The owner Pablo is not a good person to deal with. One of my friends comes here and referred me here bc of the good price in alignments he gets. Once I go there, I m told double the price. I just try to say that my friend comes here and this is the price he told me. He immediate burst out THIS IS WHY CAR DEALERS ARE THE WORST CUSTOMERS. YOU ALWAYS WANT GOOD PRICES which I assume is what every customer at least hopes for: a good price. Needless to say, the conversation was done, I left. Do not come here unless you wanted to be treated like trash.EDIT: Since the owner likes to lie under reviews I will clarify. I went for the $75 alignment. You were asking for $150, much more than the big name franchise stores right around you despite me having references for a $75 alignment as well. As for attacking the cars we have, we were in a 2017 Infiniti. Much nicer than the beat up truck you have and that s just one of the cars in stock. Rather than address the issues this business has, he attacks his customers. This is only more telling about this business s practices.

Terrible service. $45 alignment stated, when you go there, it's $60. Brake service requested told me it would take 1 hour.. Waited 2 1/2 hours for FRONT axle only! Avoid at all cost. Place was empty when I got there and still took forever to perform service.

HONEST REVIEW FROM A NEIGHBORING BUSINESSScam artists, will say they fixed your car and you'll have the same problem a few minutes after you leave. Tried to get it fixed or get my money back and was given the run around. At the end, just charged it back with Amex. Very unprofessional, STAY AWAY!! Shade tree mechanics. It's no wonder they have such horrible reviews!

the owner behaves like a teenager! It's not about the money or either nasty service that I had for my car ! I think that sometimes a business can be too much for seniors, and possibly he needs professional help.

I have been using Sur Auto for atleast 3 years now. They are always friendly and professional. I have no complaints about their work. They have been open and honest about my repairs needed. I am sorry to have to go through such a disappointing experience. I'm going to start with customer service: it's amazing how people sometimes think they're doing you a favor when you're paying him for a service. Your poster was on, open last Sunday, then I sent a text to the same number in which they contacted me to send me the estimate, where I told them that the vehicle had service-related failures for which I paid completely; and they responded violently to me and saying that this is my private number and I do not use it for business, and less one Sunday, Am I guessing? If you communicate with me by text from that number I imagine that is normal. In short, his whole answer was bad, and when I went to speak they also spoke to me wrong and told me that it would be clear to me. But the basics of all this inconvenience is that the vehicle is still the same, my front damping is still wrong and I already had to communicate with another mechanic to fix it. I threw $1236.40 into nothing, asked to see the receipts of the changed parts, and they don t give that information so I don t really know what they did. And to make it clear, it was recommended by my father. But no more friendship, I didn't ask for a favor, I paid for a service with which I am 150% dissatisfied.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

So I brought my 2016 Toyota Tacoma after I was involved in a accident to get the truck fixed and they were unable to fix the truck 110% so they only did what they could and still charge me for it now I was not going to pay none of this the insurance was going to pay for it but now I have an issue where I have to go to two separate shops because they were unable to take on the project they anticipated so I would not recommend you to bring your car here if you are unable to take a project you should tell the customer from the beginning not do what you can and leave the rest for someone else to do it is very unprofessional now I will have to pay $800 out of my pocket and let the insurance handle the rest with someone who is able to complete the work. The guy here said he made the car better but didn t fix it all the way if I take my car to a mechanic shop I want to car fixed not better mind you this is a 2016 Toyota Tacoma so it s fairly new truck.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new car services place, so I came to Sur. I admit I was a little hestitant after seeing some of the bad reviews about this place but decided to give it a try because it s close to where I live.I came in on a Wednesday afternoon to get my regular maintenance done and they did an excellent job in a timely manner. The staff here are very nice and I was happy to find out that it is a family owned Christian business with values. Since then I have been back twice and each time, I felt like they recommended the right services without trying to get more money out of me like most car service places I ve been to before. I even asked one of the mechanics if I needed a transmission service that the guys at the Toyota dealership kept pushing me to pay for (about $1,500+) but Sur recommended I could wait until I reached 100k miles on my car cause it is not necessary. Being a full-time college student I appreciated this a lot and it saved me a lot of money! I m so glad I found this place!!! I will be coming back and making this my regular place to get car services.

Came here on the way home to get front breaks done after hearing grinding. This shop charged me $135 after 45 minutes of work and now my truck smokes from the tire hull, pulls to the right and loses power in gear. Besides the breaks grinding, my truck was perfectly fine before I visited this shop. I called when I noticed the new problem and the mechanic said it was just the new breaks and the oil smoking and that it would pass (not true its worse and my rims sizzle they get so hot)). I don't know if I should take it back to them or somewhere else to see what was really done. I thought they were trust worth until I looked at all the bad reviews, now my experience is one of them.

This is a really great place to go get a lot of info about your car. The mechanic named Abraham is a great guy who helped me with my car. This was my first car and it started smoking in the front and I didn t know why. I asked him a couple of questions and he helped me out. I got my car fixed and now it s up and running. Thanks Abraham !

Anyone who values their money STAY AWAY! Today I found out that my father in-law Was horribly overcharged for tires and when questioned about diagnostics they re clueless. I m in the auto industry and I understand about making some profit, but when EACH tire retails for $286.00 for a Michelin XPS RIB in 245/75R18 and they sell the tires for $486 with mounting and balancing. That s simply absurd and horrible. They had also performed more labor for removing a roof system that was causing a parasitic draw which was slowly draining the battery and when I drove the vehicle before it wasn't misfiring and as soon as we take delivery of the vehicle, the van begins to misfire. They had also replaced the alternator for supposedly having a bad voltage regulator, but when I checked the voltage of the battery and alternator they were in very good condition. When I confronted the co-owner (some woman who has terrible customer service and manners) about how her mechanic diagnosed the vehicle and what steps they have done to conclude an alternator had failed*which it didn t* she completely blew up on me and was using a lot pf profanity towards me and father-in-law. When I had stepped outside and spoke with their other mechanic, i simply asked if he knew what their methods of diagnosis was at their facility and if he had worked with another mechanic(who worked on one of our vehicles) and he said he didn t know and when i asked about tire prices he stated by verbatim: We dont make money on tires. All tires we sell are at cost pretty much, we make our money when we mount/balance the tire. So once we were done conversing, i told him I ll speak to him shortly on what we d like to do and he said ok. As soon as we(father-in-law and i) were done speaking he told me we were banned from their location. All because I questioned them on how they diagnosed the vehicle, why were the tires charges for so much, and cause when we left the vehicle to them before; it was running a lot smoother with no misfires. All-in-all, stay away from this shady business. No customer needs to be yelled at by AN OWNER for simply asking about diagnosis of a vehicle.

We took the car to this mechanic to get it repaired because it was overheating. The young lady in my family trusted them and they promised to repair the car. They took her money knowing that they didn't repair the car, sent her on the road on the highway with car overheating still. They refused to reimburse her. STAY AWAY the people are RIP OFFS

The staff is more like family to us. They helped us with all our vehicles for over 5 years! Best car care in Gwinnett, friendly, accurate service with a smile and they have very competitive prices. They put the Care in Sur Auto Care!

CROOKS! my boyfriend is a long time customer of them. He referred me to Sur Auto for their $50 alignment. I was charged $70 and they could not complete it. They said I needed a part replaced. I went back to get the part and they could not do it and told me to order online. I got the services done elsewhere that COULD get the part. I went back so they could complete the alignment and they said since it was done elsewhere the warranty is void smh DO NOT GO THERE!!! They are not a honest business!!

If I could leave a no star review I would. During my visit with these people 2 months ago they were very nice and changed my oil lowest price in town! Recently I found out that my drain plug for my oil was stripped out and so I called and told a man that answered the phone that it had been stripped when I got my oil changed there he said bring the receipt and we will fix it. So today my fiance took my car up there with the receipt from the oil change and they told him that someone else stripped it and that they would charge to fix their mess up and charge me for an oil change. So I made a phone call and spoke with a very rude employee that hung up on me...not kidding a total of 8 times!! She denied the fact that they messed it up and said that they wouldn't touch it if I didn't pay $30. Very rude people and seriously it's a $15 part on this business to replace and I probably would've went back but I will take my business elsewhere. It sucks because I like to support local businesses

I have been a long time customer of theirs and I ve never been disappointed once. They are kind honest people who won t overcharge you and get everything done in a timely matter. Never had to wait more than I had to. I appreciate their service.

Stay away!!!! That rude owner gave me a 6 month Warranty for alignment, but will never go back there. First of, the alignment wasnt done right. They didn't touch the caster and camber. They asked for another 100 dollars for camber. I don't know how he stayed in business so far. Cheap is the most expensive.

So I took my car in for alignment on Monday April 1st 2019. The price posted is $45 as also stated on their website. After the alignment, without taxes the price was changed to $50 I really do not mind the price, my main issue with this place was the owner, he was extremely rude and refused to provide paperwork for the alignment. Subsequently I got on the phone with Gwinnett county sheriff's office to have this resolved.

Terrible terrible... my car was having some problems with a noise when I drive, I took my vehicle here and asked PABLO if he could tell me what s going on he said ok $25 I agreed paid He said he fixed it. I drove off noticed it was not fixed. Brought my car back he said it will be 80$ to look at it. I don t know why wouldn t he tell me this from the beginning!!! And he was rude ugh unprofessional.

STAY AWAY!! Plz DO NOT take your car to this place. They are bunch of incompetent, lazy and ignorant people who don t know what they are doing. They advertise for $45 alignment but charged me $80 and my car isn t fixed. This is a SCAM! The owner and staff are extremely rude.

BEWARE My husband went in to get his car fixed and they returned it to him smoking, they didn t want to redo the job or give him a refund the car is undriveable now. We were robbed BEWARE

BE WARE!!!!! STAY AWAY.Worst service Ever I went to get a oil change. Two days later I check my oil it's burn and also come to realize my filter wasn't new. Took it to my mechanic to confirm also got a second opinion and was also told the same thing oil wasn't change and filter wasn't new. I went back to talk to the owner and he refuse to solve my problem or give my money. So now I have to take it somewhere else and pay for a second oil change.

Horrible customer service took my car for alignment it came out worst. The people that works there don't know what they are doing plus the lady at front was very rude because she didn't know how to explain what was wrong with the vehicle. Stay away from this place.

I have been useing this Bussinss for 3 years now and have always been very happy till today went by Bussinss and need help with a bulb in my car very willing to pay for help wife of owner came out saying they would help paying customers i responded oh go look I have always paid when have brought 3 other car to your Bussinss So for this reason iam writing review. Need to think before u speak . For this reason I will take my Bussinss elsewhere.

The owner is terribly rude, He kept trying to sell me on things when I clearly told him from the beginning that I don't have that much money. I'm a single mother and those of you who understand how hard it is to raise a child on your own you would know that this is NOT what you want to hear!!! He saw my son and I, he heard my story, and in the beginning he said "one hour" he kept coming back every 40 min to say something new. Then he said, 40 MORE min. And as a customer when I complained about my constrained time, he got so RUDE!!! started being demeaning and even getting loud with me even though I was in my right to ask to hurry the time. Then I told him that he was recommended by my Christian mother, I told him if he's Christian he said yes and I said, you're not acting very Christian like, customer service ASIDE. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! VERY RUDE, TERRIBLE TIMING, TRYING TO SELL YOU PARTS YOU DON'T NEED. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!! WAY TO START THE NEW YEAR 2017!!!
