day everyone

Terrible service. I wish I could give no stars.The heavy set Puerto Rican manager is lazy and doesn't want to do simple things. The male employee with the pony tail has terrible customer service and a nasty attitude. They both need to be replaced or placed in a customer service class ASAP. I'll never go to or shop in this store again. I'll be letting my friends and family know not to support this store. I'm spending my money and it is imperative that customers be treated with respect. I shouldn't have to hear the employees complaining or acting like their not happy to be at a job. It is accurate to say that the manager needs to be retrained. I'm a boss and have employees and if they behaved like those two they'd be out the door for simply not having customer service and making my customers uncomfortable.

I purchased an oxygen sensor for my truck and the sensor wasn t any good. After putting the oxygen sensor on my truck the engine light came back on for the same sensor, so I purchased another brand and had no problems out of it. I went to return the oxygen sensor and they refused my return because I put it on my truck, well how would I know if it was bad or not by not putting it on my truck. I was making the return within the 30 day mark, wasted $100 for a bad sensor that I purchased from them. That s how they take money from people by selling bad parts

I visited today and had a very hard time finding the right bulbs for my low beam due to the manufacturer being dense and providing contradictory information. Lynn, one of the night managers, sort of came to my rescue! He was so helpful and took the time to not only answer questions but show me each step. I will definitely be back just because of him.

Walked in and was ignore though I was 1 of 3 people in store while there were 3 female employees inside. They helped the others but I was never acknowledged. I got the part I needed and went back to a line that was long. The one nice employee came back in the store and helped me immediately. She was nice and friendly. I had called ahead to make sure the part was there and she is the one that had answered the phone. I would avoid this place again but it is near my husbands shop so I hope the next time there are no issues. That one employee is the only reason I did not give them a 1 star rating.

Could not get items wanted because no worker was at the counter. A manager or another worker was on the same side of the counter as myself and other customers but called a worker in the back who may have been busy. Rather than acknowledge our presence and say someone would be there shortly he ignored us. I left and will not return ever. I try to purchase from stores that have a local presence so local people will continue to have employment so as a customer I just fired a few from your store. I went away and got on my smart phone and purchased the item at a lower cost Purchased from Amazon

Brittany from store 4932 did not hesitate to offer assistance and make sure that I ordered the correct parts for my vehicle! She was well spoken and is definitely a people person! If you ever go to this location, please do not hesitate to ask for her to assist you! I will definitely return for all of my car needs!!
