I have been coming to get my oil changed for a while. I absolutely trust AutoNation with my car. Ashley is the Most helpful with Exceptional customer service. She is one of the reasons that I keep bringing my car. Ashley makes sure that she explains everything that I need to know during my entire appointment. She is very informative. Autumn was an awesome service specialist! She has a lovely personality. Hopefully, you'll be able to hire more service staff as the waiting time for oil changes are too long. We were there for a battery check recently. Thankfully, it wasn't a more serious problem.

I had the wonderful opportunity to visit AutoNation Honda Thornton Rd and had the most amazing customer service experience with Autumn! From the time I pulled up and opened my door with her Greeting to the time I left I felt welcomed and treated with care and friendly service. I have not had a customer service experience with any other Honda dealership like I experienced at this one. Thank you Autumn for being so down to earth and thorough with discussing the matters of my car. I hope to be back very soon and I pray you re still there!

AutoNation s service department team are top notch! The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. I like the way they walk out to the car with you and tell you what was done. And how they go over the checklist and ask if you have any questions.

I had a great experience at Honda. I had to go for some long overdue service to my car. Ram was my service advisor and he was really great. He and I discussed what my car needed and he did not pressure me to get any unessasary service that I wasn't in alignment with getting. My car drives better and it was nice and clean when I got it back. Thank you!

I ve had good experiences the past three times I ve gone to Honda on Thornton Rd. The customer service was helpful and the technicians and mechanics did exactly what they were supposed to do. Ram helped me two out of the three times I went and was kind and helpful!

I am not sure about Honda products anymore. Maybe the ones that are made in Japan is a better Quality. I found carpet that wasn't tucked away securely and spaces in the body that aren't properly installed. Not sure why they have the idle off and on switch with ECO installed. Both aren't needed. My service advisor was exceptional but my experience purchasing my 2023 was nothing exceptional. I know the dealership have to make some earning but price gouging is unacceptable. Carlos financial manager was so crooked with my itemized items. I requested him to remove two of them because I didn't need or wanted the dealer's extra services. This is where I have to give the dealership a one star. Even though, I've purchased over 4 Honda's my next purchase will be a Toyota, but the service department can keep up the great work.

First time at the dealership, my experience was a little frustrating due to the RESPONSE TIME. I dropped my car off around 7:30 am on 12/28/2023, which was my appointment time. I received a call from Mr. Ram, the next morning around 11: 40 am stating I needed a catalytic converter (which can be expensive) along with other maintenance issues. Also, had a conversation about pricing and payment options. I advised him to go ahead start with the maintenance work and I will call back about the CC. I called back around 12:10 pm, got a voicemail and I left a message to get started with the CC. I called back around 3:50 pm to get a status, got a voicemail, left a message and no response for the remainder of the evening. On Saturday 12/30/2023, I called around 8:10 am and got a voicemail again. I ended up going to the dealership, arrived around 9:30 am and met with Mr. Ram. I mentioned that we already had a conversation about the issues and I advised him I called back and left several messages checking on the status. I waited at the dealership to receive some updates. Around 10 am, I was told that there was a CC available for someone else but, mine would not be available until another week and he was also waiting for a phone call to see if he could use the one that's there. About 11 am, I was told he was able to use the CC that was there and my car would be ready around 3 pm. I know things can can busy and time flies, but thank you Mr. Ram for making things happen at the last minute.

I just love the Honda on Thornton Rd. The representatives are friendly and they are considerate of your time, while waiting for your vehicle. They do a thorough job of assessing your vehicle. Good customer service.

I went in for a normal oil change and thankfully they check tires as part of the service. I had a nail in a part of the tire that can t just be plugged so I had to order a tire. They knew I was concerned about driving home and back the next day because I drive a very busy interstate and you don t want that tire blowing at 70 mph, so they gave me a loaner to use. I can t imagine what would have happened if they hadn t checked something I hadn t even asked them to.

It took longer than it should have, for an oil change, tire rotation, and quick check for a potential recall. I was there for 3 hours, even though I had scheduled an appointment ahead of time.
