I came here because I saw a couple of reviews saying the tires were cheap and decent tires. I had paid 2 USED not even decent tires for $190 are you serious. Had me and a couple more people waiting outside while two guys were working on one truck just changing tires. Neither bother approaching til the they got paid from that driver. Don t recommend coming here if you re looking for cheap good quality tires.

Bought two "used like new tires" the first tire had a hole in it. Came back PAID for another tire told them the situation about the tire and me just buying it less than two weeks ago he did not care charged me full price for the replacement. Once again less than two weeks later I was on the side of the road AGAIN with a flat tire. Called immediately for a manager was told he was not in to call Monday. Called Monday for a manager I was hung up on FIVE times instead of telling me the manager was not in the guy that answered got annoyed and said well why didn't you come in over the weekend to which I told him I called and left my name and number for the manager which never called and upon talking my name and number wasn't even written down. After reading their reviews its obvious they are knowingly selling damaged tires and giving the run around instead of remedying the situation.

Sold me 2 used but like new Michelin tires. As soon as I tried to install later in the day, there was a hole in one of them. It was on a Saturday so I couldn t go Sunday, had to wait until Monday and once I returned, I told them I wanted a refund or at least partial refund. Tires were obviously not even used but they denied it. Was not even offered a new tire to replace that one. Left with no refund or at least HALF, damaged unusable tire and 1 used but like new tire.

Went to buy 1tire dude talked me into changing both fronts. The 2nd popped in less than a week. Promised me to come back tomorrow and they will change it for me. Came the next day just to have them tell me they don't do warranties I'll have to buy another. Tires are dry rotted and they know it. Will pop in less than a week and they won't replace. Unethical Business Practices to say the least. STAY AWAY!!!

I ve been to many used tire shops, these guys are helpful and courteous. If you have aftermarket wheels and want them to be treated correctly I highly recommend. They handle all the tire changes on my drift car before events.

I bought an used tire and exactly 1 hour later it blew up and left my car damaged like this. The manager is completely rude, malicious, and shiesty.

Ok we have to say Barack the Manager his staff have great professionalism and they pride themselves on customer satisfaction, service. As the Director of The Woman Station we endorse this business as being Woman Friendly eco environment business. Barack is cute ladies!

Changed 2 of my tires a few weeks ago. Yesterday, I had to have them changed again at pep boys because one of them was over 5 years old and the other one had nails in it. I also asked them to check my other 2 because the low pressure sign wouldnt go away. The guy neglected to tell me one of the other two had a nail in it as well and only put air in it without looking. Don t come here. They don t seem to care that putting faulty tires in your car can literally kill you or the drivers around you.

Customer service was outstanding. Didnt want to go over my budget and the manager even made me a great deal. Went in for two tires and came out with four. Super fast service and great tires. Definitely gonna be my new tire shop for all my vehicles.

I was looking to purchase a set of new or good used, all matching tires. Barack was very helpful with assisting me to make a decision. He was very professional and patient because I had alot questions, especially being a female. Eventually, I purchased a matching set of slightly used tires and I was given an excellent deal!! I was a satisfied customer. Give them a try Lilburn location.

I had a real great experience with this tire shop. Most tire shops are out to get an extra dollar. They went above and beyond and still gave me a great price. I caught a flat tire the next day after purchasing four brand-new tires. And they still fix it for free. Honorable People. And trust me he did not have to do that. I will definitely be coming back

These people cheated me. I went in for two front tires and now my car is shaking terribly.I had no issues with my car but they put tires that were too big and now I have an alignment problem and I'm hoping that's all it is. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP!

This has been a great experience. They had a good set of tires and had them installed quickly. I would recommend stopping here first if you have tire issues

I ve never had a worse experience tire shopping. Used tires are all literally 10-15 years old and full of patches. LEARN HOW TO READ A DATE STAMP ON A TIRE OR YOU WILL GET A DEFECTIVE TIRE THAT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS GOOD TREAD BUT IN REALITY IS DRY ROTTING. When I get there two young guys are working, and I ask them about my tire size. They take me inside and show me the tires. As I start inspecting them, I found with THREE patches on it and I put it back. They start saying oh these are used tires you are expecting perfection please go buy used tires and it was literally the first tire I looked at. I told the guy working that I m just tryna find the best used tire I can for my car I m not expecting perfection but I m not buying a used tire with all these patches. They recommend me a tire and I wish I took a picture, MADE IN 2008. Told me it s great used tire for my car and if I don t like it I should only look at new ones. I walked out that store never to return again.

These guys literally saved my day fixing a tire I thought was unsalvageable- they were quick, honest , and worked with me in my time of need, I am in financial dire straits right now and Barack and Hassan have made it possible for me to go to work again after taking off today. They saved me cash and saved my job. Go here. This place has turned out to be an awesome business over the years. Thank you, thank you, YAMA tires!

Stay away. This place is a rip off. I took 4 brand new tire and paid them to mount them. So they charged me for mounting all 4 tires. I get home they only changed 2 tires. So end of story they stole 2 tires and charged to mount. Stole my tire and the fee to mount them. Went back to complain would give me my tire back. Stay away this place steals from The customer I'm front of me had almost the same complain. Owner will not show his face. They have ypu talk to a lady and she will claim to not be the owner and they just pass the ball. Awful people theifs
