I've been to plenty of auto shops. Walmart by far has the most affordable top of the line warranty and auto services. Even auto shop mechanics had recommended that I take my vehiclehere to get the best BANG for my BUCK! Superb.

I have been to this Walmart twice in the month of October to get my oil change. Both times I have waiting 30 minutes to 45 minutes trying to get my oil changed. The first time no one walked to the car to ask if I needed any help. I proceeded to get out my car and ask the counter if anyone will help assess me. He told I will just have to go back to my vehicle and wait for someone to come to the car. No one came. The second time I waited for 30 minutes no one came to the car. A man walked up to the car after I waited 30 minutes and proceeded to tell me they re not taking any more cars because they close at 6pm when it was only 5:40pm by time anyone noticed I was there. My experience with this Walmart has been awful not once but twice.

THE TIRES TECHNICIAN ARE CARELESS AND DONT WHAT ARE DOING I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO DO TIRES ROTATION I WANT TO LET KNOW THE NEW CLIENTS WHEN PURCHASE A ROAD HAZARD WARANTY THEY DONT FOLLOW THE TIRES WARRANTIES TODAY ON 10/07/2023 I WENT AT 7:00 AM AND WAITING FOR 3 LONG HOURS AND THEY DON'T DO THE TIRES ROTATION

They refused to change this tire tire bubble , they said it is too dangerous and makes hazardous environment to the workers. BTW I bought this tire from Walmart service center 6 months ago, now they refused to change it. They do tire service which should be the perfect place to fix this problem but they refused, Which makes no sense. Also they refused the do oil change for the same reason tire bubbles Wasted 2 hours waiting there.. very disappointed

I ordered my tires online and went here to have them installed. The man who helped me when I arrive was courteous and helped me get the ball rolling. The man who installed the tires was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Have been coming here for standard oil changes for many years. Never any problems. Service is affordable and doesn't take long. They were even kind enough to reset the TPMS on my last visit and air my tires. Great service

Came here to buy 4 new tires. Saw the ones I liked online and came to the store but it turned out they were out of stock and had to buy the more expensive ones. At the service line, no one was there waiting and almost all the bays were empty but took almost 15 minutes for a guy to come to me to take my car in. Was promised a call when they finished the install but never got one. Took another 15-20 mins to bring me my old tires back as well since I wanted to keep them. Guy inside checked the tire pressures of all my tires on the other car I drove so that was pretty nice.

Never had an issue with them. Pretty reliable and transparent. Did have to remind them to inflate my tires to the correct Psi, and they put one of my hubcaps on incorrectly but they fixed it with no issue.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil changeServices: Tires, Tire rotations, Oil change

The store in Tucker, Ga.does not have a system that is in place, I was told 2hr.wait, but ppl. we're walking in and being serviced while I sat there..I asked that they put my undamaged tire in my trunk, which I had to go back to the store to retrieve, also the guy who did my tires did not put my spare back, just left it on top of my stuff in trunk..the worse part is he over inflated my tires.on the left he put 45 pounds of air, on the right 43lbs.and told me to drive my vehicle and warning light would reset...I felt like stupid was written on my forehead, but I showed him where my tire levels are and he still left too much air, idk if it wasn't enough money in my service or what?? But I will not be allowing him to ever service my vehicle..I can say I like the store,but the autocare needs some fine twerking...btw the young man who retrieved my tire was very kind and helpful..and apologized for the tech that serviced my vehicle who mentioned to me he was a professional???? I could tell....lol

These guys were amazing getting me the help that I needed. They were very polite and professional. I did go during the week. The auto center receptionist has the most outstanding customer service skills, kuddos to her! If you happen to need car service, this is the place to go. I guess positive attitude does rubs off, I mean every single one of them was pleasant to interact with.

Update: Their claims team reached out and worked with me to compensate me for the entire cost of repairing my vehicle. It was not the best experience but I appreciate them doing the necessary things to make it right.Update 1/12/20: Realized today after driving at night that they have also spoilt my headlight operation. I can no longer control my headlights using the turn stick behind the steering wheel. The location is not responding to my requests to make things right. Please save your car the trouble mine is going through and get your service done elsewhere.Went in to replace my battery and everything went fine while I was at the location. However, I realized that both my turn signals, which were working fine on my way to the location, weren't working when I left after the service. I called the location to seek help but was told that they have nothing to do with the turn signals and cannot help me with it. I would like for a manager to contact me who is willing to make this right for me, at which point, I will be willing to update my review.

Went to Lilburn Walmart Tire Center for an oil change. We left and tried to clean our windshield... No fluid.Even though the paper states it was checked AND filled. Decided to check our tire pressure...YOU GUESSED IT not even touched. We take the truck back and ask did they even change the oil? Each one thought the other has changed it and still have no idea if it was changed! After going back and forth "no I didn't change it did you change it? They decided the one who did change it had already left! I'll be back tomorrow to speak with someone. Not happy at all!

I went for an oil change and waited fifteen minutes and left. They preferred to talk to a former employee then to service my car. I even asked to leave the key they said no to wait until they were done talking. I left.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The employee told us he had the part we needed and was willing to help the women(manager) with black hair was being so nasty toward us she wanted to flex her power and decided to be condescending and rude and because I didn't care to give her reaction to her rude behavior . She up and decides they don't have the part. After the employee reassured us several time that they did. Even for walmart this was just lowdown

Good price and very quick sevice once they began the oil change. The only reason I would not give it five stars is it took a while to find someone to get the process started. No clear signs of wait here or check in at the register inside.

Waited hours to get my car fixed. Called only to find out they lost my key and no one called to let me know. Accused me of taking the key when I saw them hand it around. Tried to charge me extra after losing my key. No manager could be bothered to come assist. After all was said and done, they closed to auto center and made me walk to the front and around to the back to retrieve the car myself because they couldn't be bothered to open the door.

The tires were ordered and arrived as planned, the manager, Mike, had the technicians change out and install the new rv trailer tires. We are very pleased with how efficient and organized everything went.Thanks

Do not go on a weekend, if you do please be prepared for a very long wait. The service is fine, the people there try to help out as much as possible with your problems and questions. But the wait time especially on the weekend is exceptionally long. Be prepared to wait for even a tire repair. They move quick but the shear volume of customers will have you waiting a long time

I had to get a battery installed last minute, everything was fine. The battery was a reasonable price, they were a little understaffed, and the guy also tried to charge me a core fee when he knew they had my battery. I had him remove the extra charge, paid, and was on my way in no time.

They didn't called when the car was finished. When we got there the next day no one could find the paper work and who completed the service on the car. I was late for my appointment and after standing for almost an hour. Someone decided to ring up a new ticket giving $10 off that didn't seem to make a difference.

I had a set of used tires that I just needed them to put on the rims and put on the vehicle - which according to their website was $17 per tire. Called to get hours and see if I needed to make an appointment and the lady literally scoffed at me and said they don't do used tires. I called around, not only did I get a way better price with a local company, I got way better service.Goodbye, Wal-Mart! You've gotten your final dollar from me. I'll never be back!

You will most likely save quite a bit on tires if you purchase them here. Installation is also quite a bit cheaper than the nearby competition. I had the lady who seems to be the day manager order some tires for my wife's car and she said she would call me when they came in, but I did not receive that call to my knowledge. I had to call her. My general impression as well as my wife's was that they seemed a bit disorganized. This makes me hesitant to recommend them, but sometimes that is the risk you take to save some cash on something that is, at least for us, a big investment. The local tire sellers will probably match their prices on specific tires, but they will get you with the additional fees.

Unbelievable! Contacted the Auto Center and talked with a lady who advised to come in and get an oil change. I come here and the guy states We are too busy to take anyone else . Wow horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional! Oh and it took me 25 minutes to get here and I get turned around. Great !!!

Very poor customer service. I pulled up and waited in line for over 45 minutes to get some new tires. I was told it s all good until someone decided it was time to go home, the. He said the compressor just broke down.

Waited 30 minutes past opening before they even talked to me about my car, I was literally waiting outside this entire time. I then was told to go stand by my car (in the rain) so they could get me in the system. Talked to the manager who only seems interested in making excuses instead of offering any solution to this frustrating situation. Then says Well your car is in there now. Yeah, it should have been in there 50 minutes ago (at this point). I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn t recommend it.Sincerely,A frustrated pregnant lady.

Went to get new hubcaps, had an associate help me figure out what I needed from the aisle. I had no idea I was supposed to put them on myself. It was all good, he installed them as a courtesy after hours outside of the bay...superb customer service, especially for WalMart...

never buying tires from here staff is completely useless ordered tires online 2 days prior to going here and they still didn't have them ready just wasted my time I would give them 0 stars if that was possible

Purchased some tires from Walmart Auto Care because I couldn't beat the price. The people that work are cool people to deal with . Sometimes it seems alittle crazy in the auto area but this Walmart where people come to shop in pajamas so expect some crazy

I recently got an oil change at the Lilburn care center and they did not put oil in my car after taking the oil out of my car . I took a trip to Myrtle Beach and checked my oil and it was empty low. I went to walmart in mertyl beach and puchased oil for my car to make it back to Lilburn walmart for them to tell me there is leak that never existed before my oil change. Now waiting for response from management and they are apearing like they dont want to help me with service or refund
