I would have to say this was a great experience. There was never any pressure or attitude. Always helpful and honest. Our salesman JR was fantastic. He listened to what we were looking for an between him an his team they made it happen for us. We are very pleased with our car and the experience we had. From our salesman JR all the way to Basil in finance was also fantastic. Thank You Potamkin Hyundai!! I would highly recommend if you are looking!!! Great Team!!!

This could not have been a more excellent experience in buying a car. Tony DeLucca was amazing to deal with. Incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, kind and helpful. No pressure, patient and great sense of humor. Basil in finance also wonderful. And Amberly - very helpful and kind as well. Everyone I met or dealt with there was great. Truly treated like a member of the family!

Just bought a 23 Venue from Potamkin Hyundai and was pleasantly surprised how easy the process was. I have purchased many vehicles in my life time and this was the first time I didn t feel belittled or pressured into anything. I saw the car originally online decided to show up unannounced to test drive it, and then went ahead and bought it. It was just that simple. My salesman JR was great very helpful and honest about everything. There was no upselling me on service packages, or gap insurance I didn t need, or any of the typical things one can find negative about the car buying experience. All in all the process was smooth and easy and everybody I interfaced with top down was knowledgeable and helpful. Could not recommend this dealership more.

After visiting a couple dealerships before visiting Potamkin Hyundai Stone Mountain, I must say this dealership and its employees deserve a review. I was welcomed with a smile and didn t have to go searching for help. One employee in particular Ms.Amberly Thomas was so helpful and welcoming. Her knowledge of their inventory was impressive and she listened to what I actually wanted in a family vehicle and presented me with options that fit my needs. Compared to other dealerships that seemed to try and get whatever they had in inventory sold, this was a pleasant experience and I would recommend. Please ask for Amberly the next time you go.

Thanks Potamkin Hyundai Stone Mountain Georgia for messing up my brand new 2023 car with 5000 miles on it! Went for oil change first messed up my wheel rotating my tires ended up getting a wheel off another 2023 with similar mileage . I thought I was good then get home to find a puddle of oil under my car where the oil filter is. These folks are absolutely the worse. Beware. Then I picked it up with dirt or something all over my door and steering wheel so if I could give them a negative 5 star I would.

Came in for a new car and due to Mr. Tiger we left we left feeling safe satisfied and secure. Mr. Tiger and his team gave stellar service with a strong listening ears and hearts of compassion. "Welcome to Mo's"!! Mo Mason was my advisor and did an amazing job from start to finish! He was very easy and pleasant to work with. It was a very smooth process. He was super knowledgable and made sure to explain everything. He listened and got me exactly what I wanted. I walked out today with a used Honda HR-V and Mo help to make that happen. My finance advisor Basil also had great customer service. Thank you all for all you do!

My mother and I visited Potamkin Hyundai and met with Tiger Gibson the sales manager. My overall experience here at the dealership was not like no other. The moment I walked through the door we were greeted, taken care of and the rest is history. Tiger was amazing, funny, thoughtful and caring. Treated us like family and made us feel like no other car dealership has before! All the guys there were phenomenal! If you re looking for a car Potamkin Hyundai is the place to go..ask for Tiger!

I must express my disappointment with my recent experiences at the service department. Back in July, I encountered a frustrating incident that left me quite upset. After a discussion with management (Tiger), they promised to rectify the situation (and they did), and being open to second chances, I returned for service on several occasions after. Yesterday s visit involved a simple tire rotation and inspection, and while I don't hesitate to give top ratings for exceptional service, I find it unnecessary to ask for them when the job is done competently.I suspect that upper management's pressure for "top reviews" is causing the service department to overlook the finer details. They insist on escorting customers to their cars, which I don't require just give me my keys and sticker. As a retired U.S. Army veteran, I understand the importance of attention to detail, as it can greatly impact the outcome, even saving lives in the field. I reside only 6 miles from the dealership, but my recent appointment extended well into closing hours yesterday, which I accepted. However, what I cannot accept is discovering when I arrived home, that my service sticker in my car's upper left window was not changed, they also forget to reset my service interval on my dashboard.This oversight raises questions about whether my tires were actually rotated and whether my fluids were topped off. I called and spoke with a manager named Jerome, who apologized and didn t downplay the significance of the sticker issue, and acknowledge its importance. He took my personal information to send me a new sticker, but I decided to return to the dealership today (between 1:30pm-2pm) Upon my arrival I learned that my service provider from yesterday, Marco, was unavailable today.I want to express my gratitude to the young lady in the service department who promptly had someone replace my sticker in just five minutes (I apologize for not knowing the spelling of her name).As I was leaving, I found myself blocked in by another customer. After honking my horn three seperate times, I had to politely exit my vehicle and ask if I could pass. To my surprise, the customer was delayed by another sales/service provider discussing none other than . Yes, you guessed it!! The survey, and how it should be submitted.It's the little details that can make a big difference in customer satisfaction. If they aim for a five-star rating, they should provide five-star service from start to finish.Edit submitted: It's November 27th, and I still haven't received the promised sticker. Interestingly, they do remind you to take a survey!

I needed a car.I'm Korean and prefer Korean products. But there are no Korean dealers in Hyundai dealers around me. All Koreans live almost in Gwynet County and all the amenities are there.I searched Hyundai USA for the car I wanted and left my information there. Then a Korean (Mr. Subin Lim) sent me a text. He's the second Korean dealer in the South as far as I know.I saved the 2024 Venue, but the car hasn't arrived in the U.S. yet. Then he recommended the Kona 2023 model, which is a level higher than Venue. Kona and Venue are $5000 apart, but they gave me a discount that much. My Kona is very satisfied.He responded kindly and sweetly and coordinated with the customer. He's young and he still has a lot of life and opportunities left, but he'll definitely succeed if he lives with the kindness and politeness he has anytime, anywhere.I bless and support him for the rest of his life.

Mo Mason ABSOLUTELY ROCKS!!!Mo took care of everything we needed for the purchase of our new Tucson & everything went so smooth. Mo even called us the next day to make sure we were still happy with our purchase & made it back to Knoxville safely. You just don't get great service like that very often these days.We highly recommend seeing MO at Potamkin Hyundai Stone Mountain.Everyone was really nice & friendly but we dealt with Mo.He made it well worth the drive from Knoxville TN to just out side of Atlanta GA...Well worth it!Thank You sooo much Mo!!

I moved to Atlanta a year ago today, and the 1st thing I needed was a car. So by the grace of God I stumbled upon Potamkin Hynduai where I met Amberly Thomas one of the sales representatives. From the time I walked into the garage, I was received with warmth and professionalism.To start with, I would like to focus on the impeccable service of Henry, who is my salesperson.
