I had to take my tow truck to Quick Slick, do to a commercial truck hitting it. They were prompt with ordering parts to make sure I got my truck back up and running. I was always able to get someone on the phone and they kept me updated. They pretty much do everything. This is the second time I've brought a truck to them both times I had great customer service. When you go in ask for Megan she will get you taken care of. Also thank you Danny I am now a loyal customer. Sincerely Tow & Fix Auto.

I took my commercial vehicle to QuikSlik for a check engine light code that specifically stated not to drive the vehicle. I informed the service technician of the code and also wrote the code down on the customer information form provide by QuikSlik. The codes were P0700 and P0741 which indicated that the transmission modulator was malfunctioning. I received a phone call less than 24 hours later stating that my vehicle was ready for pick up. The technician stated that he manually cleared out the codes and drove the truck hard for 30 miles with no issues. I questioned why they did not replace the modulator and why they cleared the codes prior to replacing the malfunctioning modulator which was the reason that the vehicle was taken in. I was charged $244.50 for the diagnostic and told that I was good to drive off. I drove approximately 1.5 miles and felt the transmission slipping out of gear. I immediately turned around to return to the shop and noticed that the transmission would not go into reverse. Upon my return to QuikSlik, I told the representative what occurred and he assured me that he would look at it first thing in the morning. I went to the shop the next morning and the representative stated that his technician did not have any issues with the truck during the initial diagnostic. The technician performed a new diagnostic of the truck and stated that upon further review, a new transmission and power steering pump would be needed. The updated quote was now $8,900.00 before tax. My initial code called for a $175 part to be replaced. I was prepared to pay an additional $250 to have the transmission fluids changed while the truck was in the shop. The technician stated that the truck was fine after the initial diagnosis, but when I drove it 1.5 miles it suddenly needed a new transmission. None of this adds up. My company took a chance trusting and using QuikSlik and ended up making a horrible mistake.

I ve been taking my box trucks to Quick Slik for about four years now. And every single time Dave Brooks has always taken care of me. Whether it s a simple oil change or repairing my rollup door, or even my latest liftgate issue. Quality work done by quality people. I highly recommend you taking your box truck to Quick Slik for any repair needs.

DPL have been going to Quik Slik company from 2020 and it s an amazing company they are like our family when I go there I feel save that they are going to make sure my business box truck is fix the correct and proper way so it can be safe on the road

I have been dealing with QuickSlick Fleet Services for over 5 years and I am very happy to say that I will be using their services for many more years. They keep my 18 trucks going no matter what the issue. They keep me rolling no matter what. I consider them family when it comes to business. Love all the guys in company. From the body shop to the mobile shop to the in-house shop. Great group, especially Derrick. Derrick answers my calls no matter what time of the day I call him, and he always gets me my answers on a timely manner. My vehicle had a major failure and I was actually panicked about the situation. I called QuikSlik this morning and they are working on the issue right now. They will also take care of my DOT inspection as well. Horrible service nothing but lies , I dropped off my truck on Thursday for a wheel alignment something that should take no more then 1 hour , they said it would be ready Friday, Friday comes and I was told the guy who does alignments was out , I was told Monday morning it would be ready , Monday comes along still not ready I was told it would be ready before 8am on Tuesday, guess what it's Tuesday at 11:30 am wasn't even touched. This place has lied multiple times, I put my business on hold multiple times because of there lies . I believe that they are racist. Very bad service . If I could put zero stars I definitely would. I understand things happen but it was lie after lie . I did take my truck out without it being repaired .

AWFUL! I took my International pro star truck there after they reassure me they can fix the issue which was simply repairing some airlines and read I'm in reinstalling my wire harness which I already had! Well once I got it told there after 3 weeks my truck wasn't repaired not only did I only that I pulled up to the shop and checked on it and they moved their company are together with my truck if my truck the only vehicle still left on the yard after they told me they moved it to the New Location the prior week earlier! Complete lies & disrespect! They never called to give me an update- I always had to call them And the head shop guy I forgot his name always act like I was bothering him when checking on my vehicle! So Finally I get my truck told to another repair shop and they never even called me to To see what happened with my truck or nothing! As far as they know someone could have stole it and they didn't even contact me! Straight SCANDLELESS!!!

Yes I made a delivery there today first time in a long time since they've moved up onto the north side of town but I hope to continue doing business thank you and also I was filling in for the regular driver while he was on vacation.

Took my truck there April 2021 for a oil leak lost over 10K with charges and missed work over 30 days my truck left there leaking more oil than when I brought it to them management was not telling me the truth stated truck was ready and no oil leaks after the 3rd time I took my truck somewhere else this place a rip off never heard so many excuses in my 20 years of driving they should only do oil changes here they wasted a lot of my time and stole my money even the owner called me due to the shop lack of professionalism and their enable to get the job done after several attempts the management do not be up front telling you what s wrong with your truck untilafter they get your money they don t have a clue on international trucks gave me a lot of talk after they took 5400.00 about why my truck is leaking oil if they knew that at first I should have been told that and saved that 5400.00 plus they blamed a lot on Rick stated bad communication between him and me he no longer works there don t used them trust me they will rip you off.........JK
