I went to precision tune in Lawrence Decatur and it was a nightmare. I wasn't treated fairly and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. I reached out to the Lilburn location. Spoke with manager by the name of Matt take my car there and I was very happy with the service they provided. Ill recommend anyone to go to Matt precision tune in Lilburn honest and fair guy. THANKS Matt great staff as well

When I say that Precision Tune Auto is the Best. The service was outstanding, the crew was quick and accurate. I use to come here all the time for my oil change years ago stop going cause of change of management. Recently had a real bad engine issue and went to them thinking I had a oil leak come to find out my timing chain popped and I had to replace my whole engine. At first I was quite worried cause I thought this place wouldn t be able to replace my engine but luckily there were happy to take on the job. They provided me with a good reference to a good place to get a replacement. They were quite reasonable with pricing, they changed me 1300$ for labor for this job. After a week of waiting they were able to complete the job and I was able to drive off with no issues. Will definitely be back for my next oil change!

My husband took his suv to Eddies Automotive back in Nov. 2023 for a fuel injector. After the work, he continued to have problems with the car. He eventually took the car to Hennessy Cadillac who told them he needed a fuel injector. He went back to Eddie's who said it was not the fuel injector but that the valve covers had lots of carbon and needed to be cleaned. He cleaned them and the issue persisted. He took it to Precision Tune Auto Care who replaced the injector. They found that the injector was the original GM part on the car and that the injector had never been replaced. I would recommend Precision Tune Auto Care to anyone. They are fair, honest and their prices won't have you in the poor house.

Great customer service. They get you in and out and most times will provide a carfax history report. They are nice and explain the process of what they are doing. They don t take advantage and will deal with all fairly.

Randy is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional! Love his personality and character. He welcomes you like family with open arms and laughter. He has at least 25-30 years of experience with multiple car brands. He looks out for the community. I've taken my vehicle to this shop about 3-4 times, each time the service has been exceptional. They are trustworthy, and at times have done maintenance on the vehicle without charging me.They have been thorough with their assessment on what the vehicle maintenance needs are, and have been able to explain it to me in a way that I can understand the assessment with ease.Thank you!Service: Auto maintenance

This is by far the best location I ve been too. I come here to oil changes. I recently had a battery issue and had to come to the shop. Bubba and Kevin was amazing. Very polite and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and was even willing to stay past closing to help me, which I really appreciated. They great and the young lady that was there ( not sure what her name is) was also very nice and helpful.Services: Battery, Oil change

This location is by far the best location I have been to for vehicle service. The general manager Bryan Cook was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and have great customer service and professionalism. He worked with me bringing my vehicle in for three days because I was so indecisive about the work I wanted to have completed at the time. I had a tune up and the intake and exhaust fixed. He tried a number of things to get my running smooth. He offered me multiple options as far payment and I was completely satisfied with my service. Thank you gentlemen for working with me and Mali.

Nearly $100 for a synthetic oil change on a Toyota. You won't find that price anywhere else! The price advertised is $69, but after the hidden fees, it's a $30 markup. This place changed owners recently, so be cautious of previous reviews. For this price, you're better going off to the dealer. Very unprofessional and shady business practices. I've filed a complaint with the better business bureau. Quite a shame, I've recommended this place when it was operated by the previous owners, I'll do my due diligence in warning potential customers. Do not get your vehicle serviced here.Service: Oil change

I made a trip up here today for an oil change and it was one of the best experiences I've had getting that done in a while. I was in and out. The price was great. Make sure to ask for Brian when you go, he's awesome. Very knowledgeable and pleasant doing business with. I will be heading back to get my brakes done and definitely returning for any and all future oil changes.

My previous experience with this place was very pleasant and professional however lately I have noticed the service slipping. I took my vehicle there and was informed that I needed a water pump when I got the water pump the coolant was still leaking. I took the vehicle back in and they replaced the water pump again and said it was defective; however here I am three weeks later and I have to return to the shop again. Only this time to be told that I need a radiator. I believe they misdiagnosed the problem in the first place because I don't think I needed a water pump. Now I'm trying to deal with corporate we will see how this goes.

I drove 7 hours here for a wedding over the weekend when my Jeep started acting up. I first took my car to a local Jeep dealership and they told me it would be about 7 days until they could fix it. I then brought my car here the moment they opened their doors because I had to drive the 7 hours back home and really needed help. Bryan was phenomenal! He and his team diagnosed my car, drove to another location to pick up the needed part, fixed my car, tested it to make sure the fix worked and I was on my way for another 7 hour drive home. Bryan even walked me through exactly what they did, and how to continuously check it over the next few days to make sure nothing happens. Highly recommend coming here!

I am very impressed with the warranty of the products and how the staff honors the warranty. Some places say and sale a product and when it is time to honor what was said it becomes a different situation. Fortunately for me I never have this problem with my precision care team. This is why I will always be a repeat customer and will also always send more business there way.Service: Brakes

When it comes to service, I like to know that I am going to get the price that is advertised and that the job will be done well.My car was due for an oil change and I had been putting it off for a couple of weeks simply because the last few times I went in to Precision Tune Lilburn, I did not have good experiences. You might think, why go back when there are so many other places to go? Well, I had been taking my truck to this shop for over 10 years; possibly 15. The service was good, the owner/manager was helpful, the location was convenient and the price was fair. But with the last few visits being unpleasant, I was hesitant to return. But as it turns out, there is a new owner and he is on a mission to make sure his customers get Great Service!The full synthetic oil change and a new air filter was $80 but the bonus for me was a replacement head light (low beam bulb) at no charge. So nice of him to take care of that!! I'm telling all my friends and neighbors who appreciate friendly, helpful customer care!Service: Oil change

Love this location! I ve had a decent amount of work done here over the past year in a half ( brakes , oil changes , inspections , re booting etc) they are really nice , knowledgeable and fast !!Pricing is great, and they always do what s best for the customer .Bryan the (Gm or manger ) he is so nice and patient and calm speaking !! Even on the busiest of days he takes his time to go over everything with you ..Im a WOMAN and I usually go by myself on my off days and they never try to get over on me lol , like ever and they don t force me to get anything done that doesn t need to be done !!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Brake service & repair

This location is the BEST I have received my vehicle service. First off they are professional friendly and one thing I am big on is HONESTY!! I do not like to be messed over and I know a bit about vehicles. They were busy and I did not mind at all waiting because getting the best service and getting everything done correct is the main priority. I did not feel like it was a long wait they stick to their word. They get the job done and on top of that they test drive it to make sure their work is properly done which is even better. From management to the mechanics hands down this location is the BEST Precision Tune Auto care I have had vehicle service at and RECOMMEND others to make this their vehicle maintenance place. You will not be sorry at all. Thank you to everyone here at this location for your awesome hard work, care and honesty and discounts :)

After being scammed by another car mechanic for a $200 motor blower that did not work.. Precision Tune Auto helped me replace the blower motor with no problems & the guys that work there were amazing! This is the only place I will be taking my car for now on! I am more than thankful for you guys & I can not thank you enough! GREAT service overall.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

This place is awesome. The manager Porsche is great, has the best customer service hands down and is the sweetest person ever. She goes out of her way to make sure that your car is done correctly. I had an issue going on with my car Where I had received an oil changed and within a month my oil light came on. She took her time to have my car reevaluated and explained what the problem in the issue was. She knows I'm a single mom who works hard and she went out of her way to help me resolve the problem and made sure I was a satisfied customer. And when the job was finished she went out there herself to make sure that it was done and made it a point to show me where the corrections were made. I pass 2 Precision tunes and drive at least 35 minutes just to come to this particular one because you can't be a great car and customer service!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

3 weeks before Christmas my check engine light came on, I went to an auto store and got a free diagnostic test, the code came back po420 a catylict converter code. I panicked and went up and down Pleasant hill rd looking for a mechanic that would repair my vehicle without breaking the bank. Most shops were to busy to even come to the counter others wanted to charge me over $140 to perform another diagnostic test, which was insane because I had the code from the one performed at the auto store. I began to feel hopeless. Then I walked into Precision Auto Tune, located on Pleasant Hill across from Berkmar, the regional manager Bryan, was at the counter, he welcomed me into the shop lobby with a warm smile, I showed him the code and he performed a diagnostic free of charge, he came up with the same code, he was honest and up front with me from the moment I stepped foot in his shop, he told me what part I needed, he even showed me where I could get the part at a price that wouldn't entirely ruin Christmas. Bryan and his team are honest, hardworking professionals, they made me feel my car and wallet were in good hands. As long as Bryan remains regional manager, I highly recommend anyone with car troubles go to this shop, if he decides to go to another shop...I recommend following him, he is that awesome guys!Thanks Bryan and team!

On 11/8/2022 my car was having problems starting and when it did start I made it to the nearest auto place and it was Precision after 5pm. My car was checked right away and to find out it was the starter. The two mechanics were very informative and even showed me my original cars starter part when it was taken out. My car was repaired in less than a hour. Thanks guys!!

This is the place to go. Its hard to find people that are willing and knowledgeable enough to work on a Mini Cooper/ BMW and they went above and beyond. I don't know a lot about cars and I'm always nervous going to get work done because I don't want to be taken advantage of, but the people here were very transparent in what was happening and even let me see the damage/issues myself as they were doing the work. James is an outstanding manager and was able to give me a good price and went above and beyond to help me out of a very tough situation with a very old car.
