Overall great experience! Cristian was very helpful and knowledgeable. The best part was that he was not a pushy salesman. They have great prices that you feel good about walking away with. The entire staff was friendly.

The customer service by Baffour was extremely excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was very patient with me. He was very clear and informative. The entire process from test driving to signing documents were seamless. I am thrilled with the new car and I couldn t be more happier with the great customer service by Baffour.

As someone who generally dislikes the process of buying a car, we had a positive experience at Auto-nation Toyota with Deonte! He understood our wants and needs and we felt like we were in good hands during the process due to his knowledge, understanding, and down to earth personality. It did take a while to be seen during the financial portion and we waited we good bit. Overall, we are happy with our new car purchase!

Purchased a new vehicle from Deonte in January 2024 and he was 10/10. Great communication leading up to the appointment, during the test drive, and throughout the paperwork. Highly recommend going through him if you re in the market for a new Toyota.

Update: Unfortunately, my experience with AutoNation Toyota took a turn for the worse. While the new car sales team, especially Air, was fantastic, I encountered significant issues with a used car purchase.Beware when buying used cars; transparency seems to be lacking. We bought a used car with a known bumper issue, and despite the dealership's promise to fix it, they kept the car for four days without doing any work. When we finally picked up the car, we discovered transmission issues on day 7, well past the 5-day return window.Upon contacting the dealership, they offered to fix the car. However, the process was prolonged and frustrating. The promised repairs, including the bumper, transmission, and a backup camera issue, took a staggering 4.5 weeks. The bumper is now separating again, and the backup camera remains unresolved.Despite documenting these concerns in a letter to the general manager and sales manager, there has been little follow-up. The general service manager expressed a desire to rectify the issues but failed to deliver. Even after consulting with the Kia dealership regarding the backup camera problem, communication has been sparse.If considering AutoNation Toyota for a used car purchase, exercise caution. It's advisable to conduct a thorough inspection immediately after purchase to avoid potential issues. My hope is that others can learn from my experience and make informed decisions when dealing with this dealership. --- ----------I went for 1 car and ended up with 2. Thanks Air for all your help! Jennifer, Rodney and Wesley all helped me and my fianc� purchase s first joint purchase of a vehicle! We found the car online and had to drive an hour 1/2 to the location to look at it, and Jennifer was kind enough to hold the keys for us until we got there, even though it took an extra hour because of stand-still traffic! Jennifer was with another client so Rodney assisted us and he was wonderful! When it came to the actual purchase of the car Wesley was so incredibly kind and gave us great advice. We ve had terrible experiences at other dealerships in the search of a car and this was BY FAR the best experience we ve had in over a month. They were kind, not pushy and helped us achieve the numbers we needed. 100% would purchase here again, even if it meant the long drive.

I recently got my very FIRST car, (I m 26, so you can imagine how long I ve been dreaming about this day ) Dante and Israel were super helpful and willing to work with me, and they were able to get me all the features I wanted which I appreciate. The process was super easy, definitely recommend coming here. Huuuge thanks to Dante, Israel and the manager Lamin who was also very friendly and patient with us. Overall 10/10!!

Accolades to Nick Turpin!His customer service is amazing. I am not fond of new car shopping. He made this purchase a pleasant experience. He was interested in me as a customer, to my requests, what I was looking for, what I needed and what I wanted. He even sent me phone videos of the two cars I was interested in. He was always available and answered all phone calls or returned calls promptly. When I asked questions I felt confident of his knowledge.Even after the paperwork was done he sat in the car with me to go over the features I had questions about. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a car.

Yesterday, we worked with a gentleman, Deonte who was very friendly and informative about the car I wanted to purchase. During the test drive, he told us everything about the car. He kept us updated during the whole process. Matt worked a great deal with us. We were very happy to drive off in my new Toyota crown!

I had a great experience at AutoNation Toyota! I worked with Victor and he is very kind and patient! Everyone at AutoNation was friendly and kind and not pushy. It was surprising when we first came because it was unlike the other dealerships I visited. As a first time car buyer, Victor was very helpful in giving me a detailed information of how the purchasing process is like, insurance, etc. and worked with me greatly to get to a deal that we were both happy with. He also helped a lot in finding the actual car!Although I had to wait for the car, it is understandable as the car is a high demand vehicle, and him and his manager worked daily to find the car. Further, it was found and finalized before my strict deadline, which I am happy about!There was a small miscommunication with the finance manager, but it was resolved quickly and amicablyThank you Victor !!

Everything about my experience at Toyota today was beyond amazing. Carl, Deonte and Wesley took very good care of me. Everyone I worked with was patient with my requests and questions. The process was super fast, easy, enjoyable, and perfect considering I walked in with so much anxiety. The cherry on top after having such a great experience was getting the red carpet to my brand new car with the red bow on it! Highly recommend this location and the people who helped me today!
