I'm always happy with how comfortable they make me feel. Their work is quality, and they give very honest opinions about what needs to get done. As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, that is so important to me.

Arrived when they open at 8 to get my spark plugs checked and replaced and wasn t communicated with until 9:30 that they didn t do anything because I needed gas for a test drive. I m not a fan of wasting my time and it s a common occurrence with this place

I have been going here since we moved to Gwinnett county. It was Vo who was the best guy. Anyway here I have been going and Hakim is still good and treats people right but this Carlos guy, something wrong with him. No respect for customers. I went to get AC service and replace front bulbs. I did not ask for price because it's been never a problem. I come to pick up and he says it's $100 to replace the bulbs. If he would have told me, I never do that for $100. Anyway he took $80 but the negotiation was not cool. He makes people feel dumb and the worst part his stupid workers make jokes on customers. One of his guy did that to me and I had to respond and he never said anything. I am done with this place..don't go here, save some pain and trouble.

This place came recommended to me by my trainer. I didn't have time to go to my regular guys (which keeps me waiting for hours ) for an oil change and tire rotation, so I decided to pop into this place. The staff was friendly and funny and they took my car back immediately! I was impressed at how quickly they got me in and out. I was even more impressed when they told me that I didn't need a tire rotation until the next oil change. Usually auto shops love to add on extra services to cause the bill to rise. That was not my experience today! I truly appreciated their honesty. They just gained a new customer!!! Service: Oil change

I have been dealing with Votech for 18 years and never had a problem with them. They are honest, helpful and the job they do is fantastic. I will not go to another mechanic than Votech.

DO NOT go there! I trusted this place and i been going there for an year until last week when my son took his car they found a problem in the car and their sensor picked up the wrong problem and they charged me for that and never solved the right problem and they said they cant solve the right problem so they tried to send me to another place but after i took it to the dealership and found out votech messed up my car and it was double the price to fix the right problem that votech couldn t figure out. Please don t go there and make the same mistake i made about trusting them.Service: Electrical repair

This will be my 3rd time coming here for a major repair. They are clear when communicating what's wrong, honest and transparent with pricing and as a young woman they have never made me feel taken advantage of. Since the new owners have taken over this has been the worst experience ever. Please be aware of this company! They will overcharge for non existing issues.. After several times going there, giving them the benefit of doubt, each time they would say something is wrong when it's not even wrong with the vehicle, per actual dealership, and the car comes out worse than it did when you took it in. I wouldn't even bring my bicycle there because I know they would say that the bicycle needed a oil change. Smh! Also, another time I went there, there were several cars out front that were there for service, and they said that it would be more than a day to pick up my car for a simple fast procedure, meanwhile the owners and some workers were sitting out front playing cards.

I 2nd a previous review. Been coming here for years, I thought I was recieving the same great service only to realize I was overcharged and had to bring my car back several times on more than 1 occasion due to improper installation. I wouldn't send my enemy here for service. I'm saddened to have to find a new auto shop, I thought these guys had my best interest in mind."Unfortunately Vo is no longer running this shop. This place is a hidden gem!I have been a client of the Master Mechanic. Mr. VO, FOR MANY YEARS. His son works with the new owner and they have kept the faith, so to say. These guys are Master mechanics with a fast personal service. No matter how complicated they can solve the problem. Their pricing is the best too!

If I could give this company a zero I would. They're completely incompetent. I took my car in because the tail light was flickering. I was charged $120 for a diagnostic test. First they spliced the wires, then told me the turn switch signal needed to replaced, then a wire loose in the light fixture,($300 later ) just say you don't know. The dealership had to take my car back to factory settings. I'm grateful they only did minimal damage. The five star reviews are vague and probably lies. Never use this company. I have trusted this shop for more than 10 years when Vo was the owner. I always knew he would be more than fair with his prices. The new owners are taking advantage of the shop's good reputation and ripping people off. They purposely over charged me $350 and after I asked them to explain how they got that figure, they refunded me$200. I'm so disappointed because I no longer have a trustworthy mechanic to take my 4 cars to. Vo should stop them from destroying his name.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

This place is very shady. They come across extremely nice and helpful but do not be fooled by the demeanor. My car stalled out on the road because my alternator went out. It was Sunday so this was the only place open near me. They charge me $530 for a refurbished alternator. After I picked up my car a few hrs later I drove about 9 miles to my house. Then only drove it to work about 13 miles the next day and all my indicator lights came on and the refurbished alternator they put in died at my job. When I got it towed back to the shop I had to by a new battery for $180 because he said my car battery killed the new refurbished alternator they had installed. After picking up my car for the second time I quickly noticed my wheel was a lot stiffer and the wheel alignment was horribly off rearing hard to the left. I called them immediately letting them know they told me it will be $90 for the wheel alignment. Yeah no thank you for your business. This is a fair warning. THEY WILL CREATE MORE PROBLEMS FOR YOUR CAR. read other reviews and put two and two together for yourself. This is not the place to go.

DO NOT GO THEREEE! They are a bunch of scammers they take your money and you think they fixed the problem on the car until you drive it and find a bigger problem they caused then you have to take the car somewhere else and the cost is double. Don t Trust this place find somewhere else please don t waste your money and make the same mistakes I made.

2/18/23 updateNew owners don't have the same great service, do not expect nobility here. If I could give zero stars I would. I don't recommend this place for anyone.This was my post 4 years agoGreat service, my boss referred me and ive been back several times in the last 6 months for different reasons and my experience is exceptional every time. Prices are affordable, quick service, awesome work, and the customer service is perfect. Vo explained the problem, cause and effect, and all of my options regarding how long i can keep riding the way it is, parts etc... i honestly don't think I'll ever take my cars to another place.

The whole team at Votech is committed to providing quality automotive repair. They were excellent at diagnosing my trucks electrical issue and got me back on the road. Their prices are fair and they had no problem showing me exactly what they were doing and explaining parts labor and cost. Will be coming back for all my automotive needs!

My husband and I went to VOTECH Automotive because of the wonderful 5-star reviews from this Google search. We had bad experiences with other mechanics in the area who would repair stuff that are not necessary. I told this to the Votech manager and he reassured me that they don't do that. Our Jeep Cherokee 2019 was having mechanical issues: engine light on, and electronic throttle control light on --- so we paid a typical diagnostic fee of $99/ and the manager said it probably needs an electronic throttle body replace. Now this is fine, except we wanted to trade in our car for another newer one. The manager recommended a "quick fix" that will take out all the lighting stuff on our Jeep. They did the quick fix but after 5 minutes into driving the Jeep, those lights started lighting back up!! We were charged about $380 for this quick fix. So, lesson learned - BEWARE of quick fixes! I wish the manager at Votech was honest enough to tell me or recommend that I take our Jeep to the Jeep dealership. Because another auto shop, on second opinion, said that "Jeep has made their cars such that it is electronically hard-wired so only Jeep dealerships can fix or service these cars!" So disappointed for paying an extra $380 for something that was UNNECESSARY! Long story short, we had to take our Jeep to the dealership and they were able to fix the issue for about a thousand dollars!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Terrible ! Went for a diagnostic test and only got told about one thing. I wasn t informed that my engine top had busted due to it overheating, Which they knew cause I informed them about my car overheating when I went for the test. I got the one thing fixed & paid for It wasn t even 24 hours before the following day my car wouldn t start up. I get it towed right back to Votech & That is when I got told about my engine AFTER I PAID. But they not going to stop me from having a great year. It was truly an amazing experience. I pulled in to park my car and someone was over at my car helping me before I was able to get out. I dropped my car, which I would normally never do, but I was in a bind.They called me within an hour of me dropping it off to tell me what was wrong with it. They notified of what had to be fixed right away and what could wait. They also called me back to let me know the status of the care repairs and if it would be finished the same day or not.The owner was very personable, honest, and trustworthy. While I was there another customer commented they had been coming to this shop for 13 years. Great people and great work which made it easy to part with the money for car repairs.I even got a free set of windshield wiper blades!!!I will be back here whenever I need service.

I own a BMW X5.. This is the only place I get my vehicle serviced!! CARLOS and the entire Votech staff is AMAZING. The level of care and customer service is beyond superb!!

Unfortunately Vo is no longer running this shop. He was an amazing man; kind, honest and hard working. The guys running his shop aren t doing business with the same integrity and high standards we ve grown accustomed to. We ve been coming here for 20 years and I can t believe that we won t be back.

I've been going to Votech for 10 years and I've always been satisfied with the services provided. The owner, anh Thien, is genuine and extremely nice. His pricing is for the most part fair and affordable. He has always been up front and honest about what is needed for my cars and has never recommend unnecessary work when it is not needed. He is normally busy so make sure you call in before showing up. I highly recommend this place!UPDATE: went to a new mechanic for an oil change and was told too much oil was added previously. Inquired twice about ignition sounding stressed upon start-up and Votech said car was fine. Found out today the battery tray and its components were not tightened.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I have been lately visiting Votech for minor repairs and they have been great. Work quickly and don't waste your time. Check them out, you won't regret.
