My visit with Ahmed was wonderful! Ahmed kept me informed of every step going on with my car. He called me to explain everything. I really appreciated the call instead of a text. Often translations are lost in a text. He was personable, respectful, easy to talk to. But most of all he listened. Ahmed is my new service rep. Ahmed thank you for helping me feel comfortable spending my money.

Despite it being a Saturday Morning the dealership was able to have me serviced and out in 1 hour. Also, for a dealership their service prices are fair and much lower then other Toyota/Lexus dealerships that I have come across. The service team was very accommodating and took the time to address all of my concerns. I will ensure going forward that I get my vehicles serviced at this location

In general, the staff members were fine. However, it would be nice if the waiting area had coffee available for customers. Because it took so long to have my vehicle serviced, offering a loaner car would have been appropriate. Finally, taking my car through the car wash would have been appreciated. This is the service that I m accustomed to with my fleet vehicles. The rep was lovely, apologetic and sincere. All things I appreciate in customer service.

I had a great experience with nick on my visit 4/1/24. I was scheduled an appointment with him that day to look at a couple cars I seen online and he went above and beyond with helping me all the way to trying to help with finding insurance I was there at about 10 till closing between nick and Wesley they both helped so much and just very appreciative of all that they did ! This is my second time purchasing a car from this location and won t be the last . Just ask for Nick for your next visit

I ve been coming here for my routine oil changes since last year and I must say it never disappoints. My last visit was yesterday and Joshua took care of all my concerns/questions. Gave me the best recommendations for my car services and quoted me an honest price for it. Best part about my last visit was the fact it took less than an hour to get my car serviced. No complaints over here

This was my first time using the service department at AutoNation Toyota and I must say they were impeccable. My service advisor was EXCELLENT. he kept me informed every step of the way with my repair. After not receiving my part in a timely manner, my advisor went out his way to personally go and pick up my parts from the supplier. AWSOME

I had some work done on my vehicle. Ahmed Mohamed, my representative, was absolutely wonderful. He was kind and informative. He was honest and friendly. Ahmed's recommendations were well-needed. My vehicle runs just like brand new. Ahmed also introduced me to the mechanic who worked on my car. I gave the mechanic a big hug for a job well done. Everyone there was friendly and professional. I was satisfied beyond measure. They all took really good care of my vehicle and me. I will never go anywhere else!!

Service and courtesy is always top notch. The problem with my vehicle took 3 service calls to fix.. A Toyota specialist was unable to solve the problem but a persistent manager and a local mechanic discovered the problem in a few minutes and after a two day wait of a part my Camry was fixed. Very pleased with the service and attention I have received since I purchased my car there. Highly recommend.

My original appointment when I got there they told me they couldn't do it, lift was down so that was fine. Trying to reschedule was difficult, I work right down the street and was looking to drop it off early and have the shuttle take me to work but they don't have a shuttle until 9am! I ended up having to take it and drop it off on my lunch break and have a coworker follow me and bring me back to work. The service department was very helpful and did a great job with the service though.

I have been going to this dealer for 10 years I never miss a service appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated but on 4/6 I was told all my tires needs to be replaced. I was never told my tires were going bad. Every time I go in for service I see a different advisor. Now it s a hazard as all my tires needs to be replaced I am very upset about the lack of service and communication.

I love the Toyota expertise and customer service. My customer service agent (Jay) is also courteous and professional listening to that fact that I have to plan to cover expenses due to my fixed income. He also helps me to work out and ideal plan that fits my budget.

Always happy when i get Josh Deshazer at my appointments. He s trustworthy and has great customer service skills. Due to work i always request the latest appointments. I had a rep who made it a point to complain to another rep so that i can hear it about why he doesn t know why they schedule these late appointments. Josh has never made me feel like i was a bother or that he was rushing me out. Hope i get him every time!

I bought a brand new Toyota highlander 2023 from this dealership and I was suppose to be able to use my app to start the car. I could use the app for everything except start. I tried several times that feature wouldn't work in the app. So i went back to the dealership, sales directed me to service. Service kept my car for a week. They called to tell me they were bringing in an expert to check fix the issue. When i went to pick up my car today, just to be told my car did not come with that feaure. How come i was not told when i bought my car. The sad thing is the car was sold based on features. This is a clear case f misrepresentation.

This the first time I visited here and was not happy. I spent over a thousand dollars ( of which I didn't planned on spending this particular day) and not even ten dollars in discount the advisor could not offer me.I wasn't having any issue with my battery and all of a sudden they removed it and the car could not start up back, forcing me to purchase a new battery that put me over my budget. I pleaded with the advisor for a discount caused I did not have enough money but he said no. I had to call a friend to let me used his credit card to pay part of my bill. I will not place a name because he knows himself.

The only reason I gave them a 2 is because at least 1 mechanic is friendly. He's the only one that acknowledged us and got our car in for maintenance. The other employees were rude on the phone and in person. Acted like it was inconvenient for them to do their jobs, so the 1 guy stepped in. We had this appointment setup for at least a week so it wasn't a surprise walk in. Wish there was a service center closer with friendlier staff. It's almost worth just going to a local oil change/mechanic for maintenance.

The service and service advisor was truly magnificent. Courtney explained the specifics of my maintenance service, time it would possibly take and associated cost. I was truly grateful and appreciative of the service I received. Highly recommend this establishment for others.

While service does take a while, the people here really go out of their way to get it right. Terrance was a fantastic service advisor and did much to address my concerns regarding an issue with with my vehicle. Staff was patient, courteous, and professional as we worked toward a resolution. Don, Terrance, and the team took their time to help come to a reasonable solution. As a result, I ll definitely come back.

As of right now, I am not pleased.I am not happy so far with the level of service that I am receiving from AutoNation Toyota Thornton rd.I have a Toyota Camry that I keep having to bring back every since I purchased it.I keep getting a run around from service maintenance as well as from the sales department.I have been a loyal Toyota customer and you would think as much business that I have given to them they could at least call and let me know what is going on with it.May vehicle sat for an entire week and come to find out no one even moved the car yet looked at it. No one returned my phone calls or nothing for an entire week. My issue is still not resolved.

Over the past 6 years, we ve bought two cars from Auto Nation Toyota on Thornton Road and we have them serviced there only. A little more than two years ago, I started dealing with the Ravon, and I ve only dealt with Ravon ever since that day. He is amazing, he is professional. He is sincere, extremely accommodating, and completely warm and friendly, but also informative. I could not ask for a better experience than the ones that I receive from him. I sincerely hope they know how lucky they are to have someone like him facing their customers. Ravon is my guy hands down. I consider him family at this point and I love our Toyota experience, all made even better because of Ravon

I give it three stars because the process was relatively easy and the customer service was good. Now, the issues:1. The diagnostic fee is $169.99 and they say they ll take that off if you end up doing service, but if you don t make your decision right when they give you the quote, the game starts and they tell you they might not be able to take it off later. some people really can t afford to drop more than one or $200 at a moments notice.2. I brought my car in on Friday, let them know I would need to talk to my partner, then brought it back in on Saturday with the expectation of the same cost from Friday. When the service rep was about to have me sign, I asked for a confirmation of the cost because he had not gone over that with me. It turns out that the $169.99 battery was suddenly $270 a day later. They told me that was the only battery available for my car, but yesterday told me the cost would be $169.99 for the battery and $610 total for all of the service not including them taking the diagnostic fee off so about $450 total today. That total cost as well as the cost of the battery is actually what made me make the decision to come back.I find Saturday s experience dishonest and misleading, and I was already wary about taking my car to a dealer service center. I m glad I know what s wrong and can fix it myself but I wish they had been honest in the beginning so I didn t waste more time. I definitely felt pressured by them to make a decision that ultimately would have cost me a lot more money. Basically I paid $170 for a diagnostic and some playtime for my dog which is ok

Buying a car here is a total nightmare. Tony Thornton and Winston are liars. First I went there with my used Toyota to get new tires. Unfortunately the services providers couldn t take the tires off. So I brought tires from somewhere else. Then 15 minutes later they called and said they wanted buy my car to get me into a new one. They said they were going to reimburse me for the new tires and they never did. Every time I call they give me the run around. Also the protector came off my car the first day I recieved it. They never replaced that as well. Then they lost or stole my old license plate tag on my older car.
