What a wonderful place. I brought my 2014!Acura RDX to replace my headlights. Acura was going to charge me about $2500. Who has that type of money these days? I paid a fraction of the cost by having my own headlight (left and right). I was so please with how professional and kind they are here. They did a professionally wonderfully (lol) job on my headlights. See the before and after pictures.

My car was damaged and the paint was scratched off on the bumper. I took my car to Sentry and talked to Mike who gave me a quote promptly. He answered all my questions and said it would take about 3 days after I dropped the car off. He also recommended a nearby rental car service when I asked him. I dropped the car off on Tuesday morning and he had it ready by Thursday morning, ahead of schedule! Overall, wonderful human and def will be my go-to for body shop work in the Atlanta area.

Sentry is an excellent shop that prides themselves on doing top-notch work. When most shops will cut corners to get the job done fast, Mike puts the time, effort, dedication and energy in to ensuring all the work he and his guys do is to the highest standard.I recently brought in my Hyundai Tucson after being rear-ended in a hit and run. Sentry came highly recommended, and after picking my car up today, I can definitely see why. Mike ran into some roadblocks matching my paint but pretty much moved Heaven and earth to make it right. It took a little extra time, but he made that right, too - and let me tell you, it was % worth it! My car looks exactly as it did before I was hit.Anyone who has been in a hit and run knows how frustrating and even violating it feels. Based on a recommendation of a friend, I visited Sentry earlier this year to talk about my classic stingray. I was able to chat with several people, including one of the few seasoned fiberglass experts in the area, and was given a general ballpark. Once serious and decided, I returned to hand over the car and get a more tuned quote and timeline.During the next 12 weeks, the car's awful fiberglass body was given much needed TLC. Mike was in constant contact over phone and text message, providing status updates, pictures, and timeline updates.I'm very very pleased with the results and the price. It was not cheap (between $5k and $10k), but other shops were quoting $15k+. The difference might be that the other shops were only wanting to do a perfect, concourse-level job, and I was able to inform Sentry that this was unnecessary for my use case.I highly recommend Sentry to anyone with a car they truly care about, be it classic or modern. You won't pay an exorbitant price and will get very good results. I'm sure you can get better results if you ask and are willing to pay for the extra time.

Sentry Body and Paint is the only place I would take my car or suggest friends and family to take their cars in the Atlanta area. The work that they do is amazing and the owner Mike is an incredibly knowledgeable and honest car body and paint specialist.I brought in my 2022 Soul Red Crystal Miata in after a fender bender involving a fender that needed replacement, and a bumper that needed repair. And of course both pieces required paint. The paint on this car is expensive and mike went out of his way to secure an amount of product that would get the car done, as well as fit into the estimate. There were also complications with the fender that came direct from Mazda, and they dealt with them again with no extra burden to me.I did not pay a penny more than the estimate, and the work is impeccable. Mike Cottrell and his shop did an amazing job. I first used him for some minor work--but then got into a major accident which required him to basically rebuild the car. Not only did he do a great job (I couldn't tell it was even in an accident when I got it back, which isn't always the case with body shops) but he was communicative throughout, quick, and helped run interference with my insurance company. He made the whole experience as positive as it could be. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mike and company made my van better than it was before I was rear ended. The bodywork and the paint were superior and the price was more than reasonable. They took a little longer than expected, but that was just because the paint was difficult, but it was worth it, and they matched it perfectly! They even fixed a bit of the scratch that was on the adjacent plate, which maaco told me would cost extra, but Sentry fixed all of it and for 100 less than what maaco charged for just the bumper. Super nice people too. Highly recommend.

If you want it done right go to Sentry. They don't take any shortcuts and one of their body repairmen, Jeff, is a perfectionist. Paul is the best paint guy ever. You want this when you're having your car repaired. Just ask for Mike the owner and he will treat you right.

Mike at Sentry took care of the process with my insurance and guided me through it all. He's customer service is top quality, the way businesses used to be. He takes the time to put your mind at ease and he doesn't make you feel like he's on the clock and he needs to get to his next customer. Great work, amazing knowledge on cars, and fantastic customer service!

My Mini Cooper (Countryman) needed a little good repair. The estimate was reasonable so we dropped the car off midday Monday and it was ready for pickup at 3:00 on Thursday. It was perfect! Had you not seen the dents before the body word, you would have never believed they existed. We will definitely use Sentry for any body work for our cars in the future!! Exceptional customer service, too!!

Ken and Mike truly helped me today. I came in devastated after just purchasing a wheelchair accessible van on Friday. I was so excited about taking my wheelchair bound husband for his first ride Saturday, that I accidentally hit the garage.The rear door was off track and would not close. I was blessed to find Sentry and they were all so friendly and determined to get the job done. Also, the price was a lot lower than I expected and when I offered Ken more money, he refused. Ken, Mike and staff, are extremely professional and provide great customer service. If you ever need an auto body shop, this is where you should go

I have brought in two different vehicles here and both times Mike is very nice and friendly. He always gives me time frame and has it done by then, which is always fast. Could not even tell there was anything wrong with the vehicles once they are done.

Very satisfied customer. Easy to work with and do excellent work at a reasonable price. They will treat you right at Sentry. I brought in a 34 year old vehicle with serious body seam rust and Mike's crew did a careful and thorough of job repairing it the right way. Looks great!.

LOVE these guys!! I was able to drop my car off there after hours. Prices were incredibly reasonable and my car was good as new in really good time! They were communicative and kept me updated. They even dealt with insurance on my behalf, which was amazingly convenient. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on. Customer for life!

Sentry Auto Collision Repair & Painting (family owned)ROCKS!!! Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, impeccable work, quotes are accurate, as well as estimated days needed to complete the job! My 2008 Honda Pilot was repaired perfectly back to its original condition from an Auto Collision. Thank you Sentry Auto!!!!! I totally recommend them to Everyone!!!The charger is my son s car Quadrian that was done Jan 2019. They did A FAB Job!! We couldn t believe my eyes when we seen it. I just knew his car couldn t be fixed. Thanks Again Sentry Auto!!!! I will always refer family and friends to them!! FYI..... Please disregard my windshield pic with & duplicate photos of my son s car. I couldn t figure out how to remove them. But seriously this shop IS THE SH**!

Sentry Body Shop has done work on two different cars for me. Mike is very easy to deal with and helps take the hassle out of having your car in the shop. He has picked up my car in Virginia Highlands both times. Once was for a lease return - they did some small touch ups and it was turned in with no extra fees. The inspector said she had never seen a car returned in such good condition! He recently did a small bumper repair where someone had backed into my new car. Again, quick, easy and looks great. Reasonable prices too.

Working with Sentry Body Shop was hands-down one of the best customer service interactions I have ever experienced. My travel schedule has me on the road four days a week, but Mike and his team were willing to pick up my car from my home (on a Sunday!) and drop it off after 9 pm on a Thursday night. It would have been impossible to find another business so accommodating to my schedule. The price was lower than any other quote I got and they did a fantastic job. For the sake of my car, I hope not to have to see these guys again, but if I need repairs, I will go to them in a heartbeat.

I needed body work on my SUV. I met Mike Cottrell, very nice and low key. He gave me an excellent estimate, and they repaired right on schedule. The final bill was more than $200 less the estimate. I found them on Trust Dale Wonderful repair shop!Becky RountreeService: Body & Trim

Quite a bit of disappointment. Took the car and showed the damage of my car to the person who said he'd give me a quote over the phone the next day. I then called him the next day and got a quote. Asked him if he will be getting me the OEM parts since aftermarket parts are not good and I didn't want my car to get a 'quick fix'. He said he will get the OEM parts with a straight voice.Turns out he took $600 for gluing a side of the bumper with aftermarket replacement parts and getting a low tier molding cover. That means for parts worth less than $100 I was charged 6x more. Certainly not the kind of service I was expecting.To make it worse, the fender had a noticeable gap, which I had pointed to him repeatedly, was not fixed until I pointed it out while picking my car up. The guy showed me an attitude as if I was nitpicking. Unacceptable and unprofessional behavior from the owner.P.S They washed the exterior of my car. I guess I am giving it a star for that bit.Don't take your car there if you are looking for an honest service.

Took my daughters car here on a recommendation from a friend. Could not have been happier with my experience. It was like working with family. Mike was great to work with. Searched around for the best price for the parts and kept me abreast of everything along the way. Love this family owned business and won t take my cars anywhere else for body work.

I just picked my truck up from them after they fixed a large deep scratch on the drivers door. Their price was much lower than every other estimate I got but they did the same work for the same quality. They even fixed a ding that was in the door when I bought the truck, so it s actually better than new. Definitely would bring my vehicles back in the future.

Sentry made my car look almost new after it not only was hit and run, but also side swiped. They even did additional touch ups and let me keep the leftover paint that they had! Beyond satisfied by the work. They did a great job!

Sentry was recommended by a friend and have done amazing work the four times I've used them. Two things standout, one is the service - Mike Cottrell is friendly and very easy to deal with - often he'll pick your car up and drop it off. The second thing is the work - it is high quality work that is completed on time, on budget as promised. No hassles or excuses. I've recommended them and nothing but great reviews. It's nice to do business with friendly folks who are good at what they do.

This place is the very definition of an honest, local, professional, family-owned business. They were highly recommended to me and now I feel the same way. I will never hesitate to bring any vehicle here and I will tell everyone I know to do the same. I am amazed at how quickly and perfectly executed the replacement of the entire rear panel of my car was. Ken and Mike are ridiculously friendly and great at what they do.

Star this contact info, use it for all your auto body needs and to give out to all your friends and family. Mike exceeded my expectations. Not only was he the best priced (and I went to at least 6 other body shops from other recommendations) but he was honest, dependable, picked up and delivered my car to my front door AND washed the exterior and vacuumed the inside. I can't recommend him enough. Customer for life.
