Very professional, polite and "more than human". Prices are very competitive, job is done professionally by Peyton and Dale. Definitely they know cars and everything about them! I'm very impressed with the fast and professionally work they done on my car! as long as I'll be around, City Tire will be the only Auto Shop I'll put my car(s) to be serviced and fixed! Highly recommended!

Life saver! My boyfriend & I were driving from Texas headed to North Carolina and were driving in a county road when our tire went flat. We waited on AAA for 5 hours, I called an hour after their ETA and was advised to secure a private tow because they had nobody to send, and the nearest place was 28 miles out. Miraculously a sheriff pulled up and called somebody who had a shop 6 miles away. City Tire & Auto Services had us back up and running within 30 minutes from the time the officer called him. He was kind enough to stay after hours to fix our tire and price was very fair. Thank you so much!

Harry and Jill: Just wanted to say thanks for the great service! We had a blowout on one of our camper tires on our way up to the Elijah Clark State Park. Peyton was extremely friendly and helpful, and he and his staff got the tires I wanted (a very good prior experience), even though they weren t ones they had in stock. Had them by the next morning! They put them on the camper the next day (my request -they were prepared to do the job the same day). They even found and fixed a problem that likely contributed to our blowout! I consider this above and beyond kind of service! You need help, these are folks to contact! Thanks again! Oh, and by the way, their prices were better than I could have gotten if I would have gone to a dealer for these tires in Augusta.

My husband and I had a blowout on our camper. These guys were great! They came out and put on the spare and led us back to the shop where they will check everything out for us and put new tires on for us. They aren't usually open on Saturday, but took great care of us!Thank you guys so much!!

I was involved in an accident outside of town, and the Police recommended City Tire as a towing company. Ellis was not only courteous, but gave me a ride back to town, waited while I got my things out of the car, and even helped me remove the license plate. He really went above and beyond, and I appreciate the kindness in a difficult situation. Thank you again for being a great company.

Wife locked keys in ram 3500 they where here in less than thirty minutes to Elijah Clark state park and did excellent job getting truck unlocked and be careful not to scratch anything. Would highly recommend, Sigbert All

Woke up this morning with a flat, I knew I was overdue for tires but figured if I was already late for work, I'd call around to see if anybody could get me in...Big box stores in Evans couldn't get my car in until the end of next week IF they could find tires..Called City Tire and they not only had my tires in stock but could install them right away. Wonderful folks providing a great service at a fair price..Will recommend them to all of my customers who are in need of tires or repair work.

Seriously a lifesaver! Our daughters fuel pump went out on her while she was actually driving. Roadside assistance was being such a mess telling us that the closest tow truck was 7 hours away!!! One call to City Tire and they dispatched a tow truck to arrive in less than 15 mins even though it was after hours and our car was fixed on their next business day thank you so much!

Words cannot l describe how great these people are. Not only were they available in the middle of the night, but they drove from Lincolnton to McCormick SC to tow my vehicle and had it in Aiken SC before I even woke up the next morning. I would absolutely 10/10 recommend to a friend!!!!They weren t complicated, didn t complain about the distance, and were very accommodating to everything I need done in such a short amount of time. Thank you all so much! I ll never forget this experience.

This is a late post but Thanksgiving Eve, we woke up to a tire being blown out.. we only have one vehicle and I have 2 kids with another on the way, I called and the owner answered, I told him what was going on and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes to tow our LARGE vehicle to the shop! he had one tire that would fit in stock (no one carries them) and figured out how to get our difficult wheel locks off! His prices were extremely fair especially with our circumstances, he definitely went out of his way and bent over backwards for us! Thank you so much, definitely recommend City Tire & Auto Services!

They came and saved the day on a Sunday evening. My car was totally dead and I had an MD appointment for the next morning after being sick all weekend. Mr. Norman arrived before expected time, was very knowledgeable about my car and what he was doing. He was so professional and polite and got me going in no time. I will be using this shop now for my auto care needs.

Try to make a long story short. My tires were making some noise and a little shake in the wheel. Took it in and needed 3 new tires (car had been sitting at my father house for 2 years). The owner gave me a lift to my house to grab my other car, so I could pick up my kids. What a great experience.I called my dad and he said well I just got that one new tire the others looked ok. The tread on the other three were separating.

I recently had the pleasure of witnessing - first hand -the commitment to customer service provided by owner, Peyton Norman. It s one of the most important qualities a business like this can offer.We ve all been there and know thatPeople aren t just in need of new tires or concerned about an odd sound coming from their engine (which by the way his knowledge and capabilities are equal to a surgeon when it comes to motorcycles, cars and trucks, well let s just say vehicles because I ve known him to find the right battery or motor for a lawn mower or boat and I m sure if you ask he will find it for you and it won t cost you like it will at a dealer or on line. Even personal delivery is on his list of over and above - let s just say it s rare to find- good old fashioned service from a paramount professional.When we have a situation that is out of our wheelhouse (pun intended) we are in need of someone who will treat our situation with compassion and as if someone they love is in need. That s just who you ll find at City Tire, someone who genuinely cares and has the resources to find the answer at a glance or after close inspection.Whether you need a tow or a lift or you just need to feel lifted up- Call on City Tire in Lincolnton, Georgia and ask for Peyton Norman.City Tire- it s like finding a GOLDEN ticket in the most unsuspecting place.Trust me you won t be disappointed- Peyton Norman won t let that happen.

I was stuck on the side of the road. Payton and his crew at city tires helped me. They first brought a tire out, then followed me back to town. They placed a tire on my vehicle, and wow the price was reasonable!! Thank you for the wonderful service. CITY TIRE of Lincolnton Georgia "Rocks." They are awesome! Giving thanksgiving for them!

City Tire is the Best tire place I have ever been to! I'm a single mother and he blessed me with a tire a few years ago when I didn't have the money. I've been doing ALL my business there since then and they treat me like family

Finally a business that works hard to put the customer first. They are very professional and took very good care of me and my care. Their price for the purchase and installation of 4 tire was the lowest of all the estimates I received.

Thanks to you and your crew for going above and beyond to get my tire issues squared away. You could have charged me for work I didn t need. You found were a tech in Virginia mounted one of my directional tread tires backwards causing severe drivability issues on my Porsche an issue that could have been a potential life threatening condition. You rock and I will always bring my vehicle back for work needed to be performed in the future. Thanks and God bless

I have been to city tire 3 times. Once for a full set of tires that I got at the best price I could find, and twice to have two of those tires fixed. I had bought a full set of tires in May of 2010 and was really impressed with them. That was until the tread on one of the tires began to seperate from the tire itself. I called in September of 2010 and was told to bring the tire in and it would be taken care of. It was without any issues, however I did pay $30 for the new tire. Then in December 2010 the tire that I had replaced had the exact same issue. I called city tire once more and they came in while on vacation to replace this tire for me as I was going to make a road trip before they came back from vacation, but once again I was asked to pay partially for the tire. The service was good but it was never explained to me that these tires would not last past 20,000 miles ( I was told they would last 35,000-40,000). And I do not agree with the fact that I had multiple faulty tires and was still asked to pay partial prices for them. The prices are good however but i would have liked to have been given more information on the tires I was being recomended.

I ve been to this location twice for service. The first time I took my wife s car there my self and had ok service. The prices were a lil high but it was a small town 30 min from any competition so it is what it is. The second time I sent my wife up there to get her tire looked at that they installed and the owner was extremely rude to her. Obviously the owner has no respect for his customers and I will not be giving them any more of my business.

I Called Peyton Up Last Minute 8 minutes to closing. I needed a tire. I didn't have all the money. He said" bring what you have" hometown guy with reasonable prices.

Amazing service ... Had a flat need it Repaired even tho they were closing they waited for me to get there and got me in and taken care of after hours. Very pleased with there service. Fast service and respectful guys
