Put nicer people in customer service positions. I don't know what her name is, but in spare parts there is a lady who is too rude and arrogant.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Raheem at AutoNation Toyota. I came in to trade my 2020 Tacoma and he helped me to get a brand new 2023 Tacoma SR5 black on black. Highly recommended and the absolute best in service. Ricardo in the finance department was extremely kind and helpful. It would not be possible without Lamin the sales manager. Thank you very much.

Experience was very pleasant and enjoyable. It was very nice working with Kyle. Friendly, courteous and helpful. They worked with us to get us in a comfortable payment price range. Definitely would recommend AutoNation Toyota.

Today is April 12 I called at approximately 9 AM in the morning for a service quote. I did not receive a call back so I decided to call Toyota Thorton Road. I call back around 1 PM to verify the status of my quote. The lady that answered the phone called me that he had to wait for their call back. It is 430 and I still haven t gotten to call back. This is the second time I have problems with Thorton Rd., Toyota the first time was for a oil change. You lost a client because I went somewhere else!

I booked a 7am appointment for a collision repair quote. When I arrive I am told that the person who does that isn t there and won t be there until around 8pm. Gave me his card and told me to make another appt. Why allow the appt. to be made online in the first place and have customers drive to the shop this early if I have to leave and make another appointment?!

Bate & switch. Made a appt to see a certain car. They stressed it was there & would be ready. Got there & of course it wasn't there anymore in those short few hrs. Tried to push other cars on us. We refused & wanted her paperwork & copy of her driver's lic back & they kept wanting to fight us on that claiming they needed it for paperwork.After they got the manager he tried to push other cars on us to. Finally after I stressed there was no other reason for them to have her info since she's not getting a car nor test drive one, unless maybe they were keeping it for identity theft. Then they finally gave it back. Will never go back nor recommend this place.

Worst customer service you can ever had, in last minute I changed my mind, the car still on the ground I didn't even drove it, and I asked for my deposit, after couple trips I get my deposit, I gived the financial agent all the papers, and the rest on him, and the car on the ground all that time, and went for a vacation, and I returned back I discovered that my papers went to a collection agency, and I am behind payment for a car I didn't have it, it's shame for this dealer to be in business, this dealer is not honest, and shouldn't be in business, shame on it, so everyone need to be careful from him, all the agents are not honest, you agree on something, and when they brought the papers to you, you will discover something different...stay away from this dealer.

I wanted it today looking to try and buy a car and as I was walking through the final office I saw 4 people on the phone's texting or check on the Internet or whatever and did not get one person to get up and help me.. Sol so if they can't help me with the sale I have to question how good they are with the service!

Sold us a lemon and refuse to fix it. Giving us out money back was there resolution but the main reason was getting a second car. Back to square one
