Sky collision in Lilburn is the best shop out there. Amber and Andy take such great care of you no matter what, they constantly update and communicate and the work they did was second to none! I drove an hour and a half from my house to this shop to use them for the reasons above and my 2014 Kia Optima left looking like a 2023 brand new Optima. Before and after below!Service: Body & Trim

I was recommended this place from one of my colleagues I work with and man it was such a Wonderful experience with these people . Amber was BEYOND super helpful in helping me get my car fixed after a fender bender. She was great in taking the initiative to get the difficult insurance company to pay as well. As for my car, they left it looking as if nothing ever happened! They also did it in a timely manner. She wasn t there when I went to pick up my car but Amber, thank you so very much!! I highly recommend this place.

Sky Collision in Lilburn, Ga is the best! I do not do reviews often but when the service is the best and better than I have experienced I MUST give a review! Amber at Sky Collision was nothing less than AWESOME! I see why my insurance provider State Farm uses them. There were a few delays but Amber kept us posted with necessary updates. She also ensured we were billed correctly. The car rental process experience went smooth only because of Amber! We picked up our rental there at Sky Collison and when our vehicle was ready we dropped the rental off right there at the shop! That is what I call convenient Service! I do no have enough words for this wonderful experience. My husband is pretty laid back but I am particular about most everything and I can be a pretty tough customer. I had NO issues with the service Sky Collision provided. Again there were some delays for parts but I experience that in other aspects of life. But the service Sky Collision provided was beyond satisfactory our vehicle looks great! Thanks Sky Collision and Amber you ARE the best!

I recently had a concerning experience with this auto repair service. My daughter took her car there, but unfortunately, they didn't fix the issues correctly, making the car a high risk to drive. I strongly advise against trusting them with your vehicle. The safety of your life may be compromised. It's crucial to find a more reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop.

I'm so thankful for Sky Collision! I was in a minor wreck and Sky Collision was the only body shop near me that would repair an EV. The whole process was extremely pleasant considering the whole unpleasantness of having to get my car fixed. From the beginning, Andy and Amber were super nice and responsive. Their communication was impeccable. And their overall service was incredible. There were issues with getting parts (not their fault), but they would call me to give me updates on the status of the parts. When the parts came in, I received regular texts on the progress of the car. It was fixed well over a week before their estimated deadline. A few days after receiving my repaired car, Andy called me to make sure everything with the car was fine and I was happy with the service. You don't get service like this anymore these days. It amazes me that there are still friendly and nice people who genuinely care or show that they care. I would recommend Sky Collision of Lilburn to anyone needing a body shop.

Received unprofessional, careless, and terribly unpunctual service. Waited over a month, they just fixed the exterior damage when I went to pick up the car it was a noise from the right wheel. They claimed the right wheel noise was unrelated to the accident and I have to pay for it to be fixed. The insurance company towed the car to another shop for inspection, where they promptly identified the noise linked to chassis damage and the car is total loss.

This place is the best! I'm 71 years old and had never needed repairs from an accident before and was nervous. They made it so easy. It was such a pleasure to see my car repaired perfectly...and so clean!!

I took my car to Sky Collision recommended by State Farm. Amber was polite and helpful. Very professional. When State Farm messed something up she called it and got it fixed for me. Loved her attitude. I am looking forward to working with her.Updated: I picked up my car today. In my opinion, Sky Collision is much much better than Classic Collision in terms of the customer service. Salute to Amber and her team. 5 Stars!Service: Body & Trim

Sky collision and all of the staff including the delightful office manager were friendly and professional.In these days of delayed parts and understaffed. .these guys were great. Took my car right in began repairs immediately and I had my 2014 car back looking brand new in less than two weeks. OUTSTANDING!!!Service: Body & Trim

My vehicle was rear ended by a person talking on the phone. Our insurance recommended Sky Collision. We took it to Lilburn location as that was closest to where we lived. Dropped it off and as we were told the estimate would be done and we would have a completion date which would be in two weeks. Great that s not too bad considering we are paying for a rental car. Two weeks come and go and now we are told they have to send out for exhaust work to be done. They get the car back and notice it is missing the exhaust pipe. Had to go back for that. Another week goes by they get it back and they notice the bumper that was just replaced has new scratches on it. They have to redo the bumper for the second time. Going into the third week and they redoing the bumper and waiting for a piece of trim for the bumper. Now we are at a month out and I was calling daily and getting conflicting information. Straight forward honesty would have been nice at this point. The car looks great but the frustration involved was off the charts.Service: Body & Trim

This is a nice place. My truck was wrecked and was fixed like new. I m very satisfied with the work that was done. Great customer service. Thanks for everything. Updated: Squeaky Noise coming from bed of truck but they claimed it s a manufactured problems which is not true. Nothing was put back properly the bed cover or the bed itself.Service: Body & Trim
