Hi All - I bought a Honda CR-V EX-L 2024 from the Auto Nation Honda on March 2024. Th entire process was easy, quick and transparent. I had my research of the vehicle upfront, so i was very specific with the model/trim/color that i needed.Daniel Lowery - was my first point of contact. Met him on a Friday and he had a test drive arranged even without me asking. Drove the car and liked it. He explained me a lot on the features. Then we started on the quote. After a few negotiations i had the price slightly higher than where i would like.Then comes in Virgie Michell and she with just one call got me the price that I was ok an the very next day.So on Saturday the Car was ready detailed for delivery before i could walk in. Even she helped to get in touch with agents on insurance because mine did not come through on time. All done and Honda gave me a interest almost what i wanted and i signed!Oscar - was from the finance side who actually gave me a lot of options on the post purchase coverages and warranties. He made me buy one :) he was very cool! Overall a very good experience in the purchase and satisfaction with the car!I would definitely recommend this place looking forward to take my friends over there for sure.

I had scheduled an appointment at the service center for my vehicle, but a few days before the appointment, it would only start sometimes. I did what I could, and it eventually started. I drove into the center and was impressed with the care and knowledge the staff provided from the moment I arrived until I received the diagnostics, work estimate, and cost details. Ram was especially fantastic; he communicated effectively and pleasantly surprised me by providing my van with a full detail before pick up. This is the place to go if you're looking for excellent service, upfront pricing, and expert staff.

Buyer beware!! We purchased a brand new Honda Pilot in September and have had nothing but issues. Most recently we opened the hidden storage compartment in the trunk to find it has completely molded where moisture is coming up in it from the road. When we called the service manager he told us we would be responsible for getting our own rental vehicle. WHAT? The vehicle is 4 months old and it is molding and WE are responsible for a rental? RUN don't walk away from this dealership.

Autonation Honda on Thorton Road is exceptional. Had service done and even traded in at this location. Tayo helped us with the trade-in process and is an exceptional human being. He cared about our needs while also providing insight into what options we had without pressuring us into stretching the budget we had. Also, what other place do you see the manager of the facility taking matters into his or her own hands to clean up water so customers don't trip and fall? I know that seems silly, but when do you ever see a suit and tie taking even the smallest (but incredibly important tasks) on themselves? Inspect what you expect - that kind of pride speaks volumes at a dealership.

I was skeptical about going to a big dealership because most car salesman are just thinking about the check they get for putting a person in a car. Not really caring if the vehicle is a good one. I came to Auto Nation off Thorton Road and meet Ellis Gripper. He was not only pleasant from the start but he was very helpful and patient. The whole team there was awesome. I felt like family. Thank you for all you all done for me and my son to get into our Honda Accord. Best dealership in Ga.

Customer service was great. Ram took good care of us. He was patient and kind. Steve(I think that's his name) made us feel at home. That was important to us considering that we had spent the entire day there.

Unfortunate experience. Salesman did not want to listen to us and was dismissive and disparaging at times. And the already long and annoying process was made longer and more annoying annoying because this salesman was easily confused and had trouble keeping things straight. He was also reluctant to show us used cars, despite multiple requests. It was like every crappy cliche about buying a car was realized that afternoon. I thought this process had evolved in the last 10 to 20 years?In retrospect, I'm surprised we walked out with a car. Once we were 2+ hours in I think we just gave up and knew we didn't want to start over somewhere else. It was also a really weird vibe in there - not very clean and tidy, but lots of people seem to be hanging about not doing much of anything. At least our guy put forth some effort, despite the fact it felt like we were buying a car in the mid 80s. Such a bummer.

DO NOT go to this dealership.I brought my car in on a Friday afternoon to receive a diagnostic, and was told they were a little backed up and would most likely get to it the next day (Saturday) and that it would take an hour for the diagnostic.I get a rental car because they had none available, and reach out on Saturday. I get no response from my service advisor Ashley. I come to find out they do not even perform diagnostics on Saturday and are closed on Sundays. WHY wasn't I told this? I would have brought my car on Monday then and not had to get a rental?!!I reach out IMMEDIATELY Monday morning at 7am when they open. I call several times and no one answers. The only way I am able to speak to a human is by going through the phone options for parts and requesting she put me in touch with someone from the service department. The man I spoke to told me Ashley wouldn't get in until 9 and would call me then.No call. I call at 9:30 and go through the phone options to speak to a scheduling representative who also cannot put me in touch with her and gives me her direct line so I can reach out. Still no call. I don't hear back from her until 10:38 and she has no idea what status my car is at. I continue to hear nothing from her at all the rest of the day. UNTIL I CALL HER SERVICE MANAGER.VInnie, the service manager, takes no responsibility for the actions happening at this location. Why was I allowed to believe my car would be looked at? Now I am 400 dollars (so far) in the hole on a rental that I could have just not even needed for three days if I had been informed and not brought my car in until Monday.What a terrible experience, and I find out several of my coworkers have had similar awful experiences with this location and Vinnie. Absolutely disgraceful.

Excellent dealer!!! I was looking for more than 6 months to buy an odyssey ex model because its a model in demand...it was very difficult find one in Atlanta area. I was in SC traveling and I saw one available at this place and I immediately called. Virgie Mitchell is the sales lady I dealt with from start to finish. She is an amazing pro. Very accurate and disciplined in regular communication. She helped me put an advanced payment of $500/- to hold on to the car until I travel back from SC. I also traded my 2013 odyssey and they gave the exact price I was expecting. Not much price haggling...overall awesome experience buying from this dealer.

I have been getting my Civic serviced at Honda Thornton Road since 2020. I have been trying to schedule an oil change but have been receiving an error message when scheduling through the online platform. So I went in this morning at around 7:20 am to see if I could be squeezed in. The advisor told me I could leave my car and when the appointments were seen, I would be serviced. This was no problem as I understand booked appointments have priority. I explained to the advisor that I ve tried to make appointments through the platform but have been receiving an error message each time. I asked him for assistance with booking an appointment and he responded there is nothing available for the next week. Okay that s fine. So once again I ask for assistance with booking an appointment due to the issue I was encountering with the scheduling platform. He then informed me that no one else was having issues and that s how everyone else books their appointments with the scheduling platform and I could do it on there. So I simply left. I understand the importance of appointments but to be refused assistance with scheduling an appointment because nobody else is having issues especially since I frequently service my car at this location, is poor customer service.

My experience at AutoNation Thornton Road was excellent. I came in a month prior t purchasing my vehicle and when I returned Marco remembered my name and exactly what I wanted. Although the dealership didn t have the exact car I wanted, Marco made sure I left with the car I had my heart set on. I had such a great experience buying my first car from here and I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone looking to buy a car.

Awesome experience! We made an appointment, were immediately greeted and began our buying experience although we were just going to look! Jamorris was so helpful and knowledgeable. He assessed our needs/wants and showed us the perfect vehicle. He went over the entire vehicle in great detail describing all the features. Outstanding job!Jason made the purchase a breeze. I came in for left tire replacement. The tire light came on as soon as I got home and has never gone off. The wheel wobbles when I drive.I called the dealership to speak with a manager about the problem and was told by the receptionist that it was 30 mins from closing time and other customers were being waited on and therefore no one was available to speak with me.I brought my car to the dealership because you all are supposed to be the experts at fixing the problem. Very disappointing and inconvenient!

I had made an appointment arrived 15min early.I checked in and I was directed tot he waiting lobby, I had my 1 month old as long as I had her calm I was patiently waiting on my car. Hours passed until another person waiting asked me about what service was I getting and it was the same as her her appointment was at 4pm arrived 30 minutes early and at this time it was almost 8PM I did not realize it was that late until I approached someone to ask about my car. We found out the service department was close and our cars never got the service done. We went home that night and am the maintenance manager call me to offer the service for free,detail and a full tank of gas. I really thought they was backed up of work and waited too long.The day I received my service everybody body very communicative. The service is good but the day I had the appointments no one approached us to check on us..I would only suggest that someone checks on everyone in the lobby just to make sure no one is left behind and incidents like this happens again.

If you can, please take your car elsewhere to be serviced. A simple oil change takes over 3hrs the few times I have come here. Appointment time means nothing and I get continuously lied to on status updates. The staff will always recommend services that are far from being needed. I walked outside to see my vehicle just sitting on a lift along with others and staff just lingering around and not working. I am beyond frustrated with this place and will never be returning. This is the worst car service place I ve ever come across and would give 0 stars if I could. Absolute joke

I had a great experience working with Larry the sales advisor. He was very helpful with the trade of one lease vehicle for another. Larry has also been helpful since and is easy to get hold of and answer questions on the vehicle. Great experience with this dealership so far!

Best experience ever buying a car from Larry Reynolds from AutoNation Honda Thornton Road Lithia Springs Ga he's a Champion in my eyes. He was honest, worked to get me everything I wanted and overall, the best car buying experience ever! I'm 65 years old and have bought a lot of new cars over the years. Never felt so good about any other car purchase he keep me very safe knowing I'm disable with very bad knees and stability issues he gets a 10+++++ in kindness clamming personality and just an AWESOME person. I will definitely return there when it's time buy my next car! At AutoNation Honda Thornton Road. Watch out Larry Reynolds maybe coming sooner than you think. The staff is very friendly and clarified all our queries with atmost patience. There was some confusion and they came up with alternate solution immediately. Financial guidance was par excellent that we got a call next day mentioning the interest rate reduction. Really appreciate Jon and Jackie, Steve for all the support throughout the process.Highly recommend the brand Honda and the store in specific.

About 1 hour for an oil change.They took pictures of a car filter, took a picture, and put it back, full of leaves. I took a look at the filter myself and a light shake removed the leaves. Then they recommended that I get my tires rotated. They recommended about $630 of upsells without any reasoning besides the leaves.The $76.97 they want to charge for a cabin filter costs $12 and takes 5 minutes to learn how to install and install with zero tools.All of the prices they have on their website will have a 12% fee added onto the bill when it comes. The fee shows up on the invoice only as "Misc Fees". Not very transparent or nice.

I had the best customer service experience with the team at Honda on Thornton Road. From Marco to Mr. Humphrey, I felt like they actually listened to what I stated I wanted and needed. They also informed me about some things that I wasn't aware of I could ask for. It's hard as a woman to not feel like you may be getting taken advantage of, but they made me feel the complete opposite. So i'm grateful.

The customer service was on the low level of ghetto. The manager attempted to disregard my concerns and asked if I wanted to trade my 2022 LEMON for a 2013. It's the audacity to insult my intelligence. The GM repeatedly interpreted me as I spoke and dismissed me. Neither offered a realistic resolution to the immediate problem, which involved the braking and steering systems. As old folks would say they have piss poor leadership and customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I am grateful for Toyota who went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist with a Honda.

Purchased my first Car here. Had a phone conversation with Virgie and I was in a new car by the end the day. The entire dealership has a great team. I 100% recommend this location. As a first time buyer I really loved the transparency of the dealership. I didn't feel like i was getting tricked into paying more for my car. I did use outside financing but the finance manager was amazing. Thank you Autonation Honda and a special thank you to Virgie!
