We reached out to this company at 10:30 am to fix our brakes. They came out and told us that it would be a 20 min fix they just needed to run to the store. At 2:30 pm we called back to figure out where the mechanic was. There was no heated argument, no foul language, just an upset customer. 15 min later we received a nasty phone call stating that we got rowdy and out of character with the dispatcher so your service is canceled we waited for hours for help and all because we weren t updated on progress and expressed our concerns our service was terminated. To add to this at 10:30 am the mechanic came and took the tires off of the car and never came back to put the tired back on and left their equipment. They never answered the phone and kept ignoring our company. Bad businessService: Brakes
