Ken was very polite, and really professional. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. I'm not easily impressed by people doing their job but I'm very impressed with I see a person going above and beyond!!! It was very refreshing to experience. People like Ken are needed to restore faith back in our service industries. Keep up the GREAT work Ken!!!!

Ordered a set of 4 tires to be delivered to pep boys and upon arrival for my appt to mount/balance the tires the guy at the front desk tells me that since these 245/40/19 tires are low profile their machines will eat up and scratch my wheels; they also said they only do bigger wheels. So I guess a 19 inch wheel is still too small for their machine right? Since when was a 40 sidewall a low profile??? For a stock wheel? It s not like it s a 20/25 sidewall. Im more than likely sure they just didn t want my business/money out of laziness. Go to discount tire across the street they got me in and out within an hour with a smile and 10/10 service.

I got off work and found my car with a flat tire. Although it was the close of business they made the time to fix my car. I appreciate the genuine care shown by this team. I highly recommend this Pep Boys.

Wow, where to start. I took my car in because the front passenger side, near the wheel was making a very loud noise. They recommended I replace the control arms. It was supposed to take 3-4 hours. I brought my car back the next day, after 4.5 hours I get a call saying they never received the parts. Ok, cool, not their fault. A little annoying it took half a day for them to let me know this, but whatever. So I make another appointment, after 4+ hours, I call to check on the progress. The older man who answered the phone informed me he WAS trying to work on it, but now he was on the phone (as if I was the one keeping him from finishing the job). 2 hours later I get a call saying they had the wrong parts and couldn't complete the job until after the weekend. After having my car for 4 days, and an $800+ bill, I get in my car and it feels like they didn't do anything. If anything the noise has gotten louder. Now I'm out a lot of money and on the hunt for a decent mechanic.**Side note: Ken was the only pleasant part of my experience with Pep Boys. I in no way want my review to reflect poorly on his customer service. But I hope he finds a better job because this place is a joke.

We came to have a Tesla serviced but they didn't do that at that location, altho it says that on the website. But we found out we could bring it to a pep in Marietta. Overall clean place friendly staff well stocked items reasonably priced.

Went in to location in the middle of september with coolant leak and overheating. I told them it was coming from a hose. They did inspection and said i need new waterpump thermostat and radiator drain and fill plus alternatir belt pkg. Fixed that for $1306 dollars then had to come back in because coolant low issue heat not working diagnosed coolant again no issues. Back in here february the say i have s coolant leak from radiator hose and now have to pay again. They diagnosed coolant issues twice in less than 5 months and now I still have to pay again for leak. Wouldnt come here unless you want to keep coming back for the same issues.

Made appt. Showed up early. Oil change. Two hours later they tell me car ready. TWo hour oil change. Also windshield fluid was low. Next day after barely using to de-ice windshield now out of fluid. Unless serviced changed topping of that fluid was part of oil change.

I had a very positive experience getting my car serviced for the first time at Pep Boys - Lilburn! I needed my alternator replaced and was given a significantly high quote from another place. My sister recommended Pep Boys and the manager, David because she said that he's always been honest about her car needs. He shared his estimate for replacing my alternator, which was very much in line with the estimates that I researched online. Once completed, it even came in a little lower than the original estimate that he gave me. I am very happy that I came here!

I would like to compliment and acknowledge the amazing staff at Pep Boys in Lilburn. David and his staff always provide the best customer service and customer satisfaction.This remarkable group of gentlemen have always been able to diagnosis and replicate any problems with my vehicles. They take the time to explain the issue in a way that any car owner would understand, and their estimated time of service is always spot on. I never doubt or question their diagnosis or service.I ve owned vehicles for over 25 years and until the past few years, I have never found a reliable and trustworthy service as this location has provided. My family has been Pep Boys customers for the last 2 � years and there is not any car I would hesitate to bring to them.Congratulations on building such a wonderful brand in this community. If the mission is providing high quality service, then the employees at this Pep Boys are exceeding that mission beautifully.If you anyone out is looking for good honest service, please stop by this location you will NOT be disappointed.

Do yourself(and your vehicle) a favor, don't go there. I had brakes done which caused a weird voice from front passenger side by the wheel. Went back there next day, they drove around their shop but the mechanic wasn't able to hear the voice which I was hearing. I insisted, response was 'you need to replace shocks..' really? without looking??I went to another repair shop and they found that **Screws on breaks were lose**One of the fluid containers lid was also missing.I am not going there again, ever

Went in for a routine tire change. It took two hours and I was the first in the door. Mechanic broke a stud off the rear tire and identified the truck needing new brakes. The advisor said that his mechanic was not experienced with replacing rear brakes and recommended that I take it somewhere else and have them conduct the brake replacement and repair the broken stud at that time.

As a customer of Pep Boys for more than 20 years, this location has provided service to more than 5 vehicles for me. The Customer Service, cleanliness and concern for detail information on my vehicle is why I drive pass your other locations. This location, should serve as the model for your other properties. Provide a tour to show other mangers what a desirable location should look like.

I used to always go here to get my tire changed as well as to get my car serviced. However, their customer service has been the worst lately. I scheduled an appointment twice at this location and I received a call back the same day of my appointment stating that they are not able to service my car because they only have one mechanic. This is very inconvenient and poor client care. They should block their availability online if they are not able to accommodate customers. I spoke with the assistant manager, David. I even explained I was going out of the state and needed to get my tire checked. He was not willing to help at all. I then decided to go to the pep boys at W Pike street to see if they can help and they were able to help me with my two tires changed. I hope upper management will look at this and do something about the location in Lilburn. Very disappointed at this location!! Never going back to this location!!

Appointment scheduling here is terrible. You can set up an appointment online and then when you bring the vehicle for service even early, these people will shun you away and provide pretty subpar customer service. I hope they fix this, or else I'm never scheduling an appointment online again. Shame on you, Pep Boys. We needed those brakes fixed and oil changed and this is how we are treated. They tried to play dumb with us and say that it wasn't the location blah blah blah when I checked my email and it was! Ridiculous.

I had always liked coming to this location. But for my last oil change I am very frustrated with them. I made an appointment Monday and received a call saying they needed to cancel. I made a new appointment for Saturday at 4:30, my car was not ready until 7:00. They also told me I needed to replace my brake pads ASAP and that they were so bad that they would start squeaking any day now. I took my car to my trusted mechanic and was informed Pep Boys lied to me, and my brakes look brand new. I feel like they were just trying to take advantage of me to get more money. Very disappointing.

Set up my appointment online, was able to check in right before my appointed time, an hour later, all three services were done. Appreciate the thorough service including the once over the vehicle on other areas such as brakes, etc. Getting my vehicle is reading via text, check out and on way home. Then received another text with a link that provided me the full report on the service and the vehicle review. THANKS (have been using Pep Boys since the late 80s)

Made an appointment online for a 5:30pm oil change. Showed up for the oil change, and employee David refused to service me. This is the second time he has done this. He said there s no way you have an appointment I proceeded to show him the confirmation email & text. He said oh, well I m not going to do it today I m ready to go home for Easter. I can get you tomorrow though I explained to him I made the appointment for today because that s when I had time to get it done. Had I known that it couldn t be done, I would have taken my business elsewhere. To that, he responded well no matter what you say I m just not doing it today. I want to go home for Easter just like you wanted to get your oil changed. Same way when you get off work, you want to go, I m about to go. Maybe if you would ve called instead of going online you wouldn t have this issue . I am appalled and baffled at your employee s y professionalism and laziness. He is refusing company revenue, and should be terminated for refusing to do his job and honor appointments. Never again will I give Pepboys my business. This is the second time I have experienced this from the same employee, David, and I wonder how much revenue your company loses on a daily basis at the hands of this lazy, worthless employee.

RODGE IS THE BEST HUMAN I HAVE EVER MET IN THIS BUSINESS. HE GOT RIGHT TO THE POINT WITH MY SERVICE REQUEST AND TOLD ME HOW MUCH I WOULD BE LOOKING AT FOR MY BRAKE PADS, ROTORS, AND MAJOR TUNEUP. IM IN MY 2015 DODGE CHARGER ROLLING HARD NOW. BRAKES FEEL GOOD AND POWER WAS RESTORED BACK TO FACTORY. IM OVER 100,000 MILES AND IT FEELS LIKE 74 MILES AGAIN WHEN I BOUGHT IT. THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS POST IS IT DIDNT BREAK THE BANK EITHER!!!!! RODGE WAS SUPER GREAT

Went to this Pep Boys AFTER the one on Pleasant Hill cancelled on me. Last minute called Jeremy up, told him what I needed, definitely work on the car but nothing too crazy. It was 1215 at this time, 6 hours to close. Told me to come on in. Got here. Eric handled what I needed at the front desk, told me the truth of what could be done today or tomorrow. Told him I m fine with him. About 1700, I get a call, Eric tells me the price, and what needs to be done. Asked when it can get done and if it needs to be done another day since it s closing time, let me know. The mechanic and Eric decide to handle it in an hour.Bottom line, they took care of me, got me handled. Head here if you want some good service for the car and good quality customer service .

Seemed like nice enough folks. But, I bot 2 tires for the front of my vehicle and both of my rim covers popped right off within a few days and were gone. Those rim covers had been firmly in place for a year without coming off before this. So, word to the wise: they don't know how to properly install rim covers.

They will waste your time and cost you money. Don't Use this Pep Boys!!!! This facility is a Lyft Partner. Other businesses would love this opportunity with guaranteed referrals. Pep Boys knows it's guaranteed money so they Do Not care that It takes them 8-10 hours for a basic oil change. Do Not believe them. Sorry does Not Help. Whetn they say that they were busy that particular day. This is completely Unacceptable.

I get my car service regularly at this pepboys but the last two half weeks has been frustrating. They told me my brakes etc was all good that my master cylinder needed to be replaced because it was leaking. It took a full week for the master cylinder to be ship. This past weekend new master cylinder no more problems right wrong. Two days ago driving stepping on my brakes it s making a squeaking sounds obviously that my brakes need to change where is the communication from this place. Like i spend so much money on a new master cylinder because it was supposedly leaking now my brakes are bad now smh. I will be taking my car somewhere else cause this is ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience at this Pep Boys location, there was one particular guy who was TopNotch. He was informative and honest!!! I arrived at 8:10am and my car was immediately pulled in to to garage an a technician began working on it.Although I was there for 4hrs , the did a lot of maintenance on my car (maintenance that I requested) to ensure it s effectiveness.I was completely happy with my service at this location, compared to the Pep Boys-W Pike St (horrible service; don t even pull in for service)
