We just purchased a third car from Stone Mountain Toyota and we will NEVER shop anywhere else. Ray and Manager Ricky took great care of us, worked within our budget, and on top of everything else are just great, nice guys. We live in Acworth but will happily drive to Stone Mountain to do business with them again. Highly, highly recommend!

I have many good experiences and services with Toyota throughout the country! All the record of my car is always available wherever I go to Toyota auto services. Waiting room is big and comfort. I can working on my projects while waiting for my car to be done. Agent is very helpful and nice!

This was my first car and I found the experience pleasant. I was very nervous about the whole thing but Isaiah was really nice and found me a car in my price range. He had a very welcoming personality. I was there for a little under 3 hours but time went quickly. The hardest part was getting the insurance. So far no complaints but I'll update this if I run into any issues.

They were prompt and got my car done in a reasonable amount of time. I would really give them 4 and a half stars for how pushy they were with setting the next appointment for all the recommended services. I am not getting all of that done- especially since they were telling me I needed stuff that doesn t apply to my hybrid minivan. Otherwise, everyone I talked to was polite and most of them had a good sense of humor- the place has a good feel to it.

MJ was awesome. Great advisor and a super nice guy. It took us a minute to get back up to the dealership to retrieve our car. Life just got in the way. But, they were cool about it.

Great service and they even washed my car! Charged less than several tire shops down the road. Their price was very close to the cost at Costco; however it was worth it to me because their waiting room is more comfortable than Costco. By the way, I don t work or advertise for any store selling tires. It s an honest evaluation.

Great experience! Our salesman Charles McKoy was awesome! We let him know the care we were interested in and what time we would be there. He had the car ready and we were able to immediately go for a test drive. Negotiations were pleasant and we reached a fair deal quickly. Would highly recommend checking out Stone Mountain Toyota for your next vehicle!

Bought a pre-owned vehicle from here just last week. I have mixed feelings about my experience. My sales rep seemed to have good intentions but when it came time to close on the vehicle, upper management decided to try and renege on the agreed upon terms made by myself and the sales rep. They eventually honored the deal but not until after I explicitly expressed how the deal was starting to feel shady. Working with finance and signing documents went smoothly. However, I hadn t had the car for 24 hours yet and the tire pressure light and blind spot sensor lights came on. I appreciate that I bought a used car but 1. It s a 2021 vehicle and 2. I would ve hoped they inspected the vehicle before allowing me to take it off the lot. Now since I bought the car as is I have to go get a diagnostic from the dealer which will cost me more money. Not ideal at all. I won t give them 1 star because the car is nice but the experience I had with the management and having to come out of pocket to fix issues on a car I literally just bought are the reason why they are getting 2 stars from me.

Anterance Brown was VERY nice and knowledgeable. I appreciate him taking the time to thoroughly inspect my car when I checked in for service and he informed me that my driver side tire needs to replaced ASAP! He took me outside to explain to me why it needs to be replaced which I REALLY appreciated! He also came over to me in the lobby and informed me of the additional services I need and he was direct and gave me his feedback when I asked him questions about the additional recommended services. The overall experience with him was great! On my way out I asked him for his business card and I told him that I will make future service requests with him!

Love this dealership. Love my car sales woman! She got my right! Shout out to Terri! She took me from a 2019 jeep to a lovely 2023 Crown a few days before my 45th birthday. The service department always keeps my girl running like a charm. Highly recommend. They are like family!

I happened to be driving by and stopped in to make an appointment to get my 5,000 mile courtesy oil change and checkup. They were able to fit me in right then. I was out the door in less than 30 min. Thank you!

Great experience buying a car there, it was done in record time cause Tony the sales person and everyone were on point with the whole process. They didn't short change me on my trade in and the used car we wanted was clean and had new tires and ran great. Overall A+++, ask for Tony, he was super helpful and was very knowledgeable about the car and its features.

It was a great experience. The initial car we came to look at sold before we got there. Our Salesman Omari was very friendly and took us out on three different test drives. Everything was up front, and there wasn t anything I wasn t expecting. He brought us the numbers for the car. We then negotiated a deal that worked for us and Stone Mountain Toyota. A wonderful experience.

Usually it s never this bad but my last trip was bad. Horrible, they told me they couldn t patch a hole in my tire and suggested I purchase a new tire but when I brought it to another tire location I was informed they hadn t even fixed the previous hole which is why it was still leaking air. Don t recommend you taking any of their suggestions.

Our Salesman Preston was very friendly, and helpful so we purchased a new vehicle.I would like to give 5 stars for the excellent service we received from the Salesman, however the customer service we had from financing wasn t satisfying at all (he is not friendly and he is a discriminator) so getting only 4 stars from us.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at Stone Mountain Toyota. I waited over two hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I watched my car sitting ready for 30 minutes before I finally went up to the front and asked if my car was ready. The sales associate was very rude to me. He also quoted me multiple things wrong with my car that needed to be fixed when I had just bought it a few months ago and it had all the maintenance checked off. He quoted me $80 for air filters which should be covered under the maintenance program I paid almost $2000 for. I was supposed to receive a call from an associate, but still have not. Very dissatisfied with the service I ve received. Will be taking my car to my trusted mechanic from now on! Never buy from a dealership!

Quick in processing my appointment that I had missed by an hour. Informative in what I would be serviced with and provided opinion on services to be provided for my truck. Was not pushy as most people are in that line of work. Also helped assist with travel away and back to dealership. Would recommend.

I enjoy the service dept. The staff are super friendly and able to fit me in on my schedule.Downside of shopping here The sales staff are hanging out outside ready to pounce on you as soon as you pull in. My ride pulled up to pick me up and they immediately started moving to her car as she parked. It looked like a Saturday Night Live skit. I will think twice before having my wife or daughter shop here without me.

If you are going to work with anyone at Stone Mountain Toyota, ask for Chase. He is very kind and supportive during the car buying process. He respected our view during negotiations and did not pressure us in any way. All around nice guy & salesman.

I loved the hospitality that everyone showed to me. The person who showed me the car and sold it to me. Her name was Terrie and she was amazing she treated me like I was family and if anything I would recommend anyone to her. She s got an amazing personality and is super bubbly and the process of buying the car was so quick and fast I loved it!!!! definitely will be returning to Toyota to get another car if she s still there.

I came here for vehicle services. The waiting room is new, clean, and spacious with comfortable seating. Attendants were very nice and greeted me as I came in. The service was quicker than I expected and thorough. I d definitely recommend doing your business here.

The entire team at Stone Mountain Toyota was absolutely amazing. James my salesmen s was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire purchasing process. Derrick from the finance team was very professional. He explained the warranty coverage in full detailed and answered/addressed all of my questions and concerns. With that said I m extremely grateful and excited to be joining the Toyota family.

Keep up the good work! I believe this is the first time that my car service was complete at ANY Toyota dealership (with a nice amount of people waiting) in an hour especially since it was something simple I got. That's how it's suppose to be. On top of that GREAT PROFESSIONAL STAFF! Stay consistent It shows that you care about your job!
